We originally contacted Emma in 2018 to plan our May 2020 elopement on the Amalfi Coast. Due to the pandemic, we had to reschedule several times. Emma was incredibly understanding and helpful throughout the ordeal and she helped us stay positive. Emma's experience planning weddings is extensive - she was very familiar with all of our vendors (hair, makeup, venue, flowers etc.) which I think helped everything go smoothly on our wedding day. She is incredibly organized and professional and made sure that every detail was considered - things I would have never thought of! All in all, I would not have changed anything about our wedding day (except maybe I would have worn comfier shoes - but that was my fault).

Finally, if you are planning on eloping with just your partner, it can feel a bit lonely. Emma has such a warmth to her presence, and the second she showed up on the scene I remember all of my nerves went away. I remember knowing that Emma was going to make sure that everything was perfect.

I would definitely recommend Emma to anyone looking to elope on the Amalfi coast.

Emma was wonderful in being able to help us plan our dream wedding! We came from the United States and had never visited the area before so Emma helped us select the perfect venue and vendors for our elopement! I first saw Emma's work online and literally hunted her down to plan our wedding. Living in Canada and having never been to Italy, planning a wedding there would have been impossible for us.

Emma and her team were so amazing to work with - very thorough, helpful, easy to work with, and easy to trust. She understood the vibe and feeling we wanted for our wedding and found the right vendors to bring it to life. She planned 3 days of events for us - all of them were completely stress free, smoothly run, entertaining, delicious and enjoyable for our guests AND us!

I don't know how we would have had a wedding in Italy without them. We're so grateful for Emma and her team for helping us create the most magical and memorable wedding.

I’ve been married for almost 3 years now and I still think about how magical my day was and it couldn’t have been more dreamy and perfect if it wasn’t for Emma!

First off, Emma is truly a wonderful soul. She is kind, sweet, determined, patient, and can make your vision board come to life.

The moment I met Emma I felt comfortable which is something I feel like is very important. Being a bride can be quite stressful and having a wedding planner who you can truly open up to, really makes a difference. I’m a bit of a worrier and am somewhat indecisive. So I was super thankful Emma was patient with me, and helped guide me when I felt stressed or overwhelmed.

I had my wedding in Positano which I believe is one of the most stunning places in Italy. (I am a bit biased though.) However, having an international wedding was not easy, I really do recommend having a wedding planner who speakers the same language of the location and knows of the area. I took it even upon myself to ask hotels, florists, and photographers about recommendations for a wedding planner in Positano and they all led me to Emma!

She is wonderful in so many ways and overall made my special day perfect. Communication is one of the most important things when planning a wedding and Emma never once made me feel like I was asking for too much, she is truly genuine and wants the best for her bride and groom!

To our amazing Italian Wedding Planner,
Emma truly turned our wedding vision into a reality! She responded very quickly, and was able to obtain everything we wanted and more! She was able to set up transportation, design our marque beautifully and be with me every step of the way. We spoke weekly and every week she had more information/updates. The professionalism was outstanding, I also felt like I was talking to a family member. She was very easy going, very approachable, and only wanted the best for us. She was on time with everything, she made sure we were on time and knew what exactly what the next steps were. If you are planning a destination wedding in Italy, Emma Bifulco is easily the best investment you will ever spend on your big day. My (now) husband and I hired Emma back in 2019 mere months before the pandemic spread across the world and Emma stuck by us through FOUR rescheduling’s. Against all odds, she delivered on an exceptional wedding two years later.

Emma holds your hand from start to finish. As a seasoned veteran in the industry she presents to you of all the components of a wedding and together you slowly start making decisions and crossing off the essentials.

I found Emma very helpful through times I didn’t know where to begin. For example, when it came to my wedding day “color palette”, Emma discussed what would make the most sense given the month/season the ceremony would be taking place, and then offered a handful of options to pick from. This was a game changer and stress reliever, and what’s more… is that and she did this for multiple aspects of the wedding including: the band, the food, the flowers, pre/post wedding day activities… you name it.

