Un verdadero paraíso. No es muy grande y les falla alguna cosilla pero nada que nos haga arrepentirnos de la elección.
Las vistas son espectaculares. Si no tienes intención de alquilar vehículo, la parada del bus está justo en la puerta y las conexiones con las otras líneas son muy buenas.
A pie está a unos 20 min. De Ischia Ponte.

Das Haus hat die Erwartungen übertroffen. Die traumhafte Lage, kompetentes, freundliches Service, Aussicht... Beste Bedingungen bzgl baden und schnorcheln bei 18' Wassertemperatur,(anschließend im eigenen Thermalbecken erwärmt). Eine Kulisse, die auch von Filmteams gerne genutzt wird. Schön, dass das Haus (wenn auch mit etwas eingeschränktem Angebot) mit stark reduzierten Preisen im Dezember offen hatte, während hier viele andere komplett schließen. Einzelne Pflege- und Renovierungsarbeiten wurden so vorgenommen, daß sie uns nicht störten. Trotz kleinerer Mängel überwog auch bei meiner Partnerin die Begeisterung! Öffentlicher Bus vor der Haustür. Mietwagen von der Rezeption gebucht....Danke 😉 PS zu negativen Kommentaren: Pädanten sollten nicht reisen.

Pour un court séjour en novembre. Très calme. Mieux vaut être motorisé à cette époque car pas de restaurants ouverts à proximité. Cependant un bus passe devant l'hôtel. Restaurants à 5mn en voiture.

NAME CALLED via email trying to rebook. We stayed here and really enjoyed it however I was told by staff if I wanted to book again to book direct for a better price. Well are from Australia only 28hours to get there. Well I tried to send a couple of emails no response then I got a price from hotel of double the price I got of booking.com when I questioned it the hotel started name calling me via email in which I’m just absolutely devastated and disgusted by this treatment from any business. I advise everyone to stay away from this place. I am a happy natured blond lady and as I questioned the over charging they told me to go away Elvira! If I ever go back to ischia I will visit this place to speak my mind to reception as bully and name calling is looked down upon these days and as a paying guest trying to return just awful

Ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Frühstück nix besonderes. Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel, jedoch h weit weg vom Geschehen. Meerzugang- so lala und nicht ordentlich. Aussicht auf Aragonese toll.

Orribile! Abbiamo prenotato tramite Booking (visto la valutazione alta) e dopo il nostro soggiorno il Booking non ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare una recensione perché dicono che abbiamo prenotato tramite “terzi”. Una cosa assurda, qualche frode fatta dal albergo per non ricevere recensioni bassi e attuali. Allora iniziamo che con mio marito andiamo ogni anno in Ischia inizio e fine stagione, purtroppo adesso a settembre l’albergo dove andiamo di solito era full booked, quindi abbiamo trovato questo con uno prezzo di quasi 300 eur a notte e abbiamo pensato che fosse un albergo di lusso, ma invece era un incubo infinito!!! La struttura è molto vecchia e sembra di non essere ristrutturata da anni 70, tutto rotto, tutto sporco, tutto vecchio…. La piscina sopra tutta rotta, sembrava un bagno pubblico dei quartieri spagnoli, una cosa vergognosa. Sotto dove sono i lettini mah che devo dire, magari una idea carina, ma realizzata male- tutto sporco con dei bicchieri dalla sera precedente, i lettini sporci, ci stava un ragazzo al bar che sceglieva la musica e abbiamo dovuto subire tutto il giorno il nuovo album del rapper napoletano geolier 😵‍💫 poveri turisti, avevo mal di testa tutto il giorno con questa musica orribile e non appropriata per un albergo! Mancanza del management e di controllo, ma cosa ci vuole, avete 25 stanze, mai visto il manager o il proprietario, nessuno se ne frega dello stato del hotel. Colazione orribile, la peggior colazione in vita mia, manco un bed and breakfast ti offre una colazione così scarsa, il ristorante pure- abbiamo aspettato 2 ore al pranzo, cibo mediocre ma i prezzi di un ristorante stellato, quindi per cena siamo usciti fuori in città. Una macchina di caffè sola nel tutto il albergo e quando devi pagare il conto nel ristorante sotto ti devi alzare, prendere le scale e andare a pagarla alla reception!!!! Mille problemi in questo albergo e non torneremo mai più. Lo dovreste chiudere e restaurare, non potete rubare i soldi alle gente solo perché avete una vista mare! Una vergogna e si deve segnalare !!!! !!!! Poveri turisti che vengono dall estero e vedono tutto ciò!

