This venue is an extremely well-oiled machine that delivers a unique and memorable experience every time. Was honored to be part of a wedding here, and no details or amenities were missed. With plenty of social spaces for a large wedding party to entertain themselves for multiple days, and vendors and staff that move swiftly and silently to execute a special event seamlessly.

We held our wedding here in September 2025. It was the perfect long weekend with our friends and family, and a large part of that was the beautiful Villa. Paola and her team, The Tuscan Mamas, welcomed us into her home and looked after us so well while we were there. We're already talking about coming back.

Villa di Ulignano it's absolutely breathtaking.
The views are simply unforgettable, the perfect Tuscan hills made us feel like in a movie!
And the golden hour was absolutely epic, we loved the pictures from that moment.

The elegance of the courtyard was the best part, we had an amazing time during the dinner, so romantic!

The villa offers one of the most breathtaking panoramic views in all of Tuscany. Imagine exchanging vows with rolling hills and cypress-dotted landscapes stretching endlessly behind you, creating a naturally cinematic backdrop.

What truly sets Villa Ulignano apart is its versatility and authentic Tuscan charm. 
Couples can celebrate with aperitivos by the stunning pool area, taking in those golden hour moments we love to capture or host their reception beneath the ancient tree adorned with twinkling lights that create the most romantic, fairy-tale atmosphere imaginable. For those preferring a more formal setting, the historic courtyard facing the villa's beautiful facade provides an equally magical dining experience. Inside, the villa's rooms are bathed in that distinctive Tuscan light filtering through traditional windows creating those warm, intimate portraits that couples treasure forever.

We must mention Paola, who manages the villa with such grace and warmth, she's always incredibly helpful and makes every couple feel like family, which translates beautifully into the relaxed, joyful moments we capture throughout the day.

Attended a family wedding spent 3 days here . Everything was amazing . The room we stayed in was excellent and had everything we needed. The main house was stunning too with all it s facilities. The cinema room excellent only downside is not all speakers where working so sound was not great . The swimming pool area had everything we needed and wanted . You are literally in the middle of nowhere. The closet shops or town are 20/30 min away .

This remote location is Perfect. Lucky enough to attend a wedding at this Beautiful Villa in incredible grounds, sauna in the top of the main property to the Games Room, the Cinema room and the Swimming pool which despite being unseasonably cold, couldn’t dampen our spirits from everything this place had to offer. The accommodation while not in the main building was much better due to the size, en-suite, views and musical Dawn chorus of the countless birds.
Everything was Amazing. Feel very fortunate to have stayed there. Few places would be better for an intimate wedding venue

Villa del XVI secolo adatta a cerimonie molto elegante, con ampi spazi e sita su una collina dalla quale si possono osservare campi coltivati e radure protette a perdita d'occhio. La strada brecciata per arrivare è caratterizzata da tornanti e si inerpica lungo la collina: necessaria la massima cautela mentre si sale, per evitare inconvenienti alle ruote e organi direzionali in generale.

What can I say about Villa di Ulignano, an incredible wedding venue in Tuscany. I first had the pleasure of shooting a wedding here in 2017 and since then I've been back to shoot here I think 8/9 times... it honestly now feels like a home from home. I always get such a warm welcome from beautiful Paola - the owner - that it feels like being welcomed back by family. And you will feel the same way if you have your wedding there... it's honestly one of the greatest venues.

The villa and its surroundings are magical - totally worth the drive up that windy 'road' - if you know you know. It used to be owned by a very famous Italian film producer Franco Cristaldi, and is still in the family to this day. When I think about all the parties and the people that the Villa has seen over the years well I think that just makes it even cooler. Right?! If those walls could talk.

So looking forward to my next wedding here and my next trip 'home'. Non vedo l'ora di rivederti Paola!

Villa di ulignano is nothing short of a dream. It looks as if it's the set of a movie, straight out of a fairytale and everything you ever imagined Tuscany would be. My husband and I got married in Apr 2023 and stayed at this magnificent property with our family and friends for about 5 days. We couldn't be more elated over our decision to get married here as our guests wouldn't stop talking about it. The property is MASSIVE and includes so many things including indoor table tennis, a huge pool, dining hall (think ballroom-esque), industrial kitchen, pool table, movie theatre and so much more. I don't think I explored the full property even after 5 days, that's how big it is. There is also a wonderful BnB about 30s walk from the main villa where some of our guests stayed if you have a bigger wedding party as well.

