We met with several wedding planners before choosing Margarita, but we knew we wanted someone different—someone who would truly understand our vision and also bring her own creative perspective.

One of the things that stood out to us immediately about Margarita is that she doesn’t take on a large number of weddings per year. She truly believes in giving each couple the time, attention, and care they deserve, focusing on quality rather than quantity—and that mindset shows in every detail of her work.

From our very first meeting, a full year before the wedding, Margarita was calm, genuine, and incredibly friendly, and we instantly felt at ease.
Throughout the entire year of planning, she was endlessly supportive. No matter when I messaged her—even during the busiest wedding season—she was always available and reassuring. I’ve seen so many brides feel nervous and overwhelmed, but thanks to Margarita, I was calm the whole time and genuinely enjoyed every minute of the process.
I came up with plenty of crazy ideas along the way, sometimes even just days before the wedding, and somehow she managed to pull every single one off. She always took the time to ask around, find the best prices, and present us with different options so we could choose what worked best for us.

Margarita also planned our pre-wedding white party, which was absolutely phenomenal. The décor, entertainment, and food were all incredible. Everyone had an amazing time, and we truly didn’t think anything could top it.

Then came the wedding. Margarita and her assistant Maria were outstanding. They made sure every guest was happy and well taken care of, and they executed the wedding down to the smallest detail with absolute perfection. Everything was under control the entire time, and every single guest asked me about her because they were so impressed.

Everything was perfect thanks to Margarita and her team. We’re forever grateful for everything she did for us as a couple and for giving us the wedding of our dreams. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Margarita was the most excellent wedding planner that me and my husband could have asked for! We hired her about a year prior to the wedding, and we already had all of our vendors hired within the first 4 months. She stayed on top of us and all of the little details, and was even kind enough to do Zoom calls when we had questions. My husband found her through Instagram and I’m so glad he did…. My (now) husband and I are from the US, and we always knew we wanted to do a destination wedding. We were very unsure of how/where to start until a met Margarita. I got on a video call to meet her for the first time, and she was the sweetest, most understanding, and most compassionate planner I had met with (and I met with many!). She immediately put me at ease about the whole process. She helped me pick the MOST STUNNING venue on the Amalfi coast (truly beautiful and was 1000% her suggestion). During the planning period, my mom had unexpected health issues, and we truly didn’t know if we would be able to go forward with a wedding overseas. Margarita reassured us that we could pause planning and that she could plan it all in a few weeks if she had to! Luckily, my mom recovered, and we were able to get back on a good timeline with Margarita’s guidance. On the wedding day, she was a calming presence - always checking in and asking me if I was okay/if there was anything I needed. The wedding itself was absolutely magical - like something out of a dream. Maria and Dominico were a part of her team on wedding day and were absolutely fabulous. Maria stayed with me throughout the day - helping with transitions, timeline, even bustling my dress for me. Dominico checked in with me as well throughout the day, ordered me lunch to make sure I ate, helped Maria steam my dress for me, made sure my mom had assistance, and helped my groom (Timmy) throughout the day. To add to this, we had shipped packages of wedding items prior to coming to Italy, and they had not arrived by wedding day. Margarita stayed back as long as she could on wedding day to try to wait for the parcels for us and sent her team in the morning while she waited for them. I cannot say enough good things about Margarita and her team. There truly are no words to express our gratitude to her for making our special day so magical. We will remember it forever and think of her often. 🤍🤍

We had hopes of planning our wedding from the United States, but had never traveled to Italy before so had no idea where to start. I cannot say enough good things about Margarita and the team at one place. We found her after a deep dive in interviewing many other wedding planners, who, for quadruple the price or far less responsive and helpful in the initial stages of interviewing as far as answering questions and quelling concerns that we had about having a destination wedding, at the very last minute, we found Margarita who, I’m very short notice, was able to set up site visits for a whirlwind tour of venues, along the Amalfi coast, and support us, and helping to negotiate for the one we wanted. As a couple based in the US, she was patient with us regarding time differences firm regarding when she needed decisions by and communicative as far as what was going on on her side , the day of the wedding was perfect and she brought two teammates to help us as we navigated our way through hosting the wedding. She was always close by, without being intrusive, firm without being forceful, made wonderful vendor recommendations based on our taste, budget and vision and even surprised us, with some decorative touches that she knew were important to us. Our day was perfect and it is in large part thanks to her diligence, professionalism and care. If you’re interviewing wedding planners, we strongly suggest considering Margarita and her team-2 months after our wedding, we are still on cloud 9 and our guests are still raving!

Margarita has been wonderful from start to finish, guiding us so well in all our decisions with a caring and calm demeanour but also when we went “off course” she really had a lovely and honest way to remind us to stick to our decisions and stick to our budget. We had moments of panic to add excessive details that were unnecessary, but Margarita kept us on track and reassured us.

