Ottimo il servizio e molto bella la struttura, curata e ben tenuta. L’unico aspetto che, a mio parere, potrebbe essere migliorato riguarda la cena: pur non mettendo in dubbio la qualità delle materie prime, nel mio caso l’esecuzione dei piatti non mi è sembrata valorizzarle al meglio. Considerando una cucina semplice, come suggerisce il menù da me assaggiato, credo che con una maggiore attenzione ai sapori si possa rendere l’esperienza gastronomica più in linea con il livello del servizio e del contesto.

Location molto suggestiva, paesaggi unici...un luogo magico, camere moderne e spaziose, cibo superlativo e presentazione sia del banchetto all'aperto (con la realizzazione di isole del gusto sensoriali) che del pranzo servito nell'ampio salone Tancredi che ha lasciato gli ospiti senza parole; personale di sala impeccabile..top!!
Un grazie al mitico event manager Antonello e al suo staff, in particolare alla signora Caterina la quale ha coordinato tutta la cerimonia sempre attenta ad ogni minimo particolare e dettaglio. Una nota particolare alla signora Fausta che ha impreziosito il rito civile con il rito della sabbia, dell'handfasting e dell'anello e della chiave del castello. È stato tutto meraviglioso, Antonello mi ha consigliato dei fornitori al di sopra delle aspettative videomaker, fotografo, truccatrice, animazione, artisti, ballerine e musica. Gli ospiti hanno vissuto una favola all'insegna dell'amore e dell'abbondanza.. top!!!

We got married at Castello di Rosciano in October 2025, and it was truly the wedding of our dreams. We were looking for a venue in Umbria that could host and accommodate our 80+ guests traveling from the US and UK, and Rosciano was the perfect fit from the moment we discovered it on Matrimonio.

From day one, Chiara and her team were exceptional—organized, warm, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire planning process.

The castle itself is absolutely stunning and magical. We booked the venue exclusively for two days, hosting a Welcome Pizza Party onsite followed by our Wedding Day. Waking up at the castle surrounded by our family and friends before the wedding made the entire experience unforgettable.

The staff, food, and views at Rosciano are truly outstanding. Our guests were blown away by the quality (and quantity!) of the food for both events and the beauty of the property. Having everyone stay onsite made it easy to spend time together before and after the wedding, which meant so much to us.

One of the highlights of our day was getting married in the 2,000-year-old chapel—an experience that was intimate and so special.

Chiara and her team made us feel like family. Thank you for making our wedding the best day of our lives!

A pochi chilometri da Perugia sorge il Castello di Rosciano, una location che lascia senza fiato già al primo sguardo: mura in pietra che raccontano secoli di storia e intorno una distesa di verde che regala respiro e quiete.

Abbiamo partecipato a un matrimonio e possiamo dire che ogni dettaglio è stato curato con grande attenzione. L’antipasto all’aperto era un vero tripudio di sapori: salumi umbri, fritti croccanti, grigliate di pesce preparate sul momento, il tutto servito in un’atmosfera conviviale e raffinata. Al calar del sole, i dolci al tramonto sono stati pura poesia, accompagnati da un panorama che sembrava dipinto.

Di sera, il castello illuminato da luci calde diventa un luogo incantato: uno spettacolo che rimane negli occhi e nel cuore. Una cornice perfetta per celebrare un giorno così speciale.

