Many times it felt like she knew exactly what I was thinking! We wanted our guests to have an authentic Capri experience (as many had never been before) and she absolutely overdelivered. My wife and I got married in Capri in September 2024 and used Just Bloom Capri / Maria Rosaria as our wedding planner. Our wedding was 10 out of 10 and we couldn't have done it without Maria Rosaria and her team.

Living in the US, my wife and I had to do most of the wedding planning from home which meant we spent a lot of time on zoom meetings / emailing with Maria Rosaria in the months leading up to our wedding. She held our hand as we worked through all the details and she was very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. She knows all the best hotels, restaurants, venues, and vendors in the area which was really important when you're getting married in a place like Capri.

Planning a destination wedding in Italy on our own would have been extremely difficult, if not impossible, but Mariarosaria made it happen. She was kind, patient, and professional, often going out of her way to ensure we were happy with our perfect day.

Mariarosaria has an expansive network of relationships with vendors throughout the Amalfi coast that provide a breadth of choices for each aspect of your wedding. She provided options, managed vendor discussions, and handled contracts for everything - the wedding venue, welcome party, customized wedding favors, event decor, hotels, private transportation, the officiant, and even a private boat day for our guests.

The wedding weekend and wedding day itself was even better than we dreamed of - she made our wedding vision come to life and even added a special surprise over and above. Everything was absolutely stunning visually with seamless execution. We completely trusted Mariarosaria and didn’t have to worry about anything. We had so much fun and would recommend her a thousand times over to anyone planning a destination wedding in Italy.

Knowing the island quite well myself, I was convinced I could handle the organisation myself but less than 6 months before the D-Day, it became clear I needed help.

My husband and I had the privilege to utilize Maria Rosaria Scala for a “surprise” wedding in Capri Italy. Her attention to detail and being able to really “feel” what would work for us, despite never meeting in person until the day of the wedding. As the bride, I can say whole heartedly say it was by far the most beautiful moments of my life. From the personalized welcome gifts for all of the guests, to the musical entertainment not to mention the fact that she handled ALL of the logistics to get my family from Canada, Florida and New Jersey to Capri and keep them hidden until the moment I walked down the isle.

She is a woman of integrity and fabulous taste, who can see the big picture of the events she plans, and tailor them to her clients as if she has known them for a lifetime. Our wedding is still talked about over a year later, and she has set the bar extremely high for the future grooms of most of my friends.

Mariarosaria was our wedding planner in 2018 when we got married on the island of Capri.

Our idea was to have rather small celebration for our families on this beautiful island in Italy. As foreign citizens it was quite difficult process in terms of both documents needed and wedding ceremony requirements.

We both were excited, but also petrified, since there were so many details to be planned and covered especially taking into consideration language barrier. However, from the very first moment we met Mariarosaria she did everything to help us and more importantly to soothe us. She organized everything in accordance with our wishes and requests: beautiful garden overlooking Faraglioni, hotel, restaurant, flowers, photos, vows,  and even officials from the municipality. We exchanged numerous emails and she was available 24/7 always kind and gentle in explaining, clarifying and translating everything. Her professional approach, willingness to live up to our expectations and kindness were second to none.

She did an amazing job. Our wedding was marvellous and thanks to her we still remember this event as one of the most beautiful moments in our lives.

Ever since we consider her not only as our bridesmaid, but also as our friend for a lifetime 😄

Since our kids were young we have vacationed in Capri during the summer. But when my son got engaged, we were surprised to hear that he wanted to get married on the Island. Since we live in California we thought this could be a challenging undertaking to say the least.
Luckily, the summer before the wedding, we met Mariarosaria when we were investigating locations for the event. This chance meeting at the Lido del Faro was the best thing that could’ve happened. We looked through her book of weddings and hired her on the spot to plan and manage the most important event in our son’s adult life. We created a four day Capri extravaganza including a Thursday family dinner on the first night, a welcome party for all 125 guests on the rooftop of the Luna Hotel Friday night, a flotilla of small boats to take everyone around Capri complete with lunch and refreshments on Saturday and the wedding and reception Saturday night at Lido del Faro. On Sunday we hosted a farewell brunch in the square. No detail was missed, every scenario was planned and executed to the second, and her connections with the vendors including bus transportation, a classic Fiat 500 for the wedding couple, the best food ever, were invaluable. The original music, DJ, sound equipment for speeches, photographer, flower arrangements, and a Tiramisu wedding cake with sparklers was beyond perfect. My wife had a list of requests and Mariarosaria accommodated them all with a smile. She put her heart and soul into our magical event and has remained a close friend ever since.
