Stayed there end of August. David gave us great advice about places to visit, e.g., the Spanish Quarter and the mural of the Argentine football legend Diego Maradona. Gaetano, who was at the front desk, was kind enough to give us rides to and from the bus stop in town, even at midnight! I had accidentally tripped and fallen down in Amalfi and needed a doctor to look at my aching back....Giuseppe, the owner, had his doctor father-in-law pay me a visit to prescribe some meds. He also arranged for an orthopedic specialist to visit me as well. We ended up staying there a total of 8 nights. The hotel is beautiful and better than other Four Points hotels that we have stayed at. The only negative we saw was the layout of the room, where the bathroom had no door of its own. We really appreciated their kindness and generosity in taking care of our needs.

Phenomenal service! Hung out in the lounge & was offered a beverage and pastry! Super kind & accommodating. Restaurant had very delicious food.
Everything is very clean, rooms are spacious and beautiful. Bed & pillows are very comfortable!
Absolutely recommend this hotel!

Accueil moyen j'ai demandé un taxi pour me rendre à Naples aucune aide j'ai du gérer seule. La chambre est propre et la literie confortable. L'hôtel est loin de Naples y penser le taxi est très onéreux.

Camere - nella parte “vecchia”- con bagni “improvvisati” e non curati- ad es. le ante della doccia non si aprivano; non c’erano mensole e/o sgabelli e/o appendiabiti - anche per lo spazio estremamente esiguo - per appoggiare oggetti, per appendere teli da bagno e/o accappatoi.
Servizio: pessimo - l’ultimo giorno siamo tornate in albergo dopo le 17.30, dopo l’escursione del mattino, e la camera era da rifare, il bagno da pulire e gli asciugamani - già in quantità “minima” - da cambiare..
La colazione viene servita in un padiglione “intermedio” fra i due fabbricati che compongono l’albergo, cioè per mangiare, sia per la colazione che per il pranzo, come pure per la cena, bisogna Uscire Fuori dalla struttura dove si trova la propria camera! - mai successo.

Il cibo servito:
- per la colazione : torte e pastine da supermercato;
- per la cena - soprattutto quella a base di pesce per il 31/12 - veramente pessimo.
Posizione: periferia di Napoli.

Sorpresona... ottimo hotel con personale sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi evenienza. Non male il ristorante dove spicca la presenza di una giovane cameriera biondina sempre disponibile e super simpatica!!!!

Stayed here for one night when American Airlines cancelled our flight and they sent us to this hotel. The air conditioner doesn’t work at all, even asked to change rooms and the second room was the same. Very hot in the room. We had to ask for 3 times for them to check on the air conditioner in the first room and finally we asked to be put in a different room, but that didn’t solve the problem, air conditioner was the same in both. They herded us along with 50 other people into a room for lunch and dinner payed for by the airlines. The lunch consisted of gnocchi that was worse than Chef Boyardee for the first course and second course was mushrooms out of can sautéed with cherry tomatoes and a ball of mozzarella on the side. For dinner we were served O macaroni that was baked and again tasted like Chef boyardee and second course was a dried up sausage link over canned spinach. After 2 weeks in Italy this is by far the the worst meal ever! Everyone was complaining about the food and it became a joke about how bad it was among the diners. They also never told us what time to arrive for this awful meal and wouldn’t server us until everyone was present, but never told anyone what time to be there. When we asked what time to come for dinner, they told us between 7:30 and 10. So we had to sit and wait for everyone to show up, and never got served until 8:30. We asked multiple times for a coke and for olive oil and never received either. We were told that only water was paid for by the airlines. We asked if we could eat since we were going to be picked up for our flight at 2am, but were told we had to wait for everyone. This is by far the worst customer service we have ever received by a hotel and by far the worst food! Would definitely not recommend staying here!

In hotel con un gruppo di 50 persone. Personale al check in disorganizzato e scortese. Camera con molti caoelli in bagno; tende oscuranti montate a rovescio; letto comodo con buoni cuscini, ma con il piumone messo con l’apertura su un lato e ho dovuto rifare il letto. Frigobar rumoroso. Colazione scadente con pasticceria vecchia mescolata a quella del giorno. Alla richiesta di limone per il tè è stato risposto : “vedo se c’è “. Rifornimento del banco sel service lento e disorganizzato con mancanza di piatto, piattoni e cucchiaini. Caffetteria pessima.|Cena di gruppo totalmente insoddisfacente: una dellke peggiori cene mai avute. Check out scortese e inefficiente.|La struttura è magnifica ma molto maltenuta.|Normalmente i nomi Shetaton e Marriot sono una garanzia: innquesto hotel andrebbero eliminati

В самом номере было небольшое окно, кондиционер внутри был грязный, не стала включать.
Пахло канализацией в номере, а номер маленький.
Из плюсов - большая кровать с хорошим матрасом и интересная мебель.
О, еще есть бассейн.