On the day of the ceremony she was the first person to greet me and calm my nerves. She acted ass the conductor of an orchestra and allowed me to enjoy my wedding as she carried the burden of making sure the day went as planned.

I could go into further detail how Emma went above and beyond given the circumstances of the pandemic. As one would expect, border closures and business closures left me distraught. However, Emma remained professional and had a positive outlook when absolutely none of us knew what the future would hold. She is worth every cent and I would recommend her 100 percent to anyone even considering getting married in Italy. My husband and I will be forever grateful that she was by our side for our wedding day.

Oh Emma, Emma, Emma!

Working with Emma for our three day destination wedding was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process! (The only better decision was deciding to have a destination wedding in the first place!) From our first zoom meeting we knew instantly that we wanted to work with her. She was so personable, easy to talk to, experienced and understood our vision. We started planning our wedding almost two years before because we wanted to ensure COVID restrictions wouldn't postpone our wedding. Luckily we were able to take a trip to the Amalfi Coast last summer to meet Emma and her equally amazing assistant, Roberto, in person to tour venues and rehearsal dinner locations. My husband likes to tell all our friends and family that he knew we made the right decision when hiring Emma when she pulled up in a little red Fiat 500 to pick us up for the day!

Two years is a very long to plan a wedding, especially with someone as indecisive (and maybe a little bit picky/stubborn) as myself! But she stuck with me as my vision changed about half way through planning and was so quick to make the changes needed. All of the vendors she recommended were amazing and were also a delight to work with. She always made herself available over email and always set up zoom calls to discuss mood boards, vendor quotes or any big upcoming decisions.

But the real test came wedding week. The weather forecast showed rain almost everyday leading up to the trip and then it eventually just showed rain on the wedding day. On the morning of the rehearsal dinner, I texted Emma and asked if it would be a crazy idea to switch the events and have the wedding that day since the weather was so beautiful. Instead of telling me yes, I was crazy, she contacted all the vendors to see if it would be possible. Ultimately, we decided against the idea because it was in fact crazy, but I don't know how many other wedding planners would have gone to such great lengths for their clients. On the wedding day, we all woke up to thunder and lightening and so much rain but she never bated an eye. We had to move to Plan B for all of wedding events (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner) and she executed everything flawlessly, as well as all of our vendors. Our guests even marveled at her running around, orchestrating a whole new wedding on the spot. It didn't even look like we were going to be able to have our ceremony outside, but she could see in my face that I did not want to get married at the venues backup location inside so we waited for a break in the rain and did the ceremony under the olive trees (the whole reason we booked the venue). I will add that she had the florist set up two ceremony locations (one inside and one outside) so we could make the decision on the spot. She thought of everything! The day turned out to be amazing and so dreamy, something we could have never achieved without her help.

We are very grateful and thankful to have had the help of Emma Events when planning our destination wedding in Ravello. We are based in U.K. so having Emma’s expertise and local knowledge of the venue and vendors was something that made our day go a lot smoother. Emma was very helpful throughout a tricky planning process which involved a couple of postponements. Despite the delays, we were in regular contact and had the opportunity to work together to experience a truly magical day. We were very happy with how the day went and all of our guests (and us) went away with some unforgettable memories.

Emma is incredible! We found her by chance and wow, are we happy that we did. Emma is simply the best. She is incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure she could accommodate all our needs. She lined us up with 5+ venues that we got to pick from and was even accommodating when we had to change our venue due to date issues. She never once complained or gave us pushback. She stayed exactly within our budget without sacrificing anything and managing to include EVERYTHING we wanted. She was able to set us up with a boat for our pre wedding photo shoot and got us our welcome dinner at the amazing La Tagliata (which it just so happened that we wanted to eat there without telling her!) She was even able to book us with the most INCREDIBLE photographer. Our table settings, flowers and stationery were exactly on point. Everything she did for us is too much to list here. All we know is that she gave us the wedding of our dreams. Seriously. We wouldn’t have been able to do this without her, or even realize exactly what we wanted without her. She made our experience seamless, and really allowed us to just simply enjoy everything. Again, Emma goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure your day is PERFECT. We really can’t thank her enough.