Recently spent 11 nights at the hotel with TUI. On arrival at the hotel at 2pm there were 45 steps to reception, this was not mentioned in the TUI brochure. We found out when we left the hotel that there is a lift that can be used for luggage. There are also many steps down to the sea. This was also not mentioned in the brochure, not an issue for us but people with mobility issues may struggle with the steps. However, the views of the hotel pool areas and the sea and Ischia Ponte and Castle in the background were amazing. The views this hotel has to offer were fabulous, it is worth the long journey from Naples to reach the Hotel for the views. There is no beach at the hotel that we found, as mentioned in the TUI brochure, access to the sea is via steps from the terrace. The terrace down by the sea had limited sunbeds and a snack bar, where young Italian males worked who were friendly and prepared delicious Zingaras which were 12 euros each. The hotel next door also did and charged 7 euros, also offered draft beer and again fantastic views. The pool area offered many sun lounges and in peak season we had no problem in getting one. They came with a mattress and a roof to provide shade which was a great idea. On arrival at reception we were advised that the room was not ready and that we would be offered a welcome drink. This took 20 minutes to arrive after I had returned to reception to enquire. We were told by people sat on the next table that the service is slow as there was only 1 member of staff on at that time. The lady behind reception was very helpful and friendly and gave us lots of information as there was no Welcome Meeting from TUI. The male waiters at breakfast were not. Most days we weren't spoken to at breakfast by the hotel staff, although Victoria did speak sometimes. Breakfast was simple, but adequate. Major issue with eating outside on the terrace due to wasps. The walk to Ischia Ponte was uphill and downhill, took 20 minutes partly along a busy road. A further 25 minutes would take you into Ischia Port, along the coast, a lovely walk. The Port is very busy as you would expect, lots of lovely boutiques if you enjoy shopping, bars and restaurants. An excellent pizza cost as from 5 euros otherwise a typical pasta dish was 18 euros. The hotel is located at the end of a road from Ponte or Port. A 7 day bus pass cost 15 euros and can be bought at the bus station at the port. I'd recommend no 12 bus from the Ponte or Port to the hotel as this doesn't go around the houses or number 13. You can get the 12 or 13 from the hotel, I'd recommend the 13 as this is more direct. Hotel reception have the timetables. Taxis are 20 euros from the Port and 15 euros from Ponte. Rooms were spacious and clean. Maid service was daily and towels changed most days. Plenty of places to visit on Ischia, we took a taxi to Saint Angelo which took 45 minutes. This is a lovely town, with a harbour and beaches, plenty of bars and more expensive boutiques. Beware, there is a public beach which is free, otherwise the other beaches are 50 euros per day for a sunbed and parasol. Overall, a great holiday just a shame that the hotel staff were not more friendly towards the Brits. The Italians had their coffees brought to them at breakfast, we didn't, not really a problem just an observation! Would recommend the hotel, but not if you want a good choice of bars and restaurants on your doorsteps as there are none, except the hotel next door.