We recently had our wedding at Castello di Rosciano, and to say it was the best weekend of our lives would be an understatement. This venue is beyond extraordinary – a breathtaking blend of history, elegance, and authentic Italian charm, nestled in the rolling hills of Umbria. But what truly made our 3-day celebration unforgettable was the incredible team behind the scenes who made everything seamless, heartfelt, and truly magical.
Day 1 – Pizza Party in the Glass House & Terrace:
We welcomed our guests with a laid-back pizza party in the stunning glass house and on the adjoining terrace. It was the perfect setting – panoramic views, twinkling lights, and the most delicious, freshly made pizza we've ever had🍕 The atmosphere was relaxed, joyful, and intimate – exactly the start we dreamed of for our wedding weekend. Everyone was instantly enchanted by the venue and felt completely at ease.
Day 2 – The Wedding Day:
This day was truly a fairytale. The ceremony was held in the castle gardens/ courtyard and with sweeping views of the Umbrian countryside – it was like something out of a movie. Every detail was flawlessly executed: the flowers, the setup, the timing, the music. The cocktail hour on the terrace was picturesque and the dinner outside was breathtaking – from the service to the food, every bite and moment was perfect. The party that followed in the ‘rave cave’ 😂 was absolutely electric – dancing in a centuries-old castle is something none of us will ever forget.
Day 3 – Pool Party & BBQ:
We wrapped things up with the most fun and relaxed pool party and BBQ.🥂 The setting by the pool was stunning, and it gave everyone a chance to unwind, soak up the last bit of sunshine, and enjoy one final Italian feast. It was the perfect way to close out the weekend – great music, amazing food, and a beautiful atmosphere filled with laughter and love.
The Venue & Staff:
Castello di Rosciano is not just beautiful – it’s exceptional. Every space, from the gardens to the guest rooms, is impeccably cared for. But what truly sets it apart is the staff. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to every single detail blew us away. They treated us like family, and we felt supported every step of the way. Planning a wedding abroad can be daunting, but the Chiara/ the Rosciano team made it feel effortless.👌🏼
In Summary:
If you're considering getting married in Italy, stop searching. Castello di Rosciano is everything you could possibly hope for and more. It’s a place where magic happens – where every guest feels the love and every moment feels timeless. Ci siamo sposati al Castello di Rosciano il 30 agosto ed è stato semplicemente un sogno ad occhi aperti. L’evento è stato organizzato in maniera impeccabile: ogni dettaglio curato, atmosfera magica e un’attenzione agli sposi e agli ospiti davvero unica. La struttura con i suoi bellissimi spazi interni ed esterni è in grado di soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza.
Lo staff è stato straordinario, professionale e al tempo stesso caloroso, sempre pronto a servirci in tutti i modi possibili e immaginabili. La loro flessibilità ci ha permesso di vivere la giornata senza pensieri, concentrandoci solo sulla bellezza del momento.
Non avremmo potuto scegliere posto migliore per celebrare il nostro matrimonio: il Castello di Rosciano, rimarrà per sempre nel nostro cuore così come il calore, l'affetto e la professionalità dimostrati da Antonello, Matteo e Chiara nell'accompagnarci nel percorso che ci ha portato fino al nostro giorno speciale 💓

We got married at Castello di Rosciano exactly one year ago. From the first communication with Chiara we felt confident in planning our wedding and even paying the deposit before visiting the castle. Chiara is a an amazing wedding coordinator who is incredibly proud of her family’s castle and her enthusiasm made it feel like the right fit for us. We visited the castle for the first time when we were invited for our food tasting and it surpassed all our expectations. The castle itself is nestled in the hills in Torgiano in between Perugia and Assisi. It offers panoramic views across the valley and the castle has been meticulously restored by Chiara and her family. The hospitality that we received made us feel part of the family. Planning a wedding is incredibly stressful and planning a wedding abroad is even more stressful however Chiara and the team made the planning as seamless as possible.
The castle itself is not only stunning but the entire team were so incredible at looking after our guests. The rooms were comfortable and able to accommodate our very large family. The food offered by Castello’s in house catering team was incredibly robust and so delicious…not a single guest went hungry over the 2 day celebration. Upon reflection, yes the castle is amazing in a beautiful location that is so unique but what really sells it is Chiara, her brother Matteo, Lara, Antonello and the rest of the amazing team. Castello di Rosciano will always hold a special place in our hearts and we are so grateful to have found such a magical place.

We just had our wedding there, and all I can say is this: PERFECTION! It was more than we expected, beginning with the location, castle, rooms, staff, food...everything! It was better than in the movies, for true!
DJ Raffaele Porzi didn't let us leave the dance floor 💃🕺 , and created a wonderfool atmosphere for all our guests.
And last but not least...our caro Antonello 🥰(our host) orchestrated all of this in a perfect and joyful simphony! So...thank you our dear, dear friend, and also many thanks to Castello Rosciano's team.

Mon fils s'est marié dans ce lieu absolument magique, mis en valeur grâce au travail de Chiara et toute son équipe.
Nous étions 170 personnes venues de France, d'Allemagne, d'Asie et des USA, tout le monde était émerveillé par la beauté de l'endroit et l'organisation millimétrée.
Je ne peux que recommander car tout était absolument parfait.

Nous avons vécu un rêve éveillé durant 2 jours. Tous nos invités sont unanimes, le lieu est splendide, la nourriture succulente et le staff est tout simplement parfait, au petit soin. 170 invités qui sont repartis les yeux remplis d’étoiles. Ces 2 jours resteront gravé à jamais dans notre mémoire et tout comme Chiara dans nos cœurs.

That made it so much easier for our friends and family who were traveling from abroad.||The ceremony spot is beautiful, and the setting made everything feel incredibly special. We also appreciated knowing there were great indoor alternatives in case of rain, like the lovely small church and spacious dining halls.||Our guests stayed in the on-site rooms, which are modern, comfortable, and well looked after. The food was another highlight—everything from the appetizers to the dessert was absolutely delicious, and the staff made sure it reflected our preferences.||What really made the difference was the team. We were looking for a venue where the ceremony, reception, and overnight stay could all take place in one location, to accommodate the needs of many guests traveling from abroad, and Castello di Rosciano was simply perfect.

The castle itself is absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic views, rich history, and a unique atmosphere that made every moment feel special. The spot for the ceremony is stunning, overlooking the rolling Umbrian countryside.

