We were married in Sorrento in August this year. We used the Wedding Travel Company, which were excellent, they organised everything we asked for. On our third day in Italy we met the lovely Fatima who talked us through what our wedding day would look like. We visited the cloisters, the Grand Royal Hotel and florist for us to choose our flowers. On the day of the wedding, Fatima was there to make sure everything ran like clockwork and it did. It was an amazing day, couldn’t have asked for anymore. She is a very special lady. All our guests commented on how well they had enjoyed their day. I would like to thank everyone involved for making our day so special.

We had our wedding in Sorrento at the beautiful Cloisters with our evening reception at Castore, and it was truly the best day of our lives. Belmare Wedding & Events went above and beyond to make everything absolutely perfect.

From the very beginning, we didn’t want to get overwhelmed with hundreds of choices, so we put our trust in them. They guided us with great advice, gave us carefully selected options, and we always felt confident in our decisions. On the day itself, everything flowed seamlessly. They even surprised us with thoughtful little touches we hadn’t expected, which made the day feel even more special.

The entire team was patient, professional, and supportive—walking us through every step so we could just enjoy the moment. The makeup artist, hair stylist, and photographer they arranged for us were all fantastic too.

We can’t thank Belmare enough for creating the wedding of our dreams. If you’re looking for planners who genuinely care and deliver above expectations, we couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Talia and her team have been fantastic throughout the wedding planning stages. Our wedding in Sorrento was absolutely beautiful. We had a very special ceremony at the Cloister of San Francesco, followed by a lovely reception at The Foreigner’s Club with its stunning views of the Amalfi Coast.

We had a wonderful experience with Belmare Weddings & Events. Fatima, our wedding organiser, was such a pleasure to work with. She is kind, approachable, and incredibly attentive, always ready to adapt plans to the weather or any other circumstances that could affect the day.

On our wedding day, it began to rain just an hour after the ceremony. Thanks to Fatima’s quick thinking and great decisions, everything still ran smoothly, and we enjoyed an amazing celebration with our family.

Fatima, Nada and Talia were amazing in helping us turn our dream wedding into reality! Belmare Weddings gave us everything we wanted and more.

Nada was our point of contact at the start of the wedding planning process and she is honestly so good at explaining everything ensuring a smooth process and getting back so quickly about any questions I may have.

We met Fatima when we arrived in Sorrento and she was so warm and lovely and I knew straight away the wedding is going to be perfect. She handled everything for us and went the extra mile to help us make sure our surprises for our guests are well executed. She is so thoughtful and we have a token to remember our special day forever which is so special to us.

Talia, who we met on our wedding day went above and beyond to make sure our day went by perfectly. She reassured me when I didn’t even know I needed it and her professionalism meant that any potential problems did not happen.

All of them make sure the success of a smooth running and perfect wedding as well as the happiness of their bride and groom are their priorities over anything else. Me and my now Husband have just returned from Sorrento and we had the best Wedding Day we could have ever hoped for. From the incredible planning before we got there and communication from Talia via WhatsApp before we had even got to Italy was incredible. We then arrived, the process and communication was seamless again, the pre wedding meeting with Talia was so informative and she answered every question we had and talked us through everything, we were completely relaxed. Talia was then present on the wedding day and made sure everything ran smoothly, we knew we were in good hands from the very beginning. Just home to from the most amazing wedding in Sorrento planned to perfection ruin by Fatima. Myself, my husband and our guests are still so in owe of how perfect the day was. Fatima was always on hand txt or email to ask questions or offer suggestions to make our day more special. She liased directly with the florist, photographer & reception venue so we didnt have to and made the whole process less stressful for us. The day ran smoothly and was timed to perfection. The cloisters looked so beautiful & romantic. Followed by a reception at the foreigners club to party the night away with our 70quests. Fatima planned a special suprise and asked the foreigners club to let us drive our wedding car into the venue which was such a hit with our guests and I know the pictures are going to be amazing. We can’t thank her enough for all her help and love that went into our special day xx

