Esperienza unica e indimenticabile, da ripetere sicuramente.
Punto forte della struttura è la ristorazione: prodotti freschi ,genuini e fatti in casa.
Colazione abbondante e variegata.
La natura che circonda la struttura, con la sua piscina attrezzata e curata ha reso il nostro viaggio ancora più rilassante.
I bambini erano al sicuro e potevano muoversi liberamente.

At first arrival, the resort seemed nice enough. Rooms were basic, no full length mirror, had to ask for remote for air con, but beds looked clean. Bathrooms could certainly use a little TLC with shower screens falling off and water either being boiling or freezing. The general areas were a bit tired too but the pool was good and the there were plenty of sun loungers and greenery. ||The longer we stayed, the more issues began to unravel. We were initially put in the wrong room and had to move away from the main accommodation building, where the rest of our party of 18 family where staying, into a cottage at the back by the farm. We could not sit on our terrace outside the room because it was infested with flies. Every time we left the room we had to run through a swarm of them. We also couldn’t have our door open longer than 2 seconds due to the flies coming into our room. After 2 nights in this room the whole room was infested and we requested to move after we woke up with flies sitting on our faces in our sleep. Including our 22 month old baby!! They refused our request saying that ‘we all have to deal with flies’. The issue was that our room was away from the main building by the farm. We were eventually moved into the main building the night after. ||The farm was something we were looking forward to, having young children in our party. This quickly became a place of avoidance due to the abysmal treatment of the animals. Horses penned with donkeys with barely any room to move. One horse was lame due to lack of care. His hooves were incredibly overgrown and he couldn’t support his weight. His mane was also so long and scraggly, covering his eyes and preventing him from seeing. All animal pens were filthy, with animals rolling around in their own filth and clearly in extreme distress. The cows were in a tiny pen, covered in lesions. The pigs were in a tiny stone cell with no light or room to move. They couldn’t support themselves either. We complained about the state of the animals and were met with the rudest manager who wouldn’t even look at us and waved us away. We were told that it wasn’t an issue due to a difference in ‘culture’ between Italians and Brits. We were also told the animals weren’t ever allowed out of their incredibly tiny pens and that they were simply there as meat for the restaurant… It honestly completely ruined our stay as the sight was so disturbing it made us cry. The kids play area is also run down and frankly dangerous. ||The food in the restaurant was decent but only available at night time. The area surrounding the hotel isn’t the nicest and lacks basic amenities. The nearest shop being a 20 minute walk away down roads with no pavements. We had asked for some food at lunchtime for our children and were told it wasn’t possible despite another family eating food recently prepared. I have a feeling they have prejudice towards British guests. The bar area by the pool was only open intermittently too with no real opening hours. Simply getting some water was a huge task before 3pm. The breakfast was okay but very basic and finished at 09:30am so you’re stuck for a few hours without refreshments. ||This could be a beautiful resort but has been ruined by poor management, lack of maintenance on facilities and a senseless battery farm being marketed as a fun activity for families. The animals need to be rehomed by someone who would genuinely care for them and effort redirected into the running and maintenance of the actual hotel. It’s such a shame as you can see the remnants of what was once a beautiful hotel descending into rack and ruin. On the plus side, Miriam and Claudio (I believe their names were) were very friendly and accommodating and I thank them for doing as much as they could to make our stay better.

