We had the pleasure to work with Fabio for our wedding in September of this year. We live in the Netherlands but the bride is from the Veneto region, we therefore really wanted to have the event to take place in her hometown, in Italy.
We have been recommanded Fabio and are very happy we decided to work with him for this special day.

My husband and I had our dream destination wedding at Castello San Salvatore in July 2024 and our only regret was not hiring Fabio sooner! My husband is Italian but we live in Los Angeles and had guests coming in from the United States as well as my husband’s family who all lived nearby in the Veneto region. Fabio helped us coordinate 3 beautiful days of festivities over the weekend including a welcome party at a local cantina on Friday, our gorgeous wedding on Saturday, and a group tour of the Grand Canal in Venice via water taxi for all of our American guests (it was like something out of a movie)! During the planning process Fabio was very responsive and made himself available outside of normal business hours to accommodate our 9 hour time difference. Although he is a native Italian speaker, his English is perfect and he was always willing to translate to make sure I was comfortable when speaking with our vendors. We had some unique ideas for our wedding that made the planning process complicated at times, but Fabio was always very patient and supportive in executing our vision. The result was that the castle was the perfect backdrop for us to jump the broom, complete with rain, a rainbow, champagne tower and the most wonderful firework show I have ever seen.

Many of our guests called it the best wedding they have ever attended and we are so grateful that Fabio made our vision a reality!

More than a year ago, we had the idea of celebrating our wedding in the beautiful region of Veneto. Being from another country, we knew we had to get professional help, to get this organized. This was, when we found Fabio – the best that could have happened to us.

Fabio is from the region and knows the area very well, and with this he also knows the most beautiful wedding locations, best caterers, photographers and so on. Having lived in the UK, he speaks flawless English, which made the communication quite easy.

Over the 12 months of preparations, Fabio helped us to find the perfect location, find an incredible catering and everything else that is needed (which is a lot!). He always knew exactly what to do when, dealt with our special ideas and wishes and also provided own inputs from his experience, that was very valuable. He had beautiful ideas how to create a consistent design and style for our wedding that resonated with us. With his great network of service providers, he could lend us special deals e.g. for flowers. Besides this, he had great tips for restaurants, when we did another one of our trips to Italy.

When we had worries about certain things, he managed to calm us down. In the days before the wedding, he got in contact with our bridesmaid and best man, to make sure they are all aligned.

On the day itself, it felt like he was everywhere at the same time: He was at the location from the morning on, making sure the decorations were on point. He even brought a tableau that included his own classic Vespa – an absolute eye-catcher. He came to our hotel, to align with us on the final things and calm us down. He was there, when we had the first couple photos taken to provide us with water in the Italian heat and get the car waiting. He was at the church, to make sure everything went right – and back at the location before the guests arrived. During the evening, he made sure, we as the couple and every guest were doing good and everything was going smoothly. It often felt like he could read our minds.

This was invaluable and took so much of our nervousness off us. Just to know, somebody you trust is there and has everything under control.

We had he most beautiful day of our lives – and it would not have been possible without Fabio.

Ci siamo rivolti a Fabio di myweddinginveneto per l'organizzazione del nostro matrimonio e devo dire che è stata proprio una scelta azzeccata! Avevamo già scelto la data, ma poi causa poco tempo tra lavoro e cantiere della casa nuova abbiamo avuto bisogno di qualcuno che ci seguisse nell'organizzazione e nei dettagli, dagli inviti alla location. Fabio ci ha messo subito al centro del progetto, proponendo idee che ci rispecchiassero e senza pacchetti preconfezionati uguali per tutti. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo l'idea di usare delle cassette di legno con una composizione di fiori all' interno di bottiglie di gin rinomati come tableau. La cura dei dettagli è stata maniacale, dagli inviti ai confetti alla disposizione di open bar e dj per la sera. Senza l'aiuto di Fabio, sicuramente non saremo riusciti a organizzare un matrimonio così ben riuscito.
