Nel cuore del borgo storico di Fontanellato il ristorante in villa vi accoglierà con gentilezza. Di fatto è una villa, dalla piazzetta con San pietrini di entra nella zona bar, 2 piani e un giardino incredibile e ben curato con un piccolo castello 🏰.
In una delle sale abbiamo degustato un menù fisso di 3 portate:
Una sfoglia con funghi molto delicata d buona, un bis di tortelli (zucca e ricotta e spinaci) a terminare un culis di frutti di bosco e gelato. Vino franciacorta e lambrusco. Ottima qualità prezzo.
Il ristorante è buono e con dei piccoli accorgimenti può diventare ottimo.

Nota dolente il parcheggio in quanto la 3 domenica del mese c’è il noto mercatino.

Ristorante veramente top in tutto. La location accogliente ed elegante. Il servizio impeccabile con cambio bicchieri al cambio bottiglia di vino, tovagliato elegante e giro di pane fatto artigianalmente. Le portate gustose, ben presentate e ben preparate. Anche i dolci una vera squisitezza per il palato e la vista. Prezzi onesti considerato il tutto.

Abbiamo scelto In Villa per il nostro matrimonio e non potevamo fare scelta migliore.
 Siamo davvero felicissimi che ci sia stato consigliato!
La location è bellissima, con sale interne eleganti e grandi finestre scenografiche che si affacciano sul parco. Il parco è semplicemente meraviglioso: ampio e curato, è lo sfondo perfetto per un ricevimento.
Ma non c’è solo questo, quello che per noi ha fatto davvero la differenza è stata la disponibilità, la professionalità e la gentilezza di Elisabetta e Alessandro.
 Il servizio, il cibo e l’organizzazione dell’intera giornata sono stati impeccabili, e tantissimi ospiti ci hanno fatto i complimenti.
Lo consigliamo vivamente sia come ristorante, sia come location per eventi!

Da lodare. Siamo stati ospitati nella struttura In Villa dato che la nostra scelta originaria ma della stessa proprietà - l'hotel ristorante Tre Pozzi - era senza aria condizionata causa un guasto. Signorilmente ed allo stesso prezzo ci è stata prospettata questa soluzione, rivelatasi fortunata. Stanza/minisuite di gran lusso ed accogliente, aria condizionata centralizzata perfetta e sempre attiva a giusta temperatura, wi-fi di ottima ricezione/connessione, ampio locale bagno, materassi di elevato comfort, colazione di prodotti a buffet ( corn flakes, succhi, marmellatine Rigoni Asiago tra tutti ), più pasticceria appena sfornata , uova ed un ottimo crudo locale. La tranquillità è garantita. La posizione, centralissima dirimpetto la Rocca di Fontanellato. Efficiente, gentilissima e di grande disponibilità e signorilità la titolare signora Elisabetta. Il servizio ristorante solo nel fine settimana è al momento garantito tramite il catering dell'altra struttura Tre Pozzi. Unico suggerimento - non è una pecca... - nell'elegante e di design arredamento della camera sarebbe utile comprendere un piccolo comodino sotto i ripiani a fianco del letto, senza snaturare stile e bellezza. Ultima gioia: nel parco dentro la struttura, ampio e con alberi secolari, in questa stagione sono visibili le lucciole : chi non le ha mai viste può solo immaginarne la bellezza, chi ha avuto la ventura di incontrarle in natura potrà ulteriormente goderne.

Posto storico gestito in modo impeccabile e con grande simpatia. Camere vaste e confortevoli. Colazione notevole, in particolare le uova strapazzate erano eccezionali. Ci torneremo con piacere.

