We recently stayed at Il Podere di Toscana for a week, which included our wedding. The whole place is absolutely magical, with stunning views and beautiful interiors. Every detail has been truly thought out to make anyone's stay memorable. Everything is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and every amenity you may need is provided.

Il Podere is well located for exploring Tuscany, close to the wonderful Pistoia, but also conveniently located for exploring wider places such as Pisa, Lucca and Florence. Having a car would be recommended, but Sara also offered to provide tips on public transport and organising taxis – an example of the great service she provides!

Sara was incredibly organised throughout the entire wedding planning process, with excellent communication right from our original contact through to the end of our trip. Nothing was too much trouble, and she really took care of our stay, wedding, and all of our guests. During our stay Sara also coordinated two additional events, a BBQ party and pizza party, which were catered by Elisa at Under The Tuscan Food, who we would also highly recommend!

Eccellenza che si distingue da solo, Proprietari fantastici educati e precisi Ti fanno sentire a tuo Agio come a casa.luogo dove puoi riempire i polmoni di Ossigeno puro immerso in Natura collinare alle Porte di Pistoia, Che dire , Circondati dalle Spettacolari piante fiori e tantissimo verde , molto curato nei particolari, unica pecca i Vicini ,che secondo il mio pensiero, possono essere Invidiosi gelosi, dei proprietari che sono persone squisite eccezionali, buona fortuna e tanti imbocca al lupo.Siete molto professionali, bravi

We stayed here as a large family group on a surprise 80th for Mum and to perform a small family wedding ceremony. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt like we were in a dream! Sara was great in communicating before, during and after our stay. The Villa is beautifully kept with everything you need (and more) for an amazing week’s stay.
Thank you Sara and your family for allowing us to hire the whole villa to make such amazing memories that will never be forgotten. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED & APPRECIATED

Maleducati e irrispettosi di chi abita nei dintorni della struttura: sono 5 anni che ogni estate capitano 1-2 serate in agosto dove ci sono eventi/turisti che fanno baldoria fino a notte fonda o addirittura fino all'alba.

Nonostante più volte abbia chiamato la proprietaria per intimarle di far smettere la musica e gli schiamazzi e urli di chi fa festa dopo una certa ora, ogni anno si ripresenta il problema.

The prettiest place we've seen in Toscana. You'd feel blessed to visit this incredible garden which is a work of art. Highly recommended for families that want to spend a few quiet days together. The town with supermarkets is 3 minutes away so it's easy to buy ingredients to cook at home.

Il Podere d'Olivi is een heerlijke agriturismo op 5 minuten rijden van een aantal leuke strandjes aan het rustiger gedeelte van het Gardameer. Temidden van een olijfboomgaard staat een tweetal recent gerenoveerde gebouwen met een groot zwembad. Eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijke mensen met zoon Stefano die goed Engels spreekt en zeer hulpvaardig is. Vraag om een appartement met blik richting Gardameer, zij hebben balkon, patio én een terras aan de voorkant.

Sono stato in questo b&b x una festa di compleanno; veramente un ottima location con una vista bella tra i monti pistoiesi. Molto spazio all'esterno per feste, con una bella piscina. Anche il casolare è ben curato e arredato con gusto.

Uno splendido casale immerso nel verde della Toscana. Pietra antica, legno secolare ed atmosfere quattrocentesche, in mezzo alle quali nessuno immaginerebbe di trovare un simile gioiello di demotica e comfort.||Chi ha mai detto che antico e moderno non possono convivere in armonia?..||Decisamente è un'esperienza da vivere!

We spent six nights here and we had a very relaxing time. We liked the beautiful surroundings and quality of the B&B rooms and attention to every little detail. Extremely clean. Maria was very helpful and spoke English, German and Italian and perhaps many more languages. Although this place is only 30km from florence, It feels much further in the woods. The location could be a good base for day trips to Siena, Lucca, San Gimignano, Voltera and the wine country and Vinci.||We were awakened to the sounds of The Roosters and goats in the proximity and a couple of days we just stayed here and enjoyed the serenity.||The bath and the rainshower in our room was out of this world.||I would definitely go there again.

Il Podere di Toscana is a rare place that is utterly charming, but which also has all the modern comforts and amenities. Plus, the gardens are some of the most beautiful I've ever seen. And the pool and the view! Maria was very helpful, too, giving us ideas for restaurants and things to see. ||One good thing about this place is that it's easy to access and near the highway, making day trips to Pisa and Florence etc. very easy. (Although you should take the train to Florence ... don't drive into town!) While the property itself seems very peaceful and secluded while you're inside, it's actually in a sort of surburban-seeming area. For some people that might be a drawback -- you don't drive through miles of rolling hills and charming villages to get there.

My wife and stayed at Il Podere di Toscano for three nights and we really enjoyed the stay. The breakfast in the morning was perfect. On our arrival evening dinner was offered in advance by the host (Maria) which we took her up on...the home cooked traditional Toscano meal was excellent and really kicked our stay off perfect. One evening we didn't feel like going out for dinner...we went to the local store for cheese, meats, & bread...Maria had fresh tomatoes picked from the garden, olive oil, & balsamic vinegar were set out for us in the kitchen...we picked our own fresh basil from the garden and made our own dinner...it was perfect with a good bottle of Chianti.

Endroit très agréable, souci du détail aussi bien dans l'accueil que dans le logement, gentillesse à toute épreuve et structure irréprochable. Nous vous recommandons la table d'hôte : un vrai délice réalisé avec les produits du potager et recette locale. Hôtesse accueillante, serviable et de très bon conseil pour les visites . Una piccola magia tra le morbide colline toscane , un borgo che richiama un'altra epoca , dove poter trascorrere delle ore immerse nella pace e nella tranquillita' delle colline toscane. Il podere di Toscana è stata un'autentica sorpresa, con un fantastico rapporto qualità / prezzo. Nuovissimo, con le camere ampie e curate, l'arredo raffinato, i bagni dotati dei più moderni comfort, un giardino incantevole con una vista a perdita d'occhio sulla campagna, una bella piscina, ma soprattutto un'accoglienza da cinque stelle, grazie soprattutto alla signora Loli. Noi eravamo in viaggio con due gemellini di dieci mesi e come si può immaginare abbiamo diverse esigenze "particolari", dalle culle, alla posizione della stanza, alle piccole necessità per i pasti. Ma ci sono venuti incontro in tutto, anche anticipando i nostri bisogni. Abbiamo inoltre cenato con alcuni parenti, ed è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile per tutti.||Ci torneremo sicuramente

Piccolo Borgo Toscano con interni molto attraenti per la loro ricercatezza nella semplicità.Camere molto spaziose ed accoglienti, piscina molto gradevole circondata da un giardino mediterraneo , proporzionato perfettamente alla casa. One month ago I had to find a place where spending a night as I were in Pistoia surroundings for business.
My stay here was really valuable: amazing place, quiet with a really nice view on the hills. Room was clean, huge and really confortable. I found then high quality breakfast and very nice people working in the structure: I felt like on vacation!
I didn't have the opportunity to test the swimming pool (no time enough...), it looked really gorgeous as well as the whole garden.

I really suggest to come here for a stop of few days or more.
I already book a night for the next business trip in Pistoia!