Margarita’s experience really shines through in Wedding planning and what to expect, her suggestions and advice are second to none.

The wedding day was handled well, everything went smoothly and we were completely stress free as all communication, setup and liaison between all the suppliers and parties involved was handled by Wed Place. Margarita, Maria and team went above and beyond.

We have been in communication with Margarita for the last 10months, she has become a part of our life - what will we do now it’s all over 😅🥲

On the note of communication- it has been excellent, and I would highly recommend Margarita and team if you are looking at getting Married in the Amalfi Coast. They really follow the brief and really recommend the best within your budget which is appreciated. Before we had their help we struggled to get replies and answer from vendors and venues - especially with the language barrier.

If you are looking for a wedding planner BOOK MARGARITA!! My husband and I live in the U.S and all we knew was that we wanted to have a destination wedding somewhere along the Amalfi Coast. The first step was to find a wedding planner from that area who spoke the language, was reliable, could negotiate for us, and worked with good quality, trustworthy vendors. I first found Margarita on Tiktok, she had so many great videos of the different type of weddings she put together (go check out her page). Margarita really eased the stress of planning a wedding. She truly helped every step of the way from narrowing down a location, finding the perfect venue, curating a timeline, staying in budget, design ideas, picking the right vendors for us etc. What really stood out was that Margarita helped plan more than just the wedding. She booked our welcome dinner and transportation for 25 guests from various activities we had planned during the week, and she was very honest. I am not very creative, so it was nice to give her ideas of what I was envisioning and get her honest feedback with suggestions.

When it came to our actual wedding Margarita met with us the day before to go over all the logistical details to make sure the wedding goes just how we planned. On the actual wedding day Margarita and Maria were truly the most amazing team, I cannot thank them enough. I (the bride) was able to actually relax and spend the day getting ready with my mom and sister because Margarita and Maria were taking care of EVERYTHING. They made sure I had plenty of food and water sent to my room, they made sure all our outfits where ironed/steamed whatever was needed, they made sure all the vendors were setting up like planned, they kept us on time, they even had tissues and fans at the ready for us for when we cried or were sweating with the heat lol. I could go on and on about how great of a job they did but trust me if you are a bride reading this looking into wedding planners, I have no hesitation recommending Margarita. My husband and I had such an amazing wedding, we were able to actually enjoy it because we had a great team making our dream come to life behind the scenes.

There are not enough words to describe how amazing Margarita is. From beginning to end she really took care of me and my guests during our week long stay for my wedding. I had never been to Italy before or even seen my venue except through pictures but she reassured me that everything would be all taken care of and she was absolutely right! Even after the wedding she checked in to make sure all the other reservations she made for us were good. The wedding; AMAZING!! All my guests raved about her and the incredible job she did! Even my husband, who really didn’t know anything about the wedding was completely blown away by her work and everything she had done for us. I spent about a month looking for a wedding planner before I found Margarita. I found that a lot of wedding planners were not responding or they responded days later. Ironically, I found Margarita on google. Before hiring Margarita, all I knew was that I wanted to get married in Sorrento, Italy and I had 3 months to do it, but I had no idea how to go about planning the entire wedding. I found that vendors and venues in Italy tend to not reach out easily because they only want to communicate with the wedding planners. Margarita was very helpful in that aspect. Also, I live in Orange County California, so I had to plan this wedding while also dealing with with Margarita and I living in different time zones. It was pretty stressful especially at the beginning, but Margarita was there every step of the way and she helped make the process a lot easier. She even planned zoom calls with me whenever I felt extremely stressed or had various questions.

On the day of the wedding Margarita was absolutely amazing. From the photographer to the makeup artist that she recommended- she absolutely killed it. I highly recommend hiring her.

We had our wedding in 2019 and we are so grateful to Margarita. She organized the happiest day for us. It’s such a big memory and big pleasure to remember those amazing three days in Tuscany.

It was so difficult to organize us in different locations with long transfer from Rome and big program for the other days except the main one and without managed planning it would be unreal. Margarita was my wedding planner in 2017. I have chosen beautiful, but challenging location. It was hard to communicate with the location since for the whole autumn-winter season it was closed (the wedding was scheduled for early summer).

Margarita has resolved all the upcoming issues. The process for me as for the bride was smooth and effortless, whilst I understand how many issues Margarita had to resolve: from complicated transfer & logistics for all guests to a non-decorated cake that was delivered (she asked the Chef to decorate it in another way and it was beautiful). I got to know that the cake was not decorated at all on the next day after the wedding day - this is what I mean when I say smooth!

All of my immediate family who personally were in touch with Margarita are very grateful to her for professionalism and dedication. People whom she was recommending as photographers, stylists , florists were very nice people too (I remember each and every and very grateful to these people for my beautiful celebration and pleasant memories!).

Overall, it was indeed great experience working with Margarita and her team, and I am definitely recommending her. As for me, I will return to her for organization of our anniversary.
