Could not recommend Amia Events or Cecilia more. We’re based in the US and were completely overwhelmed by the idea of planning a two-day wedding in Italy, but from our very first meeting with Cecilia, we knew we were in the best hands. She immediately understood our vision and it was clear how deeply she cares about her work and her couples. Her constant communication was incredibly reassuring, especially planning from abroad. She truly took all the stress out of the process leading up to the wedding (aside from the normal nerves), and when the time arrived, she was on top of every detail for both days. If anything didn’t go as planned, we still don’t know — everything felt absolutely perfect to us. We can’t recommend Amia Events enough if you’re looking for an outstanding planner in Italy

THE best wedding planner! Cecilia made planning our wedding the most enjoyable experience. We started planning December 2022 and I was anxious because every time somebody speaks about planning a wedding, it all sounds so stressful. But Cecilia took complete control and she genuinely made it such a lovely experience. She is so organised, reliable and nothing is ever too much for her. She gives the best advice and has so much knowledge about the industry, you can definitely trust that you’re in good hands! As soon as we got engaged we knew we didn’t want to get married in the UK and we started our search for our destination wedding location. We spoke with several wedding planners in Italy but as soon as we spoke with Cecilia we knew she was the one we wanted to have plan our special day. Our call was very warm and friendly & not at all pushy like some of the planners we had spoken with. She understood our brief and gave us plenty of ideas. We worked together across nearly 2 years to create our dream day. Cecilia took the stress out of everything & we never had to worry about a thing. Cecilia worked so hard to give us our special 3 day events, despite my ever changing mind & ideas. Every little detail was thought of and everything looked exactly how we dreamt of.
We had the best time and everyone had the time of their lives. We cannot thank Àmia enough for giving us a wedding and 2 parties to remember forever.
We will definitely be recommending to any friends or family that choose Italy as a wedding location.

When we decided to get married in Tuscany, we spent weeks searching and meeting with events planners based in Italy. Luckily, a friend of ours recommended “àmia weddings & events”. When we met with Cecilia (the owner of àmia) we knew right away. Not only is she the most lovely woman, she has so many years worth of experience in wedding planning, and she’s also very detail oriented which we loved. We felt so blessed having someone with Cecilia’s credentials help us plan our whole wedding weekend (we had 3 events in total: the welcome dinner, the full wedding day/evening and a farewell brunch - each one was perfection). She met with us regularly and really took the time to understand our tastes, what we wanted and literally made it happen. From finding the most perfect venue, to sourcing the right vendors, to project planning, to on the day logistics for each day - it was all just so perfect. The vendors we worked with also had nothing but lovely things to say about Cecilia, she has some great contacts. Each day went smoothly, me and my husband were able to actually enjoy our wedding without worrying about anything going wrong, because we had full trust in Cecilia. We really did have the most magical wedding weekend - our guests can also confirm this! I can’t thank Cecilia enough for making our vision become a reality. She is a dream to work with, and it was an absolute privilege having her be part of our wedding journey. We’re already recommending Cecilia to anyone we know - just so we can go to another wedding planned by her!
