Fatima nous a trouvé un lieu exceptionnel avec une vue a couper le souffle. Elle nous a organisé notre mariage de rêve, a sû gérer avec brio les changement de dernière minutes et imprevus et heureusement qu'elle était là pour s'en occuper a notre place. Sa présence a fait que notre mariage était vraiment PARFAIT. Il correspondait a ce que nous avions imaginé si ce n'est même pas encore plus beau que dans nos rêves. Elle travaillé avec des fournisseurs d'exceptions et que très haute qualité. Elle a eu l'extrême gentillesse de nous faire plusieures surprises tellement cette personne est un amour.

If anybody is planning a wedding in Umbria, avoid this company. We had one hell of a time dealing with Fatima, a so-called “wedding planner”, and her venue- and a terrible experiences followed. If you want to enjoy your wedding day, and the time leading up to it, avoid it!!!

We are very disappointed with the service we obtained. After contacting the company well in advance we were assigned the help (yeah right) of Fatima to assist in the preparation of our wedding. She was to be our person on the ground in Italy while we were in the UK. We explained to her exactly what we wanted and she kept assuring us that there was no need to worry and that “everything was taken care of”. Instead we were forced to change venue because of her!!!

We spent thousands of pounds only to receive service that was appalling. If you are thinking of dealing with Umbria Weddings or have enlisted there services and have time left before the wedding to find someone else to plan your wedding, please run!!!

From the rehearsal dinner to the wedding day, Fatima managed everything flawlessly. No task was too big or small for her; she handled it all with grace and professionalism, making sure everything flowed seamlessly. It was truly a gift to have her by our side.

Even though we had never seen our venue in person, Fatima brought our dream wedding, which had only existed in my head and on Pinterest, to life. From the moment we arrived and enjoyed our rehearsal dinner to saying our final goodbyes to the venue the morning after the wedding, every detail was perfect. Without a doubt, this was the best time of our lives, and we’ll treasure these memories forever.

We are forever grateful to Fatima for all her hard work and dedication. She will always have a special place in our hearts. If you're considering someone to plan your Umbrian wedding, we can't recommend her enough!

We had the most magical, fairytale wedding in August at the stunning, Abbazia San Pietro in Valle. We travelled from Suffolk, uk.

Fatima was fantastic the day before and on the Wedding day! We got to the beautiful venue and hours later there was torrential rain, which of course, caused me to panic!

Fatima was by our side the entire time, immediately thought of a plan B, was on the phone to vendors and musicians with no hesitation. We were so impressed to see how quickly Fatima reacted to these obstacles and it made us feel calm and at ease. Fatima kept checking in with us to make sure we were feeling happy. Our friends and families absolutely adored Fatima, as she made everyone feel so at ease and reassured.

Fatima’s communication and presence on the wedding day was fantastic. We literally had the best day of our lives and couldn’t have achieved this without Fatima and her knowledge and experience, thank you Fatima!

We highly recommend Fatima, she will go above and beyond to make your day one to truly remember. We want to go back and do it all again!!

I used to roll my eyes at friends who told me that their weddings were the best day they ever experiences, but now I totally get it and I think a MAJOR part in this was Fatima's expertise and planning. I am from Canada and had always dreamed of an intimate Italian country-side wedding, but the thought of planning from the other side of the world made me incredibly nervous. From the moment I met Fatima on video call, I knew choosing her would be the perfect choice. Fatima listened to exactly what we wanted and took away the anxiety of planning from overseas. Her communication was incredible and her recommended options were top tier (I'm talking, all options were so wonderful that it made it hard to choose!) Fatima also set expectations right out of the get-go, letting us know that North America vs. Italian culture is very different when it comes to booking timelines - her communication and constant reassurance put my nerves to rest. With how our wedding turned out, we have no doubt that Fatima only offered us the best service and vendor options. Our family and friends are still talking about the wedding months later and are even referring it to "the best wedding they have ever been to," and some have had their own or watched their kids get married! The best wedding planner! Fatima and her team were excellent! We are from the states and planned our wedding in Assisi - October 2023. Fatima knew all the best vendors, was transparent in all pricing and knew the ins and outs of how to run a wedding in Italy. She could not have made it easier for my husband and I to plan our destination wedding with almost 100 guests. She worked so well with the venue! Fatima made our long awaited Italian wedding a reality, we could have not done it without her. Luke and I are English but based in Sydney, Australia. We got engaged in 2019 and always wanted to get married in Italy, Fatima made this a reality.

We found it very difficult to contact venues and vendors from Sydney, the time difference and language barrier being the main issues. Once we found Umbria weddings and events in everything came together much easier despite the COVID complications, a postponement and a baby in between.

Fatima listened to our story, requests, event size and budget and found us appropriate venues, she also did site visits and sent us videos and all the info as we could not travel over ourselves. We booked Villa Barberino in Tuscany for May 2022 and after many travel restrictions and uncertainty we ended up having the most beautiful wedding day on June 10th 2023.

Fatima really cares about all the couples she works with and her honesty and attention to detail is what makes her such an incredible wedding planner. We eventually managed to travel to Italy 7months before the wedding and meet Fatima on site in person. She really listened to everything we wanted and helped us organise musicians, florist, hairdressers and plan the spaces for different part is the day.

Our venue was a little difficult as we got closer to the big day and Fatima was in our corner the entire time. She was also on site from 2 days before the big day helping liaise between us and the venue owners.

The whole event was beautiful and Fatima is to thank. She is dedicated to ensuring that her clients big day is everything they dreamed of and is the most lovely person…even when as a bride it is all getting a bit stressful 🫢

I would recommend her and her team to anyone who wants to have a stress free wedding or event in Umbria or Tuscany.

It was a wonderful experience working with Fatima for our wedding. We’re from Canada and got married at Roccafiore in Umbria which was a leap of faith since we never saw the venue until we arrived for our wedding, but Fatima was able to execute our vision. She was able to find us the right vendors for our budget and alleviate the stress of dealing and communicating with them. It’s a bit tough not being so involved since it’s a destination wedding but trust she knows what she’s doing!! After our wedding on the 7.7.17 in Todi, Umbria, Fatima (Umbria Weddings and Events) deserves only the highest of recommendations.
Fatima's skill, commitment, passion, persistency and knowledge of the area, allowed Kristen (Irish) and myself (Scottish) living in Toronto to marry both civilly and within the catholic church in Umbria.
Fatima's organisational skills relieved any stress from us prior to the wedding but most importantly, on the wedding day. We never had to worry about a thing and got to enjoy two full days of being with our 120 guests who had flown in from all over the world.
Throughout the year of preparations, Fatima's advice,support and hard work allowed our Kris and I and our guests to experience what we say was, 'The best wedding!' We are going to miss working with Fatima.