Abbiamo festeggiato qui il nostro matrimonio. Ci siamo innamorati di questo posto al primo sopralluogo. Il mix di storia e natura è perfetto e la sua posizione nella piazza principale di Fontanellato accanto alla Rocca lo rende unico.
Gli interni sono curati nei minimi dettagli e il parco è ricco di angoli molto suggestivi.
Alessandro e Betta ci hanno seguito con grande professionalità dal primo istante e ci hanno accontentati in tutte le nostre richieste. La loro lunga esperienza si evince in ogni momento e questo ci ha rassicurato molto dalla fase dei preparativi al giorno del matrimonio. Ci siamo affidati a loro su diverse scelte (dai vini ad alcune proposte di piatti) e tutto è stato perfetto.
Anche il giorno del matrimonio il coordinamento del servizio è stato impeccabile così come la collaborazione con la wedding planner e i diversi fornitori.
Le camere disponibili per la notte sono da favola così come la possibilità di fare colazione con una vista meravigliosa sul parco.
Non smetteremo mai di ringraziarli per aver contribuito a rendere tutto perfetto e oltre le nostre più rosee aspettative.

Tolle Lage, zentral und doch mitten im Grünen, wunderschöner Park. Grosszügiges Zimmer, traditionell italienisches Frühstück. Auf Anfrage gab es aber auch Eier, Fleisch und Käse. Das Einzige was gestört hat: Die Dusche war nicht besonders sauber. Unsere beiden Hunde waren auch herzlich willkommen.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa meravigliosa villa in occasione del Capodanno, ed è stato un'esperienza magica! La villa è bellissima, immersa in un parco stupendo, e camere sono assolutamente all'altezza della location. La nostra camera era arredata in modo impeccabile: il letto a baldacchino le dava un tono antico e romantico, ed il resto dell'arredamento completava l'atmosfera. Il bagno, poi, era altrettanto delizioso, con una bellissima vasca da bagno... Ci siamo fermati anche per cena ed è stato un cenone magico: noi due ed altre due coppie, tutti ospiti della villa, abbiamo cenato nella sala del camino, con le candele e le luci del Presepe ad illuminare i tavoli. Oltre ad avere mangiato divinamente, abbiamo trascorso una bellissima serata in un luogo davvero incantevole.

ottima la posizione,si esce e ci si trova davanti la splendida rocca di fontanellato!!molto spaziose e pulite le camere ed il bagno,la villa e situata in un grande parco con un'atmosfera suggestiva grazie anche alla nebbia che lo rende magico!!complimenti ad alessandra sempre pronta a consigliare cosa visitare in zona e molto simpatica, buona ma migliorabile la colazione mancano le brioches e le torte non sono eccezionali!! pero l'esperienza e stata positiva da ritornarci, prezzo un po alto!!

Habitaciones cómodas, completas, buena cama y un parque espectacular (el antiguo parque del castillo) Lugar muy tranquilo, buen desayuno, solo falló wifi en habitaciones.Buena relación precio calidad. Recomendable.

Grosse Zimmer mit einem tollen Bad. Das Haus liegt in einem Grünen Park. Parkplatz vorhanden allerdings nicht so leicht zu finden, da der Haupteingang in einer Fussgängerzone ist. Von der Hauptstrasse über ein Fussgängerweg. Der Eingang ist als Park beschriftet. Es hat eine Klingel. ||Umgebung richtig schön mit einer kleinen Wasserburg. Gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen zu Fuss erreichbar.

Belle surprise pour un étape d'une nuit. Très belle bâtisse bien située dans un grand parc en face du château. Personnel aimable et serviable. Deux bémols : la propreté du sol de la chambre et le buffet du petit déjeuner.

Diese Unterkunft ist mit anderen nicht vergleichbar. |Inmitten eines wunderschönen kleinen italienischen Städtchen wohnen, direkt gegenüber eines alten Wasserschlosses, an einem großen freien Platz, und dennoch völlig abgeschieden in einem "verwunschenen" Park zu Hause zu sein, der Blick aus dem ebenerdigen Zimmer nur ins Grüne. Die große Fensterfront, von der Decke bis zum Boden schafft einen nahtlosen Übergang ins Freie. Der Blick aus dem Bett direkt in den Park. Und dennoch kann niemand von außen in das Zimmer schauen. |Die Einrichtung modern, stilvoll und geschmackvoll. Das Bad ebenso perfekt. |Der Frühstücks- und Empfangsraum großzügig. Das Personal sehr freundlich. ||Kurz und gut, das Haus ist für uns ein Geheimtipp und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Sogar für mich als Rollstuhlfahrer. ||Die einzige Einschränkung zu Beginn sehe ich jetzt sogar als Vorteil an. Der Eingang ist erstmal nicht so leicht zu finden. Ein wenig muss man ihn sich "verdienen". Aber muss man sich nicht jeden verwunschenen Garten ein wenig verdienen?|

