Roberto is truly the best of the best. I could not have made a better choice in a wedding planner.

I had the crazy idea to get married on a port day in Palermo off a Disney cruise ship with no plans for a site visit prior to the wedding day. I posted in a Facebook group looking for a planner brave enough to take it on and found Roberto.

I heard stories that vendors in Italy can take days or weeks to respond at times but Roberto somehow answered every question and concern within minutes for almost a full year of planning!

The actual day came and went flawlessly. Roberto even planned surprises with my vendors that made the day beyond my expectations. He was so kind and genuine with my guests. When we left everyone commented on how wonderful he is!

A Perfect Wedding Weekend in Tuscany, Thanks to Roberto!

Roberto was our wedding planner for our 3-day wedding in Tuscany in September. Throughout the 10 months of planning, he was responsive and kept things moving by offering vendor suggestions and managing all of the logistics.

Although Tuscany was more expensive than we expected, Roberto found budget-friendly alternatives that still met our vision. On the wedding day, despite poor weather and strong winds threatening our outdoor dinner, Roberto adapted quickly, moving everything indoors and still creating a beautiful setup! He was calm under pressure, very professional and super creative! We had nothing to worry about, he had everything under control. His attention to detail was incredible, from arranging a special cake-cutting moment with sparklers to organising the suppliers and ensuring a perfect set up of our Photo Booth, bar, wedding singers and DJ. He also organized a pizza party the night before and a BBQ the following day, which all our guests enjoyed.

Overall, Roberto helped us pull off a perfect memorable weekend, we can’t thank him enough!

Coming from Australia, I was a bit nervous having to coordinate everything for our wedding so we decided to hire someone to help communicate with the other Italian vendors and to pull the day together.
