We enjoyed staying at Casa Vacanze Podere Schioppello. Located in umbrian hills the house has multiple apartments and a nice common area. The owners were very helpful and proactive.

Il posto è molto bello, in mezzo agli ulivi e nelle colline umbre.
Lontano chilometri da ogni agglomerato urbano. Il primo supermarket è a 5 KM. Ottimo per il relax. Piscina ben tenuta.
Bel patio con bigliardino, ping pong ed altro.
Noi siamo stati a fine luglio ed era molto caldo, non c'è condizionamento e le 3 notti sono state problematiche. Manca il WI-Fi nell'appartamento. Mancavano le dotazioni per la spazzatura che però sono state fornite a richiesta. Invece la carta igienica era ed è rimasta insufficiente anche dopo la richiesta (2 rotoli per 5 persone in 3 notti). Abbiamo trovato il rubinetto del bidè non funzionante. Per il 5° letto ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con una brandina (fornita a richiesta), perchè il divano letto non è utilizzabile. Insomma non male ma non ci tornerei...

Our stay in Podere Schiopello was special and magical. We decided to get married in Perugia and have our small wedding party in the Willa. We spent there 4 days with our family. The whole preparation process and communication with Tanja was so easy and pleasant. She was helpful and you can say she put whole her heart to make our day wonderful. I could trust her fully. Decorations and table looked perfect, exactly like I wanted. Food was amazing and so delicious. My family talks about it all the time and they had great memories. Beside wedding party we have very pleasant stay. Willa has amazing view, everyone at least once woke up for sunrise. Apartments are clean, cozy and have everything we needed. Host is always ready to provide help and advices about where to go, what to see, where to do shopping and buy the best products.You should also visit their restaurant. Food is delicious and you feel so welcome there. Waiters speak English and are so kind and helpful. Owners moved our Italian wedding adventure to the next level, much higher than our expectations were. We have memories for life! Thank you so much for everything!

Vacanza perfetta per amici e famiglie. Siamo stati 5 giorni in questa stupenda location e tutto era sopra ogni aspettativa. La pulizia e la cortesia impeccabile. La vista e la tranquillità insuperabile. La piscina ed il magnifico patio munito di biliardo e ping pong ci hanno intrattenuto per tutto il tempo. Il territorio offre molto da visitare ma quando si arriva qui si ha voglia solo di godersi comfort e relax. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal in den Sommerferien hier. Wer eine ruhige, saubere und entspannende Atmosphäre sucht, wer gerne unter alten Olivenbäumen sitzt und umbrischen Wein genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Vermieter Tanja und Francesco sind toll und bieten für ihre Gäste einmal in der Woche selbstgemachte Pizza an. Das Gelände ist weitläufig und es gibt ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten um die Landschaft zu genießen und einen Pool, der für Abkühlung sorgt. Perugia ist schnell zu erreichen, und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut. In der Umgebung gibt es viele interssante Ausflugsziele und auch Rom ist in weniger als 2 Stunden zu erreichen. Wir können Podere Schioppello absolut weiterempfehlen!

We have been here for the second time in the summer holidays. If you are looking for a quiet, clean and relaxing atmosphere, who would like to sit under old olive trees and enjoy the Umbrian wine, this is the right place. The owners Tanja and Francesco are great and offer for their guests once a week homemade pizza. The grounds are spacious and there is ample seating to enjoy the countryside and a pool that provides cooling. Perugia is easy to reach, and the shopping is very good. In the surrounding area there are many interesting places to visit and also Rome can be reached in less than 2 hours. We can recommend Podere Schioppello absolutely!

Forse la parola giusta per definire questo luogo è "armonia"...armonia tra cielo e terra nell'incanto di un paesaggio stupendo che dona serenità e pace al cuore...armonia anche nei rapporti umani data dal senso di ospitalità e dalla capacità di Francesco e Tanja di far sentire ognuno a proprio agio con semplicità, gentilezza e attenzione alla persona.

Pravkar smo zaključili nepozabne počitnice v Umbriji. Preživeli smo deset nepozabnih dni na Podere Schioppello. Francesco in Tanja, hvala za prijaznost in ustrežljivist. Podere Schioppello je odlično izhodišče za izlete po Umbriji in bližnji Toskani. Perugia, Assisi, Cortona, Deruta je samo nekaj od možnih destinacij. Apartmaji so popolno opremljeni in čisti. Vse deluje. Poleg bazena je na voljo tudi ping pong, biliard in ročni nogomet. Zagotovo se še vrnemo.

Un mese di assoluto relax con le nostre due ragazze in una cornice splendida.la struttura e' caratteristica ,godibilissima all'esterno,con ampi spazi anche al coperto e un panorama mozzafiato a 360°.Gli appartamenti sono ampi e ben organizzati,il nostro(il verde), bellissimo,con accesso diretto all'uliveto che e' stato la nostra"living room" dall'alba al tramonto(anche ben oltre...)la piscina profonda il tanto che basta per rinfrescarsi e lasciare i bambini sguazzare liberamente in assoluta tranquillita'.il calcetto,il ping pong, il biliardo per i piu' grandi sotto la bellissima "capanna" con i tavoli e i divani per leggere, ascoltare musica e tanto spazio tra gli ulivi e gli alberi da frutto,tutto riservato e recintato.abbiamo dimenticato le nostre figlie per ore.Tania instancabile,con l'occhio attento ad ogni particolare mantiene questo luogo autentico nella sua semplicita', accogliente e funzionale allo stesso tempo,insieme Francesco e Tana ci hanno fatto sentire a casa nostra.professionali,amichevoli,ospitali.torneremo ancora e siamo sicuri che sara' bellissimo anche in autunno e in primavera!!Lo consigliamo assolutamente.

FAVOLOSO

Ho trascorso 10 giorni da favola.
Posto incantevole, immerso nella natura dove poter trascorre in completo relax.
Tania e Francesco due persone eccezionali, sempre presenti per soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti.
Un posto consigliatissimo per chi vuole trascorrere un periodo nel completo relax nella verde Umbria.

AWFUL. The house's heating system is a joke. Insects are all over the place, together with rats and an annoying cat. Wi-fi connection only works in the area right outside the house, not inside it. Hot water is a mirage, if you like cold showers go ahead. However the worst thing is the attitude that the owners have towards the client. As soon as I stepped in the property I felt attacked. Tanja and Francesco asked us for IDs right away and for the money deposit (this was as soon as we stepped out of the car) were cold and unwelcoming. During the day the walked around the property like vultures staring at us like we were always doing something wrong. It was very unpleasant experience.If you want to have a nice vacation in the wonders of the middle of Italy I suggest you choose another place.