my husband and i had a magnificent stay at Le Notti in Villa. The hotel is beautiful with the most amazing gardens. Our room is large and tastefully designed with a large terrace that overlooks the Castle san vitale. More importantly the service is excellent. Christian was the person in charge during our stay and he was warm and attentive, simply charming. We arrived with a problematic rental car and he kindly called the rental car hot-line for us and arranged for a mechanic to come to the hotel to check out the car. And he was present with us the whole time to translate and help out. He also recommended us an incredible restaurant, Trattoria Teatro, which ended up being our favorite restaurant during our trip in Emilia Romagna! The best hotel to stay at if you visit parma.

Le Notti In Villa B&B in Fontanellato made a very good base from which to explore the area surrounding Parma. (A bit of background: I could not find a hotel in Parma that was car-friendly – both due to parking costs and the difficulty of driving in and out through the old city. On the map, Fontanellato is close to the A1. I did not understand that the A1 is a toll road and therefore had few on and off ramps. So, Fontanellato is not quite as convenient as we thought it would be. That being said, all local roads lead to Fontanellato and in no time we were negotiating the trangenziale and zipping around easily. We found the town small and charming with the lovely castle in the center, a few good restaurants, some nice little bars, a number of gelaterias, a laundromat, and two market days.) We stayed six nights. Most people seemed to stay only one night en route to somewhere else. Too bad – there was lots to see in the area. I was told that the hotel had once been the stable for the castle. I can’t speak to the truth of that statement, but the hotel sits between the square surrounding the castle and the castle’s beautiful gardens. The hotel is surrounded by a wall with a security gate to the street on the garden side and by two locked doors on the castle side. There are five rooms. They are very modern and well equipped. The wifi reception was strong. I can’t speak to the tv coverage as we never turned it on. The bathroom was large and modern. Everything is spotlessly clean. The bedding and towels were very good quality. I found the bed a bit hard, but then I found most Italian hotel beds hard. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. No one spoke English fluently, but everyone’s English was certainly better than my Italian, and more than enough to get by. Breakfast was excellent – see the photo. The restaurant was only open one night during our stay. Unfortunately it was on a night when we were so full of lunch and sightseeing that we collapsed on the bed early in the evening. We liked Le Notti In Villa very much and would urge travelers to spend a few nights there while exploring a lovely part of Emilia Romagna.

Fontanellato is 2 hours drive from Milan. A very good location in Parma. The town is built around a medieval castle surrounded by a moat which consist the town square around which one of the houses is the Villa. This B&B has 5 beautifully decorated rooms. Managed by young and very friendly owners. We arrived late and a very nice dinner was served. I recommend this B&B for a longer stay while touring the Parma district. 10 mins drive from this hotel there is an outlet in Fidenza where an Agrinascente shop is located. The latter is a fantastic reasonably priced source of chease, ham and everything one dreams of Italian food produce.

... half an hour's drive from Parma (and fifteen minutes from the wonderful Fidenza shopping outlet village!). Half an hour from Verdi's birthplace and a few monuites further to the town where he started his musical career. ||||Le Notti is an old villa set in lovely grounds, with just four splendid rooms looking on to the gardens - whilst the front of the house opens straight into the old town, with its moated castle just across the square. The villa has been beautifully converted, very clean and comfortable. We (2 couples) found it wonderful value. There's an associated wine bar/brasserie in the same premises, serving delicious local products at lunch and supper.