Struttura potenzialmente perfetta, con una vista meravigliosa sul Castello Aragonese e gli scogli di Sant’Anna, purtroppo tenuta male: rubinetteria vecchia, igienici inadeguati (piccolissimi), colazione di scarsa qualità e varietà, tendaggi non oscuranti.|Superlativo il personale della sala ristorante (Rocco in particolare, Vittoria e Michele sono gentilissimi e sempre disponibili) e del bar (sia dell’hotel che della spiaggia). |La cucina della cena è stata veramente buona e varia (mezza pensione aggiunta successivamente alla prenotazione ad un prezzo ottimo).|Nota negativa è il costo delle camere che è variabile (forse in base alle richieste) e non è corrispondente ai servizi offerti, se non per la posizione panoramica dell’hotel e della discesa a mare (piattaforma, non spiaggia - come detto telefonicamente).|L’upgrade della camera (deluxe) che ci avrebbero “offerto” praticamente era corrispondente a ciò che abbiamo pagato (350€/notte camera con colazione).|La vasca termale interna è molto piccola ed ha una temperatura fredda, di circa 18 gradi, per cui non è utilizzabile.|La piscina esterna è quasi sempre piena di bambini, tra l’altro senza controllo di personale, per cui non è utilizzabile per il caos.|Arrivare in centro (punto più vicino Ischia Ponte) non è facile a piedi, per cui bisogna prendere un autobus (la fermata è proprio fuori all’hotel e passa circa ogni ora).|Prezzi eccessivi al bar: una bottiglia d’acqua da 75 cl costa 4€.|Complessivamente non è un “4 stelle L”. |Consiglierei vivamente di aspettare le offerte e di non soggiornare nel weekend, poiché troppo affollato.|Alla struttura consiglierei innanzitutto la manutenzione, maggiore cura alla reception per gli ospiti, e di riservare in piattaforma ombrellone e lettini per ogni camera con posto assegnato.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in una struttura meravigliosa: una location mozzafiato, un’atmosfera calda e familiare. Le camere erano ampie, accoglienti e dotate di ogni comfort. Eravamo in famiglia e abbiamo preso tre camere ,|tutti siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti.|Il personale è stato incredibilmente gentile e premuroso, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre esigenze. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla |signora Raffaella, pronta ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta,|una persona eccezionale che ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più memorabile.||A coronare il soggiorno, siamo stati invitati a cenare nel ristorante della struttura, dove abbiamo gustato piatti eccellenti e raffinate ricette di mare. Una vera delizia per il palato!||Descrivere questo luogo a parole è difficile: va vissuto, per apprezzarne davvero la bellezza e l’anima.

We stayed at Hotel Delfini in Ischia and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had, especially at $500 and $420 a night. The view is stunning, and the young woman at reception was kind and helpful, but that’s where the positives end.

The room was outdated, with decor straight out of a 1970s mafia movie. The bathroom smelled musty and had visible mold, and the entire space just felt tired and neglected. The air conditioning barely worked, so my mom asked for a fan on the first night and was told they didn’t have any. Then, when she asked again the next night, a fan had somehow suddenly become available. It felt careless and dismissive.

They have three in one plastic single use shampoo, conditioner, and body wash packets to clean yourself. Oh and when you want Parmesan that also comes in plastic single use containers. Enjoy!

The sheets weren’t changed during our stay, and the staff (aside from the one receptionist) were cold, unhelpful, and at times, rude. Like it was an inconvenience to help us. We had booked a taxi through the hotel, and when we asked to adjust the pickup time, they simply refused with no flexibility, even though it was their booking. We luckily had the taxis card so we can talk to her directly, but that is not 4 star service.

To top it off, no one except the kind young lady spoke functional English, which is surprising and frustrating for a hotel that clearly markets itself to international guests.

Overall, this hotel relies heavily on its location and view to justify a high price, but it fails spectacularly on basic cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. We felt let down, uncomfortable, and honestly a bit ripped off. Spend your money at the 3 star hotel Giardino Eden Resort.

We stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. The room was simple but clean, and housekeeping came daily. Breakfast was nice with fresh croissants and coffee. Staff were kind and helpful whenever we had a question. The location is great—just a short walk to the center. Overall, a relaxing stay that matched the calm vibe of Ischia.||

