Valerio is a fantastic photographer and a kind person. He was the photographer at our wedding and we couldn’t have been happier with the photos! He was so friendly and made us feel really comfortable in front of the camera, he was funny making us laugh all day and knew the best spots in Sorrento for gorgeous photos. I wish I could give more than 5* for Valerio as he deserves it!!
Having booked photography and videograohy services through Valerio for our wedding in Sorrento, he has been both responsive and professional for the past 18 months and I am so glad I trusted him with such an important job for our special day.
Valerio and Gino simply couldn't do more for us, any request was no problem. We had a pre meet before the wedding which was brilliant to clear off timings and special requests etc, all which were so smooth on the day.
When the special day came, I didn't even feel Valerio or Gino there capturing beautiful natural shots of everybody. They both worked so hard on the day, in the boiling heat they both wore smart suits and face masks the entire time, crawling on the streets of Sorrento to capture the most stunning angles. You can clearly see what they both do is their passion and simply comes naturally to them, knowing exactly where the nature sunlight was best and all the best places in the city to capture the best shots!
Now the best part, I'm so pleased to say we received over a thousand photos digitally 2 days after our wedding day!!! Valerio allowed us as long as we needed to select which we wanted edited and when we informed him of which photos, he had them ready for us within a couple of days. Amazing service!!! As for our video, I cannot believe we received our fully edited video just 3 weeks after our wedding day. We haven't stopped watching it on repeat, it is honestly the best money I've ever spent!!!
Memories that will last a life time, thank you so much Valerio and Gino, I am forever grateful 🙏🏼 ❤

Sono rimasta molto contenta del lavoro svolto, della cura di ogni dettaglio e della disponibilità.
Dei giorni importanti l’unica cosa che rimane sono le foto e il video, attimi presi senza che tu te ne accorgessi o momenti indimenticabili e lui è riusciti a prenderli perfettamente, lo consiglierei a molte altre spose!!

My husband and I travelled to Sorrento from Toronto for our babymoon. As I filtered through photographers for a maternity shoot, I really liked the style of Valerio's images and decided to move forward and book him and I'm so pleased that we did! From the first time I contacted him, to the end when he sent us our final edited photos, it was a great experience. He was trustworthy, and very responsive from the start - which is so reassuring when hiring someone from another country. He is an expert on Sorrento and was able to take us to the best locations for the best shots. Even though we had a certain amount of time with him, he made sure to spend time with us to get the best shots and we didn't feel rushed. In the end we were so pleased with his photos. We had a brilliant time with Valerio. We'd come across his work online and booked from the UK before we arrived in Italy. I'm so glad we did because the whole experience, and the results are so lovely, and such a great reminder of our time in Italy. Working with Valerio was simply amazing. I contacted him about a photo shoot for my engagement pictures about nine months before arriving in Italy. He was quick to respond, answered all my questions and pointed me to the right place to get my photos taken based off the idea that I wanted. I received an answer always less than 12 hours from when my original email was sent. Valerio made you feel like an old friend when getting your photos taken. He knew how to interact with us to keep things fun and provided us every shot and more that we could dream of.

I received my raw photos back within 24 hours of the shoot and my edited photos less than 12 hours. All photos turned out wonderful and I couldn’t have been happier.

Valerio was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp when we arrived in Italy as well.

I would suggest him to family, friends and anyone thinking of getting photos done in the AlmAfi Coast. He turned my photos into forever memories and I look forward to working with him again when I return to Italy next time.

Avevamo già visto all'opera Valerio al matrimonio di un nostro amico ed era proprio quello che stavamo cercando: un fotografo che immortalasse ogni momento VERO del nostro matrimonio senza far sentire troppo la sua presenza. Lo ha fatto con estrema professionalità e ne è uscito un lavoro spettacolare.
Il momento foto è stato divertentissimo, oltre ad essere bravissimo con la macchina fotografica e a percepire lo scenario più adatto da immortalare, rende anche la risata naturale: ci siamo divertiti tantissimo.
Se volete un professionista che racconti quello che realmente accade nel vostro evento nella maniera più naturale possibile, Valerio è la persona giusta. Sceglieremmo lui altre 1000 volte!!!

I got married in Sorrento in September. Our first choice of photographer was Valerio. I had done my research and looked online and thought his work was lovely. After visiting his shop and meeting Valerio I decided we would go with him for both photo and video. Well we were not disappointed. From the minute Valerio arrived with his videographer through to the evening they showed great professionalism and worked extremely hard! . Even though my husband is Italian Valerio fluently spoke English to me so we were able to communicate perfectly and capture what I wanted. I received a few teaser photos within 2 weeks of the wedding, and the rest followed very soon via email. I was overwhelmed and over the moon with the photos. He captured the day perfectly. As there would be so many photos to choose from I did get Valerio to pick the photos for our album but that was my choice and if you prefer to pick personally then this is not a problem! I have now received completed albums and video which I have to say are just perfect and I’m so happy, I cried tears of joy watching our day back . In fact I have had so many positive comments from family and friends regarding how beautiful my photos are. I would highly recommend Valerio, you will not be disappointed.
