This place is an absolute gem. I came here to have a small wedding and everything came together so beautifully. The host is kind and very responsive.
There are many common rooms with activities like pool, ping pong, mini golf, and foosball, which was nice to experience during downtime to bond the families together. The real beauty is the view of town from here. Pop open a few local wines on their balcony and enjoy your stay.

The wedding venues of wedding venues!! Pulled off the most amazing wedding at Perugia Vecchia. My guests were absolutely blown away by the beauty of the place. Gloria was fantastic and went out of her way to ensure the day went perfectly, she was not only a Villa manager but became basically a wedding coordinator on the day. We had 75 guests on the day of the wedding, 26 of whom got to enjoy the wonderful Villa during the run up. I could go on and on about how much I love this place, I hope to come back again in the future ❤️❤️

We simply had the most wonderful holiday at Perugia Vecchia Relais. We travelled as a group of 24 - 6 families, allowing each family to have their own luxury apartment plus allowing the older teenagers to use the 2 separate en-suite bedrooms. There was so much to do from a fantastic pool to swim, laze and play in, a large hot tub and sauna, full size crazy golf, a full size pool table, football goals (which we used for water polo), basketball and hoop, table tennis, football table, playstation, a huge dining room with fantastic views, outdoor dining, BBQ, pool bar with outdoor cooking facilities plus fridge and freezer, plus a main bar for evening drinks and fun and rest rooms everywhere. It is essentially like having your own hotel resort. The photo's and description don't do it justice. Gloria - the guest relations manager is lovely and attentive through the week as and when you need her. Staff pop in each morning to clean the pool whilst you sleep! We got outside caterers for most of the evenings, which definitely helped, organised a mid-week clean through Gloria and used the Conad superstore to top up on supplies otherwise (15 min drive). You will definitely need a hire car for this one as it is up a large windy hill out of town but worth it for the fantastic views and seclusion. We will definitely rebook and highly recommend

We stayed here for a friend's birthday and this is a true gem, the property and facilities are amazing. I felt like we were in a private resort for the week.

On check in I discovered so much more to the site than the website lets on

Loved the extra bits such as the fruit and veg basket mid week delivery and the leaving gifts.

Prachtig domein met verzorgde huisjes voor ieders privacy. We zijn 2x naar deze accommodatie geweest met ongeveer 30 personen. De grote keuken en polyvalente ruimte is dus zeker een pluspunt. Het grote zwembad en de jacuzzi waren ook top. La Dolce Vita!

A beautiful, well-kept villa in a peaceful and private setting — perfect for our group of 25 friends. The outdoor kitchen by the pool was ideal for enjoying cool drinks all day. Every room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The large pool, whirlpool, and sauna were great highlights. At night, the lighting made the whole place feel magical. Gloria was very helpful and always quick to respond. We felt right at home and would happily come back. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

A Magical Family Week in Italy to Celebrate a Milestone

We just returned from an unforgettable week in Italy to celebrate my wife’s upcoming 60th birthday, and I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect setting for such a special occasion. Fourteen of us—our extended but close-knit nuclear family—came together from different places, and this trip exceeded all our hopes.

The villa was stunning: spacious, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. Every corner felt thoughtfully prepared for comfort and connection. The views were breathtaking, the pool was a favorite with both kids and adults, and the grounds gave us plenty of room to relax, explore, and enjoy time together.

What made it even more memorable was the incredible service. The staff was warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond—every detail was taken care of with such care and kindness.

Whether we were enjoying long meals under the stars, laughing over shared stories, or taking day trips to nearby towns, the whole experience brought us closer as a family and gave us memories we’ll treasure for years to come.

If you’re looking for a place to mark a milestone surrounded by beauty, warmth, and people you love, I can’t recommend this experience highly enough.

It was the most magical villa ever. Everything was absolutely perfect - there is nothing I can fault.
Gloria was an absolute gem. She took care of us and helped up throughout our stay.

We just came back from staying here for a week, a week during which this place completely took our breath away from the moment we arrived till we left. We were here for a close friend’s wedding, for which the entire venue was ours for the week. Everything about this place made visiting Perugia absolutely amazing. Safe to say all 30 people who made this place home for 7 days is now back in England with the worst holiday blues of all time.

This place now has a special place reserved in my heart. The location, view, anemneties and atmosphere is top teir. I stayed here for a wedding and the venue was amazing. There is so much to do from your very own swimming pool, to a pool table, fussball table, jacuzzi, sauna, steam. Almost every villa within the complex has a kitchen.