First impression of the hotel was that it was adequate and basic but relatively clean and would be comfortable enough for a short stay but impression completely changed when we went to visit the animals on site. It is absolutely heartbreaking to see the conditions the animals are kept in, 4 rabbits are confined to an extremely small cage with hardly any water or food… they’re in the baking sun with no shelter or bedding. Two horses are kept with two donkeys in an extremely small area, one horse is in a lot of pain, his hooves need trimming as he can barely walk properly. Again no water was provided for them and I witnessed one donkey eating his own faeces as they have no food/hay provided around the clock. The pigs are one of the most gut-wrenching scenes I have ever laid eyes on, they are kept in what can only be described as a prison with no sunlight or water, they lie in their own muck all day long, I didn’t once see them standing up, they are used to provide meat to the restaurant and they are grossly overweight so they’re legs probably couldn’t support them any more. Cows and goats are also kept on site again in such a confined area with faeces all around them, they look so sad and it breaks your heart to see them. There’s ducks and chickens also in cages on concrete floor with no food and one bowl of dirty green water. All of the animals are COVERED in flies, especially the pigs, cows and horses consequently there’s flies everywhere in the hotel and the smell around the area where the animals are is intense and disgusting. These animals are NOT looked after well at all and it completely ruined the holiday for me and my family. We tried to speak to the staff on site but the manger is rude and refuses to respond when we raised the subject. DO NOT VISIT THIS HOTEL!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 giorni in questo agriturismo, fortunatamente avevamo l'auto e abbiamo potuto passare la maggior parte del tempo fuori dalla struttura...
Partiamo dal principio:
Camera molto spaziosa ma, i letti e i cuscini potrebbero avere circa 50 anni da quanto sono consumati; i muri delle pareti sono "affrescati" con moltissime varietà di colori, personalmente ho evitato di chiedermi chi,come o cosa possa aver lasciato quei segni; il bagno senza finestra è pieno di ruggine e se sei fortunato (come i nostri amici) ti ritrovi pure la muffa.
Avevamo parlato pagato per la vista Vesuvio, peccato fosse coperto da una palma.
Il giardino è rigoglioso, ma non solo dal verde, una colonia felina ha invaso la struttura, io amo i gatti ma vi assicuro che le condizioni in cui vivono sono pericolose per loro e per tutti quelli che potrebbero entrare in contatto con loro.
Cosa molto probabile considerando che si aggirano anche in cucina.
La piscina è l'unica cosa positiva, ben tenuta e pulita.
Se avete la formula B&B portatevi il caffè, perché pare che la macchina sia rotta da mesi o meglio ancora andate in una qualunque pasticceria, ne varrà la pena.
Ho personalmente chiamato booking per informare che le foto pubblicate non sono veritieri e la struttura ha ben pensato di rispondermi che le camere rinnovate non le danno a chi viaggia con animali... peccato noi fossimo una famiglia con 2 figli e da quel che mi risulta i figli non rientrano nella categoria animali.
Il gestore ci avrebbe anche dato la possibilità di lasciare la camera 2 giorni prima senza penale a condizione di non pubblicare una recensione negativa. Questo mi ha lasciato molto riflettere e spero faccia riflettere anche altri.
Basterebbe un pizzico di buon senso e voglia di rinnovarsi, perché la struttura ha del potenziale davvero mal sfruttato.
Peccato.
Sicuramente non ci torneremo.

Lo Bueno: En general todo el predio es muy lindo, la piscina es muy linda y limpia, aunque el horario podría extenderse un poco mas ya que hasta las 18:30 me parece un poco temprano teniendo en cuenta que oscurece tan tarde. La comida del restaurante excelente, nada mas que decir. El parque muy lindo, mucho verde y arboles. El señor que estaba por la tarde en la recepción muy buena persona y siempre disponible.

Lo malo: El lamentable estado de los animales, ya que se presenta como un agriturismo tendrían que ver por esos animales. las vacas, los cerdos, los burros con el caballo y las cabras todos en lugares super pequeños, y el lamentable estado de los gatos en su mayoría enfermos y con hambre. Tienen lugar de sobra para que estén en un lugar mas grande. Hemos ido a otros agriturismo y es por eso que podemos hacer esta evaluación. La señora de la recepción por la mañana podría ser un poco mas amable y predispuesta.

Fatal. Llegamos por un camino con animales muertos, basura y peligro de atropellamiento porque no nos avisaron donde estaba.
El chico de recepción fue un maleducado. De haber sido posible y rápido, ni si quiera me habría quedado.

Asi como llegamos nos fuimos, éramos 12 personas, el hotel antiguo, pero antiguo, no habia nadie mas q nosotros en el hotel y nos dan 1 habitación en cada planta. Decidimos no quedarnos, no nos gustó

Calidad precio correcto, recepcionista ( Cristina ) muy amable hacía por hablar en Español y facilitarnos todo lo necesario. La zona no hay nada, en coche a 5 minutos un centro comercial donde poder comprar y restaurantes.

Un hotel para familias. Con piscina. Animales de granja para los niños. Muy acogedor y muy cerca de las ruinas de Pompeya. Tiene parking y Wifi y un restaurante muy recomendable con una excelente relación calidad-precio

Aunque tiene buenas instalaciones, no te sientes cómodo en él. La atención al cliente casi no existe. Ducha averiada. Ruidos producidos por animales. Desayuno incorrecto. poca atención personal. Debe mejorar en todos estos aspectos, todos ellos originados por la evidente falta de una Dirección adecuada..
