We cannot begin to express our gratitude to Michela and her team for helping us plan a destination wedding from the UK. Our dream of getting married in Antica Fattoria di Paterno became a stunning reality - all thanks to their dedication and support!

From the beginning, Michela made us feel at ease, no question or detail was too small and we had countless zoom calls which were met with enthusiasm and genuine care. We had a total of three events and Michela even managed to assist with a totally new accommodation venue where we exclusively housed our guests and held a separate welcome party. The wedding day itself was everything we imagined and more, with guests saying it's the best wedding that they've ever been to.

Serena and Michela were wonderful for our wedding. As we aren’t based in Italy we had to do almost all the planning remotely and trust their recommendations, they really came through! All the recommendations and options were brilliant and came together to make our special day even more amazing than we could have imagined.

Throughout the process Serena was attentive and ensured our questions were dealt with promptly. During the event they were on hand to deal with anything which may have occurred, both the pre wedding meal and the big day went so smoothly we couldn’t have asked for more.

Me and my now husband fell inlove with the venue Tenuta Corbinaia in Italy and I desperately wanted to get married here. There were so many obstacles and I felt it would never work.

Michela became our wedding planner and managed to always find a solution to every obstacle we came across. She attended all our meetings with vendors and the communication was fluent throughout.

I was very particular with my designs and how I wanted our wedding, we also requested an earlier ceremony which made the wedding day even longer. Michela was patient and was able to create my many ideas into a beautiful reality. Michela created mood boards and always made sure I was happy with the designs, it was like she could see inside my brain. Michela was also very knowledgeable about mixing english and Indian and also keeping some Italian traditions in for our wedding day. I also loved her recommendations for our wedding day too which made moments even more magical.

Michela even extended her help beyond our wedding day with advice on accommodations and recommendations for a pre wedding party! Over the year and a half of planning the wedding together she became more than just a wedding planner, it felt like a friendship.

On the wedding day, nothing was ever too big of an ask. When our guests needed something it appeared in seconds. I would 10000% recommend her and her team as we couldnt of had a more beautiful day. The ceremony was the most magical moment in my life. Thank you so much for all the hard work and effort you and your team did, always with a smile and professional too. We had so many compliments on your services and have been told it is a wedding to remember!

It was sad when the wedding was over and we no longer had anything more to email about. Even after our beautiful day, Michela still checked in.

I cannot begin to tell you how incredibly AMAZING Michela Valcaccia is!!!❤️ She spent a year and a half helping us plan our wedding. We live in the U.S. my husband found her location close to what became our Venue in Tuscany. She took our wedding dreams and gave life to them. Holding our hands each step of the way. She made living and planning from different countries so easy that I felt like she was our neighbor. She listened and heard everything from the bottom of our souls and created a day I will never forget. From the Venue, to the make up and hair artist, to the musicians and the photographer. There was not one thing about our day that we would have changed. She was by our side the entire time. Our ceremony was so above and beyond everything we could have imagined. When planning a destination wedding, finding a great coordinator is a must - and Michela exceeded all expectations! From the very beginning she took the stress of wedding planning away with her organization, creative ideas, and constant communication. If you are planning to have a destination wedding, it is extremely important to have a very good event planner. When my wife was searching for a wedding planner, I told her to find somebody who is trustworthy, has a great personality, is professional, and someone who cares and is willing to make our day special. She contacted many event planners in different countries, and Michela was the only person with all of those qualities. Eventhough she met all the standards we were expecting, she went above and beyond to make our special day, special. Her patience, friendly attitude, and willingness to work around our wants and needs is what made us really enjoy working with her.
I have lots of respect for her professionalism and attitude. This was proven to me again on the wedding day. She made sure that every vendor is in sync with the schedual and stayed there until the end. The wedding went exactly the way we planned and it was all because of her strong professionalism and organized personality.

My wife and I could not be happier with Michela. We had the most amazing wedding in the most beautiful venue with the most professional event planner and vendors. We cannot thank her enough. She is definitely worth every Euro we spent (eventhough we think she should be charging way more 😅). Thank you Michela for making our dream wedding come true ❤️.

Abbiamo veramente moltissime difficoltà ad esprimere cosa ha rappresentato Michela per Noi, ma ci proviamo....
Già dal primo momento in cui abbiamo messo piede nel suo ufficio ci siamo resi conto che sarebbe stata la persona più adatta a rendere reale ciò che per Noi era solo un'idea ed anche molto confusa.
Il percorso è stato lungo e tortuoso, ma tra mille difficoltà, Michela sempre sorridente, è stata una guida, un'amica sincera e soprattutto una professionista che ci ha supportato in ogni fase dell'organizzazione. Dalla scelta dei fornitori alla gestione del timing dell'evento è stata ineccepibile, orientandoci nelle scelte e offrendoci sempre un servizio eccellente.
Cara Micky non possiamo far altro che ringraziare te ed il tuo magnifico Staff che avete contribuito a rendere meraviglioso ed indimenticabile il Nostro Giorno.
