Per nulla soddisfatta… viaggio congelato a New York causa limitazioni per il covid, nel momento in cui siamo potuti partire mi sono raccomandata di avere la massima accortenza e precisione visto che partivo con una bambina di 4 mesi, ma non ho ricevuto nulla di quanto richiesto, anzi mi sono dovuta mettere a telefono e vedermi le cose da sola…e benché avessi richiesto di prenotare per il volo la culletta apposita mi è stato detto che dovevo vedere la cosa direttamente in aereporto mentre non era così visto che sul volo c’erano altri bambini piccoli i cui genitori avevano regolarmente prenotato in anticipo il tutto…questo è solo uno degli aspetti..: fortemente delusa da quella che ho sempre reputato essere il top delle agenzie in penisola e per questo avevo insistito per fare la lista nozze presso tale agenzia!

Tienen una oficina en el Hilton Sorrento.
Ayer llegamos y compramos la excursión a Capri. Saliendo a las 9 de hoy ya que no tenían más disponibilidad en el horario de las 10.
Hoy al ir a desayunar se descompuso mi esposo y solicité por favor si podíamos salir a las 10 para ver si mejoraba con el medicamento o si existía la posibilidad de realizar la excursión mañana.
Me respondió la señora que mi intención sólo era ir a las 10 hs porque ayer ya había solicitado ese horario.
Además que no tienen la culpa que mi esposo se descomponga y que vuelva a pagar si queremos ir mañana.
Maltrato, mala educación, no me entregaron el voucher ni la factura en el momento de la compra ayer , apurada por irse me dijo que me mandarían la información y voucher con un sobre debajo de la puerta de la habitación, no lo hizo, lo reclamé hoy aunque no pudimos realizar la excursión.
Todo el personal de la agencia que se encuentra en el hotel muy descortés.
Permanecimos en el hotel durante ese día y otro día completo más, si no nos contactaron es porque no tuvieron interés de disculparse y tampoco de ofrecernos realizar la excursión ya pagada, al día siguiente .
Además deben entregar voucher factura e información en el preciso momento de la compra , no decir que luego la mandan en sobre por debajo de la puerta de la habitación,tuve que solicitar al otro día toda la documentación correspondiente ya con la excursión cancelada

Booked a boat trip through Russo desk located in the Hilton Sorrento Palace. The morning of our tour, no one showed to pick us up. Called Russo and got no answer. We had to ask the Hilton receptionists for help. They called the tour operator for us and the tour said they’d wait for us. We had to pay over €50 to get a taxi to the tour. The tour operator said it was Russo’s problem, not theirs but they refunded the money for the taxi. They also charged us €15 tourist tax which was not mentioned by Russo upon booking. Upon our return to the Hilton we complained to Russo. The Russo employee immediately told us they knew we got the money back from the taxi, as if we were going to try getting it from them. Very snarky and tried to make it sound like there was no problem since we ended up making it to the tour. Seeing as how they took a cut from our booking, and literally did no work for us in the end (Hilton did it for us, as well as the tour operator) its disappointing they have this attitude. If we hadn’t asked the receptionist we would have missed our tour. Customer service is completely lacking and attitude is abysmal. No regard whatsoever on making it right. We could have, and basically did, all of the work ourselves. We will also let Hilton know about their poor service.