Wow, we have stayed many times, Egle? was just the best waitress, friendly and fun, my dad was poorly during the trip and they offered to take him to hospital, I have to say, the service was incredible, the food was amazing, thank you egle! Quiet and Convenient Base for Exploring Naples by Car.

A really solid hotel choice if you are traveling in the Naples region with a car. The location is very convenient, just a 30-minute drive from the airport, and the large, free parking area is a huge plus that makes everything stress-free.

The hotel itself is quiet and cozy. Our room was very clean, nice, and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good selection to start the day. The small pool was also perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing.

I'm deducting one star for a small issue with the service. I asked the front desk to send the final invoice to my email, but unfortunately, it was never sent. I had to follow up myself afterwards to get it.

Overall, I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient base to explore Naples and the surrounding areas by car.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per una notte e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L’albergo è in pratica a mezz’ora da Caserta e da Napoli, posizione ottima, fuori dal caos. E’ suddiviso in più strutture, all’interno dello stesso complesso, tutto molto bello e curate, anche lo spazio esterno. Abbiamo utilizzato anche la piscina, bella, curata e soprattutto con acqua molto pulita, senza le solite foglioline galleggianti. Sicuramente da ritornarci come punto di appoggio in zona.

Sono venuta a Luglio con mia mamma e devo dire che non ci siamo trovate per niente bene, le lenzuola non le cambiavano mai, in terra si vedeva che non avevano lavato, dovevamo chiedere di mettere la carta igienica perché era finita e se non lo chiedevamo non la mettevano. Per non parlare della piscina che un giorno è verde da quanto e sporca e l'altro pulita, per quanto riguarda il pranzo e la cena posso dire che i prezzi sono veramente alti per il servizio offerto e per la colazione hanno di tutto, ma se gli chiedete per esempio come è capitato a noi un limone per il the ti dicono che non c'è l'hanno per 5 giorni di fila quando hanno l'albero difronte. Come posizione fa schifo perché sei isolato da tutto, non ci sono nemmeno le strisce pedonali e sei obbligato a pagare la navetta che d'altronde arriva perennemente in ritardo, mai puntuale.

Hôtel vraiment magnifique! Chambre très propre et qui sent bon. Personnel a l'accueil de l'hôtel et l'accueil du restaurant de l'hôtel très sympathiques. Accès aux deux piscines, la plus grande est magnifique. Petit déjeuner complet et copieux et le service en chambre parfait. Merci à toute l'équipe et aux patrons pour ce bel endroit reposant.

We stayed one night this week to use the location as a jumping off point to see Pompeii. ||The positives of this hotel:|It is a beautiful property. The rooms are very nice and very clean and modern. We had two rooms and both were good. There are two pools and they are lovely and feel almost resort like. There is a nice gym where our kids worked out. The breakfast is excellent and served in a small pavilion room with a very pretty view of the lush grounds. The staff are hard working and helpful. We were sent to a very good pizzeria for dinner the night we drove in. It was well worth the stop. We felt safe on this property and felt like we were removed from the surrounding area which was a very good thing.||The negatives: |My negative comments really don’t have to do with the hotel but the area. It is an unsafe area. It is a dirty area with trash’s everywhere and dirty air with the smell of smoke from garbage being burned. Every property has cameras and even this hotel has cameras everywhere watching to ensure cars are not stolen. It’s no fault of the hotel but the environment of the town area is off-putting as it is unsafe so that should be a consideration when booking. We needed at ATM machine and had a hard time finding one and when we did it was not dispensing money. We did not like the area at all. Visitors should exercise care if visiting as this does not feel like Italy. I would describe it as feeling like Rio De Janeiro. This was the only town we visited where we felt very unsafe and unexciting any sights would be dangerous.

Renovated , good clean Hotel.
Nice, polite stuffs.

Rooms are small but clean. No amenities in the room and no closets , hard to keep the room organized as you’ll have to put your clothes and personal items all over the room where spaces available.

Only instant coffee and tea bags in the room with no complementary water. Need to buy only in the room refrigerator.

Lack of Marriott standard.

Must have a car as there are no public infrastructure around the hotel. Not a walking distance and very inconvenient.
Far from Naples, Not recommended to travellers without transportation. It will be a nightmare.

Lovely hotel in Naples. |Great place to stop before visiting the Amalfi Coast or Pompei. We were greeted by friendly staff and escorted to our room. Our room was large, cute, clean and comfortable. The property itself was very clean and the pool was really nice. We had complementary breakfast served onsite in the pavilion. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard where you can sit and enjoy time there. We really loved our experience at this hotel. We will definitely be back!