One of the reasons we chose this venue was also the abundance of beautiful Plan B options, from the charming on-site church to the multiple elegant indoor dining halls, giving us peace of mind regardless of the weather.

The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well equipped, offering a perfect blend of charm and convenience. The food was delicious from start to finish and adapted to our needs.

But what truly made the difference were the people. Matteo, Chiara, Antonello, and the entire team are some of the most wonderful individuals we’ve ever met. Incredibly professional and genuinely kind, they went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to get married. The beginning of our journey as a married couple started in that castle, with those amazing people, and it will stay in our hearts forever!

Castello di Rosciano in Torgiano, Italy, was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was the ideal place for us. The venue is absolutely magical, and it truly helped make our wedding day unforgettable.

The food was a standout — our guests are still raving about how amazing it was! Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented, and it added a special touch to the celebration that we’ll never forget.

We were fortunate enough to stay at the venue for two nights. On the first night, we hosted a fun welcome pizza party, which was the perfect way to kick off the weekend with our loved ones. The next day, we had a beautiful, classic wedding that went off without a hitch.

One of the most incredible aspects of Castello di Rosciano is that our entire family (60+ people) was able to stay on-site with us. Having everyone close by made the entire event even more special, and it created an intimate, unforgettable experience.

We traveled from Canada to have our wedding here with 65 family and friends. The Castello looked after us for 3 days as we were family and made our special day perfect. They are attentive, have extraordinary execution and deliver the highest quality in all areas. We've traveled Italy many times and the Castello and their culinary team, hands down has the best food in Italy (I implore anyone reading this to try and prove me wrong), breathtaking views and all the modern amenities to make your guests stay comfortable. Chiara and her family (owners) personally saw to many of the events and made sure they run smoothly and as she says 'made us feel like we were all living in a big house, as one'. My only regret is that I do not have an immediate plan to return.

🍽️ Il cibo era favoloso, ricercato e abbondante, servito con grande professionalità. Ogni piatto era una sorpresa, un equilibrio perfetto tra tradizione e creatività.

🎉 L’organizzazione impeccabile e il personale sempre gentile e disponibile hanno reso tutto ancora più magico.

Se cercate un luogo dove vivere emozioni vere e celebrare un evento speciale, il Castello di Rosciano è davvero una scelta perfetta. 💫

Il Castello di Rosciano è un posto da favola. Un sogno. Non potevamo scegliere un posto migliore per il nostro matrimonio. Il castello è bellissimo, con l’aspetto antico sia dentro che fuori e anche con tutte le modernità e comodità possibili all’interno. L’esterno è da paura. Tutte le aree lo sono. Dal pratino zona antipasti, alla zona cena vicino alle mura, alle terrazze varie, alla veranda vetrata, fino alla piscina. Per non parlare della vista su Perugia, Assisi, le campagne umbre e altri borghi antichi. Lo staff intero è veramente professionale e in gamba. Tutto è stato gestito in modo impeccabile e tutto con le tempistiche giuste. Il cibo di qualità altissima con i migliori prodotti possibili locali e non solo. Le camere sono spaziosissime, belle e con tutto il necessario. Noi avevamo invitati da tutta Italia e da tutto il mondo, e di età diverse e tutti sono stati benissimo e hanno detto che è stato il miglior matrimonio dove sono stati.|Uno spettacolo!

Recientemente, mi esposo y yo hemos celebrado nuestra boda en el castillo di Rosciano y debo decir que quedamos encantados!!!||||Durante mi juventud pase muchos años de mi vída en Perugia y me hacía muchIsima ilusión casarme en un lugar donde fui tan felíz y esté precioso lugar hizo que mi deseo se hiciera realidad.||||Una boda es un momento muy especial, por ello el nivel de exigencia es muy alto, aun asi debo decir que superaron nuestras expectativas. La cocina al top un 10: en nuestro caso el menú estaba hecho de platos muy elegantes de la cocina italiana con acento en productos de la zona y de temporada, todo lo que probamos fue muy bueno y nuestros invitados, que por cierto venian de todas partes del mundo nos dejaron de comentarlo!!||Del servicio, que decir increible, muy profesional, amable, cercano y muy atento, además durante la cena tuvimos ese toque mágino con el saludo de la Signora Fausta" La castellana".||||Otra cosa que nos gusto muchisimo fue el uso de sus diferentes salas desde el momento del aperitivo de bienvenida al lado de la piscina, pasando al antipasto, cena y baile, lo cual hizo que cada momento sea un descubrimiento en todos los sentidos.Por ultimo destacar el lugar, es un castillo increible con hermosas vistas sobre el valle, un escenario único para un momento tan especial como el nuestro, un momento que quedara por siempre en nuestros corazones.||||Por todo lo mencionado queremos agradecer de manera especial a Matteo, Antonello, Fausta, al chef y todo su staff!!Infinitamente Grazie!!||||Yami & Pablo