Paola was an absolutely fantastic host. She made sure everyone was happy, all the little details sorted and took so much stress off my plate. You can tell the love she has poured into the property over the years. She was also super easy to communicate with and very responsive which was important to us since we didn't see the property until arriving there for our wedding week.

We are so lucky to have had our wedding there. Can't wait to return to celebrate all our milestone anniversaries. Thank you Paola!!!

My husband and I got married at Villa di Ulignano in May 2023 and celebrated our wedding over three days. The villa is an extraordinary property, and we had a wonderful and fantastic time that felt so magical. We hope to return someday.

Villa di Ulignano, with its breathtaking views, is a pristine and beautifully maintained property that has so many extra special touches to offer, such as a large swimming pool, table tennis, pool table, card room, gym, sauna, and a ballroom, to name a few. It is also close to a B&B, that is a 2-5 minute walk, where 25 of my guest enjoyed staying.

Another special touch was Paola, a gem and a beautiful person. After a year of wedding preparations, she felt like a friend that went out of her way, along with recommended vendor, Tuscan Mommas, to ensure that my husband, I, and our guests had a memorable experience. Villa di Ulignano is one of the best, if not the best property, to have your wedding or a large family gathering in Tuscany.

Het kan niet beter! Hier in het weekend van 21 april getrouwd. Paola is de meest vriendelijke villa host die je kan wezen. De locatie is fantastisch voor zowel binnen als buiten. We hebben iedere ruimte gebruikt van bioscoop zaal tot biljart. Het is fantastisch dat deze locatie zowel te bieden heeft, waardoor je gasten ook lekker hun ding kunnen doen. Ooit gaan wie hier nog terug om het weekend nog een keer over te doen!

What can we say about this incredible place? We were married here in August 2022 and I don’t think we will ever get over it! The house was the perfect venue, not only for a wedding, but also for a large group of family and friends to spend quality time together. Paola, the owner, is such an amazing person and she couldn’t have done more for us! The Tuscan Mammas who are available to cook for you during your stay are also exceptional. We had such a special time and will definitely be booking again for our next big event!

Villa Di Ulignano is as good as it looks in the photos, if not better! We booked this venue (from Australia) based on what we could find online and then were lucky enough to be able to visit it around 6 months prior to hosting our wedding there.

We stayed there for a full week around the wedding with our families and closest friends.

It is an incredible home and Paola is marvellous, so accommodating and helpful. She gave us an excellent tour and guide to how it all works, and then left us to enjoy it all - unless we had an issue, where she was very responsive (which is handy given how remote the property is). Whenever you did see Paola, she was all smiles and positivity. A lovely host.

Every element of the house and grounds are beautiful and perfect, both for a holiday and (importantly for us) hosting a wedding. From the industrial kitchen, to the entire floor of games, it is perfect for hosting your friends and family and having a good time.

When you compare it to other wedding venues, particularly closer to Florence, it is very competitive in terms of cost, when you factor in you can have a full week there, a super luxurious AirBnB where you have run of the place.

Obviously being an old home, you can expect small things to come up - for example, the hot water was not perfect and the heating bill can creep up because it’s a big place. Also be prepared that it is truly remote and located on a gravel road – but for us all of this was part of what made it so beautiful.

A related gem is Borgo Della Speranza next door (the only thing next door and used to be a part of the property), which is an amazing spot for other guests to stay (make sure you book it out very soon after booking the villa if it is required) and for fantastic food and even take-away pizzas.

We have very high hopes of booking the Villa Di Ulignano again one day for a reunion as it’s just incredible.

I had the pleasure of attending a wedding here and it did not disappoint. Venue was very very good. Went on a hike with Johnny and a few others as well as visited the nearby town. I stayed in a small building near the restaurant just down the road which had really nice views. Restaurant was good as well. There's a huge pool area that was very good to hang out around.

This was the most incredible wedding venue I have ever visited. The staff was incredible. The recommended LOCAL caterer served up heaven sent deliciousness over and over again. From the grapes, to the local cheese, cured meats, and pasta... momma mia was it MOUTH WATERING GREATNESS. Have your wedding here and invite me, please!!!!
