My husband proposed in March 2025 and we were married that October — sharing this just to show how efficient and on top of things Capri My Day truly is. From the moment I started working with Giusy and Elena, I knew I was in the best hands.

When I hired them, I already had my invitations vendor and my venue locked in, along with its exclusive music and catering. They took that into account and were extremely fair and transparent with their pricing — something I really appreciated.

They helped me find my wedding dress, florist, Riva boat for the lake, photographer and videographer, content creator, and hair and makeup. Every vendor they recommended was not only talented but aligned perfectly with the vision for the wedding.

When I flew to Italy in May to try on dresses and visit the venue, Giusy and Elena came to meet me in person — something they didn’t have to do, but chose to. That gesture meant so much and showed how dedicated and thoughtful they truly are.

Throughout the entire planning process, they communicated clearly, responded quickly, and were always receptive to my feedback. I felt heard, seen, understood, and genuinely cared for. They made planning a destination wedding feel easy, joyful, and completely stress-free.

Capri My Day did a wonderful job of coordinating our wedding arrangements starting months prior with video conferences and constant communication to review and coordinate various options. We then had a meeting at the Capri office to review and finalize days before. The team was present during our wedding to make sure everything went as planned with the Venue at Villa Lysis, florals, photographer, violinist, transportation, restaurant, etc, etc…..and it did without a single glitch. We are a very busy couple who had no time to plan a wedding, and these wonderful people took care of it all: venue, villas for guests, ceremony and wedding itself, photography, videography, and every detail you could think of. They were so accommodating to menu changes, song requests, timing requests, and much more. They even planned a boat day for us. Anything we needed, it was planned. Every single thing was on time. Nothing went wrong. We even got to meet them many times and they were present, helpful, sweet, and fun. We loved everything about using them and the fact that we could communicate through WhatsApp from the States was so easy. It was wonderful and they dealt with us, who were very much “on to go” clients, never able to sit down and plan haha, so they helped take the leadership side of things and help advise us on what to do. Not only did they plan it, but they really know everything going on in Italy, so they recommended things. We got married in Positano, and it was beautiful. I’d highly recommend to use Capri My Day!! I'm the mother of the bride and planning a wedding is emotional and exciting - a destination wedding adds a whole new layer of trust with wedding planners we have never met. My biggest piece of advice is TRUST Giusy and Elena/Capri My Day! Our venue was in Il Riccio in Anacapri. I will also add that this small quaint town is a perfect location with BREATHTAKING views for your pictures! Giusy and Elana recommended the Venue, Florist, Videographer, DJ/Lights, etc. They also provided choices on everything and helped us with the design details for the ceremony, tables lights, etc. It was everything my daughter and son-in-law wanted and more. I will tell you that I didn't expect such a Magical Fairy tale Wedding!. This wedding OVER EXCEEDED our expectations. They were always available for us all hours of the night and organized everything from start to finish and it was seamless. We are forever grateful for magic they poured into this special day. We got married in Capri in June 2025 with ~95 wedding guests. We had a two-day event, starting with a welcome party at La Zagara (day one) followed by ceremony, dinner and after party at Augustus Garden, Capri Rooftop and Taverna Anema e Core (day two). We started planning for the wedding slightly more than a year in advance and came in contact with Capri My Day online. We didn’t know Giusy and Elena from before but felt an immediate sense of trust and comfort from the very first conversation.

Planning a destination wedding in Capri from another country could have been overwhelming, but Giusy and Elena made the entire experience smooth, joyful, and truly unforgettable.

We always knew we wanted a destination wedding however, the thought of planning an international wedding was very overwhelming. Hiring Capri My Day was the best decision we made. Ryan and I planned our wedding 100% virtually (we live in the United States) and really put all of our faith/trust in Elena and Guisy. The women did a spectacular job and did not let one small detail go missed.

I was a very laid back bride and didn't want to stress any of the details. Elena and Guisy made it easy for me creating a share drive with different folders for venue options, hotel options, photographer options, etc. If I wanted to see more options or wanted more information they would happily provide them. They were there to help the entire way. Because they are Capri natives, they have established great relationships with all of the vendors which is a HUGE plus. I didn't really know what I wanted so I leaned on them heavily for recommendations along the way. They did not steer me wrong once.

We had 60+ guests from the United States for our wedding weekend. We had a welcome party at Villa Margherita with the Scialapopolo Folk Band. I originally thought the band would sit in a corner and play traditional Italian folk music however, I was wrong. They were an absolute BLAST. They had everyone up singing and dancing. It really set the tone for the weekend and we had so many guests say it was a highlight of their trip. The ceremony was at Giardini di Augusto. The location was absolutely beautiful and just a short walk from the main square. From there, guests were escorted to a nearby taxi stand where they were taken to the port. From the port, guests hopped on a boat and dropped off at the reception, Bagni Tiberio. Everything was planned and executed perfectly. Taxis and boats were waiting for guests and nobody was standing around waiting (my biggest worry). My husband and I arrived by boat to the reception which made for amazing photos. When we arrived at Bagni Tiberio we were immediately greeted by the owners and given us hugs, wine, and food. The cocktail hour was amazing - right on the water with the sun setting. Dinner and dancing were incredible as well. We had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding they have ever been to. It exceeded all of our expectations.