The host was extremely attentive and would respond instantly if any advice was needed.

Honestly I could not recommend this venue more. Amazing amazing location *****

We had an unforgettable vacation at this stunning domain in August. The pool was absolutely amazing—crystal clear water, surrounded by lush greenery. One of those places you want to keep a secret. We had the most magical 5 nights at Perugia Vecchia Relais with 21 of our loved ones. 2 days involved hosting a welcome party and wedding celebration.

Everything about the venue was perfect. Somehow you felt at home, despite being surrounded by pure luxury. It was a lovely surprise to see the new additions of an outdoor kitchen and mini golf.

Hiring a vehicle is essential for this location - we travelled to the Centro Commerciale Collestrada for our groceries. The indoor and outdoor cooking facilities were brilliant.

Our guests loved that they were able to lock their rooms and everything felt really secure and safe.

The children had so much fun and there was lots to keep them occupied - the obvious favourite being the pool! It was lovely seeing the boar on the trail too.

There is nothing we needed that the venue did not have.

We visited in late May, and despite a couple of thunderstorms the weather was beautiful and allowed us to enjoy the pool every day.

Gloria was a delight to work with and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. From reconfiguring bedrooms to organising a coach to get our guests down the mountain on our wedding night, nothing was too much trouble. She even arranged a personalised wedding gift for us which we'll treasure forever.

I cried when we left because I didn't want to have to say goodbye. I can only hope we are able to stay here again.

Wow! An absolutely amazing villa with everything a person could want. The secluded property is very relaxing with hot tub, sauna and pool. The views over the valley, the villa grounds, the design of the house: everything soothes and relaxes the soul. The property manager was amazing to work with, thank you Gloria, and we were able to tailor quite a beautiful experience. Around the property, there are miles of trails; a true gem in the villas of Perugia Vecchia Park. At the base of the park lays Deruta, an absolutely charming town packed full of ceramic artist with stunning works.
We hope to visit again!

The Perugia Vecchia Relais is an amazing villa. We got married there, this summer, and had the most perfect day. The setting was wonderful, with beautiful views across the Umbrian countryside. We stayed at the villa with our friends and family and everyone said how amazing it was. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the same for the kitchen and lounge areas. It is very high-tech too, including electric curtains. It has got all the facilities that you need too - coffee machine, table tennis, pool table, hot tub and sauna, the list goes on. The swimming pool is fantastic too.
Gloria is such a wonderful host and goes out of her way to ensure that you have a perfect stay. I hope that we get the chance to return one day - perhaps for a wedding anniversary!

We stayed at Perugia Vecchia with 6 friends in July and had such an amazing stay. The pool and outdoor area is incredible and the bedrooms were very well equipped and comfortable. There is so much space on the property for everyone to relax on their own, but also plenty of activities for everyone to be entertained. Gloria was a great host and ensured we had everything we needed upon arrival. We were very comfortable here and hope to be back again soon. Would highly recommend!

We stayed at Perugia Vecchia for a week and absolutely loved it. Our group was four families that totaled 8 adults and 6 kids at its largest. The way the apartments acted as standalone units was perfect. Everyone had their own private space with a lot of shared space to hang out. The property and surroundings were gorgeous. The location feels very rural and sits on top of a hill with amazing views of the valley. It's about 15 or 20 minutes to drive down to Deruta to the supermarket or restaurants. We cooked most of our dinners at the house in the large shared kitchen. The kitchen was stocked with all of the cooking utensils we needed. The facilities were great, and there was plenty for both kids and adults to do. We spent some days just hanging out and enjoying what the property had to offer, but it also served as a great home base for day trips to the surrounding area. Gloria was a fantastic host and was very responsive whenever we had questions. I highly recommend this place!

The layout of the house with separate apartments makes it perfect for large groups - work, friends or family. So many amazing details and aspects to love. Posto incantevole. Viaggio fuori dal tempo immersi in una vera e propria oasi verde. Struttura bellissima e curata in ogni dettaglio. Il verde domina si tutto, dei molti giardini e dei boschi circostanti. Ci si trova completamente immersi nella natura ma con ogni servizio a portata di mano. Meravigliosa piscina a sfioro con vista mozzafiato sulla spendida vallata umbra. Fanno parte della tenuta, ma molto distanti dalla struttura, degli allevamenti di animali allo stato brado.
