Eravamo così felici e impazienti di trascorrere qualche giorno a Villa Bona, ma purtroppo, a causa di un’emergenza familiare, non abbiamo potuto partire per la nostra vacanza. Siamo rimasti delusi dal modo in cui la situazione è stata gestita. Si trattava di una circostanza particolare e non di una semplice cancellazione.
Ci è stato detto che avremmo ricevuto un rimborso solo nel caso in cui la villa fosse stata nuovamente affittata. Questa risposta ci ha amareggiato: un buono o la possibilità di spostare il soggiorno a un altro periodo sarebbero stati gesti di comprensione e flessibilità, che purtroppo non abbiamo riscontrato.

Comprendiamo che ci siano delle politiche di cancellazione, tuttavia siamo rimasti delusi dalla mancanza di flessibilita nella gestione di una situazione così particolare. Ci stato detto che avremmo ricevuto un rimborso solo nel caso h cui la struttura fosse stata nuovamente affttata. buono o la possibilita di spostare il soggiorno in un altro periodo sarebbero stati, a nostro avviso, segni maggiore comprensione e disponibilita|verso lospite.

Wonderful Stay at Villa Bona

Our stay at Villa Bona was perfect from start to finish. The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and make you feel at home.

Our room, bathroom, and balcony were all spacious and spotless, offering a fantastic view of both the mountains and the sea. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast that changed daily, a lovely way to start the day.

The location is excellent for exploring the area, ideal for visiting Palermo (the train is recommended), the Madonie Park, and Cefalù.

A beautiful, peaceful place with warm hospitality and stunning views, highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Bona. It is the most beautiful accommodation we have ever stayed in in Sicily. Absolutely recommendable. The owners are very welcoming and personalise your stay. Wonderful view, great interior, simply a great villa. We will definitely be back!

Uno dei pochi alloggi che mi ha stupito veramente. Merita davvero il massimo per ogni categoria. Partiamo dal posto in cui si trova che ho fotografato appena arrivati. Un panorama mozzafiato, una villa enorme tra il mare e la montagna. Ottima posizione con parcheggio, a metà tra Palermo e Cefalù. Pace assoluta. L’interno raffinato ed elegante, le camere grandi e confortevoli. Pulizia ottima. Colazione fresca e gustosa. Servizio impeccabile. Devo aggiungere altro?

Best place I've stayed overnight in sicily - by quite a margin. Nice and very large rooms with terrace, both with sweeping views. Very friendly owners.
If there would be a bigger writing desk and comfy chair this would also be very suitable for workcation.

Prachtige B&B, smaakvol en stijlvol ingericht, het was een plaatje uit een boek!
Ruime kamer, badkamer en terras met fantastisch uitzicht!
Lekker ontbijt, zowel zoet als hartig, lekkere koffie.
Eigenaars spraken ook Frans en gaven tips : zo bezochten wij het kasteel van Cacamo : prachtig!

Locatie deosebita, ne-a placut foarte mult. Vila este superba si renovata cu bun gust, camera a fost curata, spatioasa si primitoare iar micul dejun foarte bun. Ne-ar fi placut sa mai stam macar o noapte pentru a ne bucura de loc.

A beautiful place in an olive grove that will grab you by the heart. We only spent two nights here, but we had the best time in Sicily. Large rooms with a huge terrace where you can watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Apartment very clean and quiet. We had a great sleep! Breakfasts were sufficient and the owners very nice people.

Zatrzymalysmy sie w tej pięknej Villi z mamą podczas naszej podróży po Sycylii. Przywitał nas przemiły właściciel, Krzysztof, ktory przedstawil nam historie tego cudownego miejsca. Villa jest pieknie odnawiana, z duzym smakiem i poczuciem estetyki. Pokoje dla gosci sa bardzo komfortowe. O poranku obudzil nas przepiekny wschod slonca i idylliczny widok na morze. Świetne miejsce które odkryliśmy podróżujących po Sycylii i szukając noclegu z Trapani do Taorminy aby uniknąć długiej jazdy. Przepiękny widok, duży pokój w klimacie starej willi włoskiej, przemiła obsługa, bardzo czysto, pyszne śniadanie - nie tylko składające się z rogalika :) Polecam