Wer Reisen als unliebsame Bittsteller kennenlernen will, ist hier richtig! Das wenige Personal ist unfreundlich bis unhöflich. Der freundliche Gruß bei der Begegnung ist hier völlig fremd und das morgendliche Ritual, ein schlichtes Frühstück zu erbitten, wird scheinbar als Zumutung empfunden. |Bei der Ankunft konnten wir als ältere Reisende unsere Koffer selbst die zahlreichen Stufen zur Rezeption herunterschleppen; der vorhandene Fahrstuhl diente den Gästen lediglich innerhalb des Hauses der Beförderung.|Das angebliche Dinner am Abend existiert nur auf dem Papier.Allabendlich trafen sich die Gäste in der Innenstadt nach einer beschwerlichen Busfahrt zum Nachtmahl.|Die Tische zum Frühstück sind nur sporadisch eingedeckt und man klaubt sich an den Nachbartischen die Reste zusammen. Ein liebloses Büffet, auf dem die Nahrungsmittel knapp bemessen sind und nur auf Nachfrage ein zusätzliches Glas Wasser nachgefüllt wird. Eigentlich ist man dann schon satt.|Ein Höchstmaß anVorstellungskraft benötigt der Zustand von Zimmer und Bad. Vermutlich wurde das Bad bereits sehr lange nicht mehr gereinigt; entsprechend verkalkt war die Dusche und die Armaturen. Auch während unseres 10 tägigen Aufenthaltes wurde das Bad nicht gereinigt. Entsprechend braun waren die Ablagerungen der Toilette und noch brauner die schon sehr alte Toilettenbürste.|Die Klimaanlage kühlte nicht, sondern gab lediglich ein Brummen von sich, das Bett war man fleckigen Matratzen ausgestattet, die Betttücher reichten nicht von einem Ende zum anderen und wurden auch nicht ausgetauscht. Im Laufe des Tages kam eine Reinigungskraft, die lediglich die Betttücher neu ordnete und zu unserer großen Freude jeden Tag neue Handtücher auslegte. Seife hatten wir allerdings bereits am ersten Tag einfordern müssen, das Toilettenpapier wurde einfach auf den Waschtisch gelegt.Ein Gratiszugang zu einer benachbarten Therme wurde uns verweigert, obwohl er uns laut Buchung zustand. So könnte ich endlos weiter berichten. Wir urteilen hier aber wohlgemerkt nicht über eine Unterkunft für eine Nacht an irgendeiner Landstraße, sondern über ein Viersterne-Hotel in schönster Lage, leider nur völlig heruntergewirtschaftet.

La comida casera excelente.
Wiffi no llegaba a nuestra habitación (estaba muy retirada). Buena señal solo en el lobby y alrededores.
Cuenta con playa propia. No las q conocemos en Argentina. Son terrazas con arena, o superficies de madera con reposeras. Pero excelente el mar. Transparente, calmo y limpio.
Piletas con agua termal dentro del predio.
Desayuno muy bueno, completo y abundante.

bueno realmente es dificil ya que hay que separar por lo menos tres cosas, el hotel es un desastre me refiero, tal ves no es la palabra justa ya que esta venido a menos o sea abandonado cosas que no funcionan una mezcla de cosas en la habitacion que no cuadra ni con la utilidad y la decoracion, lo unico bueno son los balcones por eso lo de la vista al mar es extraordinaria por su ubicasion, desntro de todo se salva la buena atencion de sus empleados sea en recepsion y en el restaurante, no muy buena la comida depende que pero en general no, realmente un desperdisio de lugar, pienso que mi opinion no va encontra de la gente que trabaja en el establecimiento si no a su autoridad o autoridades responsables de dar un alojamiento correcto y con las estrellas que corresponden en este caso dos. lo siento. gracias

no se puede negar que tiene una vista estupenda, pero al llegar al hotel te da la impresion de estar en un lugar abandonado con falta de mantenimiento. no se le ocurra pedir la habitacion superior, es horrorosa que te viene la depresion en lo que el camarero abre la puerta para dejar el equipaje, mi esposo y yo habiamos pedidos esta habitacion y tuvimos que pedir que no las cambiara a la imperial si es que se puede llamar imperial porque en cuanto al aseo deja mucho que desear. imediatamente te das cuentas que no le hacen la limpieza como deberìa de ser, a pesar que es una habitacion confortable por esa parte no me puedo quejar...la comida no es muy variada, tampoco sabrosa y el antipasto es el mismo de todos los dìas, pareciera que lo que quedò de hoy lo ponen manana, que ya el tercer dìa no te provoca màs...el bar ni se diga te tienes que alzar de la mesa, para pedir algo de tomar, ninguno te ofrece nada, un pèsimo servicio!! siempre tienes que estar preguntando o adivinando informaciòn... este hotel sinceramente, se hace pagar demasiado por lo poco que vale yo le quitarìa 2 estrellas. Y para cerrar con broche de oro en el momento de irnos, tuvimos que cargar nuestro propio equipaje, porque no habìa ninguno que la portara a nuestro auto...si no quiere botar su dinero o entrar en depresion no se lo recomiendo para nada.