When we first decided on getting married in Positano, we were worried that every detail wouldn’t be perfect and we wouldn’t have the wedding of our dreams. You look into wedding planners and every question goes through your mind. If you’re reading this with fears about getting married abroad, especially in Positano, don’t be. We planned our wedding from overseas, never visited the venue prior to the wedding, and not only ended up with the wedding of our dreams, but it was on budget and cheaper than if we had a wedding in the states.

Well, the first time you speak to Emma, all those fears go away. She has a welcoming and calming presence about her that makes you feel like everything will be perfect. There wasn’t once in a years worth of planning that we felt that we couldn’t get in touch with Emma. Every question we had she answered quickly and thoroughly. If she didn’t know an answer, she would find it out and get back to us as soon as possible. Whether it was by E-mail, Skype, or by phone she was always accessible.

As far as vendors, Emma only works with the best. She recommended the perfect venue for our symbolic ceremony and got in touch with them early to make sure to book our date. For flowers, Emma gave us a couple of options and are so glad that she recommended Franco. The arrangements were exactly what we dreamt of and the quality of the work and flowers was amazing. I can’t say enough good things about Carmella either. She truly was the perfect officiant.

This journey was a little nerve wracking for two people that like to be in control of every detail. But, Emma truly put together the wedding of our dreams. She was there all day making sure everything was set up perfect and was there at the end making sure everything went exactly how we wanted. We wouldn’t change a single thing and that is all thanks to Emma. She took every detail we mentioned and crafted it into the perfect day.

Where do I begin!

The pandemic was an interesting time for all, and especially those who got engaged during it. The chaos and unstable state of the world felt endless and hopeless. My now husband and I knew that our itch to travel needed to be scratched and pounced at the opportunity to be married abroad once restrictions lessened. I knew I wanted to get married by the sea (had to battle my husband over France vs Italy) but thankfully I got my way.

I was terribly nervous that I wouldn't be able to find reliable vendors, locations, or towns. I searched long and far and I found Emma.

Oh my Emma!

Words cannot express how absolutely lovely she is. The first time we met over Zoom I felt like I had known her for my whole life. She is sweet, smart and brilliantly talented. She knew more of what I wanted than I did myself - she dug deep into getting to know me and my style. I'm a minimalist (working in design, I am tired of such busy color and palettes to be honest) and I wanted it to still feel very romantic and lighthearted. She secured the perfect vendors - the flowers were to die for, the band was so authentic and fun, the venue was absolutely stunning and the officiant was stellar. A month before the wedding I decided I wanted to do a custom made limoncello bottles of the guests and Emma did it in a breeze.

The only things that went wrong on my wedding day were because I can't walk in a long dress or remember to be a good Catholic and put on my veil.

If you decide to partner with Emma, please expect to have the best day of your life. She will take care of every detail, ease every stress, and hold your hand every step of the way. She is insanely talented with putting together and executing a vision. You are in very capable hands. I simply wished I lived on the Amalfi Coast and could think of more things to bother her about.

Emma is the absolute best wedding planner and we are so happy we chose her to plan three days worth of events in the Amalfi Coast! All of the vendors and venues she recommended to us were spectacular, especially our photographer and music/entertainment.

Emma guided us through the wedding planning process, providing recommendations and suggestions along the way while also not being afraid to voice her thoughts and manage our expectations. On the day of our wedding, she was a composer making sure that everything went seamlessly as planned. Somehow she even worked her magic to convince our wedding venue, Villa Cimbrone, to use nicer chairs for our wedding ceremony at no extra charge when this would have normally cost more money to do. When there was extra time between the ceremony and cocktail hour, she improvised and recommended that we take an entire group photo with all our guests, a photo that we now have to remember forever. Many guests have said that our wedding was the best they’ve been to – and we definitely have Emma to thank for that.

Our wedding was unforgettable and we are so grateful to have had Emma by our side! On top of all of this, Emma is an amazing person and we hope she will be a life-long friend. We were both truly sad to say goodbye to Emma (and her team!) after spending three amazing days with her. Grazie mille, Emma Bella!!!