We got married on 30th May 2025, and it was the most spectacular, stunning day we could have dreamed of. Talía was our wedding planner over in Italy, and she was amazing. She handled everything very calmly and with precision. She took every detail that myself and my wife asked for, and all of the extra bits we took over there, and brought it to life. The day ran extremely smoothly with Talía and her team’s help, and ourselves and our guests had the most amazing day. We booked my daughter’s wedding through the Wedding Travel Company. They lead us through the whole process of getting married in Italy, including all the legal documentation required step by step.
Once in Sorrento we met the lovely Fatima 4 days before the wedding. She was extremely friendly and understood exactly what my daughter and son-in-law wanted on their special day.

We got married a few weeks ago in Sorrento and Belmare weddings handled everything for us, namely Fatima handled it all and we cannot recommend her enough.
Coming over from the UK and not having seen our venues or even been to Sorrento before was a daunting prospect but once we arrived Fatima put us completely at ease and was amazing from start to finish. From the first meeting, to visiting the florist, visiting the venues, liaising with vendors and arranging surprises with our family members she was absolutely amazing. She is the warmest, most friendly person and really cares about your day as though it is her own. She was always available to contact throughout, always helpful and helped the day run so smoothly.
If you are looking for a wedding planner in Sorrento we cannot recommend Fatima enough, she is quite simply the best.

We booked our wedding in Sorrento through a UK host but when in Italy Belmare were in charge of organising everything and ensuring our day went smoothly.
We met Nada in September 2024 and then Talia in May 2025. Both were fabulous. Before we arrived Belmare were in charge of ensuring our documents were translated and all the Town Hall formalities completed. Talia helped us to choose flowers and took us to the florist and ran through what would happen and when . Talia was a strong and reliable presence on the day. She ensured everything went without difficulty and even reminded me to walk slowly down the aisle and to smile! She ensured we had time for photographs and the cars were in place at the right time. She took all the pressure off for us to enjoy ourselves. It was a magical day and we and our friends all had a ball. I can’t recommend Belmare highly enough.

Where to start. From the moment we had contact with Fatima, we were at ease. Fatima organised everything for us with fantastic detail. Our guests, even now two weeks after the wedding, talk about how Fatima kept the day running smoothly. We had unexpected rain in the morning, and all adjustments were made with no fuss. One of my favourite details is from a informal conversation with Fatima about blue hydrangeas being the Groom's favourite flower, and she asked us if we wanted it included in our flower arrangement and sorted this in minutes. The photographer's and videographer that were with us were friendly as well as very efficient and professional. They made us feel at ease throughout the day with no pressure for timing so we could enjoy the whole experience of our big day. Alessandro created a video of the best parts of the wedding, which we treasure deeply and have rewatched over 100 times already. Nick at O'Parrucchiano was also a delight for the evening meal, he brought a lot of energy and laughs to the evening. My hair-stylist, Luisa, did an amazing job on my hair and my family's hair. My 4 year-old niece even got a special hair-do last minute. She still asks now when will be the next day she will have 'princess hair'. Maria, our make-up stylist, was such a calming presence for me on the day and making sure I was comfortable during the dressing-up stage of the day. Maria also did an amazing job for my sister, mother and auntie. She also recommended a lipstick product for me to buy for when I got home. Overall, the whole team behind our wedding day was perfect, we would recommend them to anyone that was looking to get married in this beautiful area. We had such an amazing day, and it was all down to the team that organised it all. Thank you x

Words don’t seem to express how grateful and pleased we were with Fatima & Nada, from start to finish of being allocated Belmare Travel from The Wedding Travel Company they have made everything possible that I requested (and I had a lot of asks!)
From table reservations, hotel choices for guests, my little touches on the big day, & generally the service it has simply been fantastic.
