Words cannot describe how grateful we are to have met Maria and Fabrizia. Two of the most hard working, creative, caring women I have ever met. We had to postpone our wedding and the girls made sure we didn’t even need to worry. They are natives to Capri which means they know the island inside and out. Every idea I had they were able to bring it to life. We came to Capri to meet with them in person the year before and hit it off instantly. They showed us every possible venue including spots that have never been used before. We ultimately decided on doing our welcome dinner in the piazza of Capri which was out of a movie! From the food to the decoration to the energy in the piazza that night, it was more than I could have ever dreamed. We got pillows made from a Naples based artist that the girls found. Tablecloths from Lisa Corti a popular Italian designer. The local folk music group the Scialoppopolo came and played traditional music while the whole piazza joined and danced together. The drinks were flowing the crowd was dancing. The food was spectacular as well as the buffet table that the girls designed with plates rented from local Capri vendors. We also had ladies in fabulous costume handing out cigars and cigarettes with our custom match boxes and linen napkins. It was magical. The second day was at Lido del Faro, the BEST beach in Capri hands down. This is where the real caprese people go. The food was phenomenal. The decor again was just gorgeous. We had a station with custom made beach bags filled with local Italian goodies that the girls sourced from all over southern Italy. We had stations for granita, gelato, crema caffe, Polaroid cameras, games, foot massages, all while the Dj was playing the best music. If that wasn’t enough, we had a sit down lunch with the BEST food ever. A saxophone player played while we danced with our cocktails. We had custom made tablecloths and vases from again local Italian vendors. We loved that we were able to support local businesses through the whole wedding week. It made it so much more special. All the guests jumped in the ocean and then we continued to party in the pool. We partied until the sunset. The day of the wedding was perfect. We got ready at the Hotel Caesar Augustus. This is where we also did the ceremony. The girls took care of every single detail I had not one stress the entire week even though there was so much going on behind the scenes. The girls took care of it all. They time managed everything to a tee. The vendors were all taken care of. They were there for me even when I got nervous to walk down the aisle they calmed me down. They oversaw the wild green flowers we put at the ceremony and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. They managed the guests and staff perfectly so that there were no issues. We had an orchestra playing Dancing in the Moonlight as I walked down the isle. Custom made fans for the heat and flower petals to throw. It was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The wedding itself was at il Riccio. I am so happy the girls encouraged me to do it there because it was absolutely PERFECT. The food was incredible the flowers the lights the tablescape. Again we had custom tablecloths from Italian vendors as well as custom charger plates that were all unique colours painted by hand. Also, the girls put us in touch with the best hair/makeup artists on the island. The coolest girls who listened to exactly what I wanted. This was all only possible because of Maria and Fabrizia. Their unique ideas, relationships with all the vendors, their ability to get things done crazy fast, was the only reason this beautiful event could have come to life. Our wedding could not have happened without them not even close. They have become our very dear friends and will hold a special place in our hearts forever. I hope everyone could have the experience I had with Maria & Fabrizia. We are so lucky to have met them. We could not recommend them enough as wedding planners because they are not just that. They are so much more and now lifelong friends 🩷🩷🩷

After much thought, we decided on Capri for our elopement (just the two of us) and surprised our family and friends by announcing the day after! Our travel advisor, Alanna at flymetotravel.com, planned our entire wonderful Italy trip and connected us to Maria & Fabrizia of Capri Moments for the elopement details.

Since it was just the two of us, they offered their elopement package which was very reasonable in cost. Based on their vast knowledge of the island and our interests shared, they provided 3-5 options for wedding venues, hair and make-up, florists, photographers, celebrants, dinner venues, and transportation around the island.

They laid a strong foundation of choices for us and made it very easy for us to make our decisions. They were very responsive to our questions. Everything went so smoothly-like clockwork from hair and make-up done by Beauty Livery (Jolanda and Annalisa were amazing), awesome photography by Gianni di Natale, beautiful flowers by Capriflor, our unique transportation by The Red Taxi (Lorenzo) & the electric cart with Almani Events (Maria & Vittorio), fabulous celebrant (Fabian Rawnsley), beautiful ceremony venue at Belvedere Cannone, and a private dinner at Pensatoio Table at Hotel Caesar Augustus.
We also stayed at Punta Tragara Hotel-very gracious manager and staff and stunning views.

It was a magical day for us. We loved every single moment and could not wait to share our surprise with family & friends. The recommendations made by Capri Moments were perfect and we couldn’t ask for a better day! Thank you and we highly recommend to all thinking about Capri for their wedding.

From our first trip to Capri to tour venues together, to our second trip for food tastings an more logistical planning, to showing up on our wedding weekend - each time we met with the girls they surprised us with even more exciting ideas, opportunities, and advice.

The majority of detailed planning happens in the last few months leading up to your wedding - and we were able to do all of this virtually while living in the US. The system Maria & Fabrizia put together for virtual planning is unlike anything I have ever seen before - so organized, surprisingly seamless, and honestly a lot of fun! They allow you to be as involved or removed from each piece of the process as you'd like, because of their flexible and assembled system.

Last but certainly not least - our 3 day wedding extravaganza with 150 people who all flew in from different parts of the world could not have been more perfect. The design & florals were even more beautiful than we could have imagined, and the logistics at each event were so seamless with the full team Capri Moments provided- even with one event requiring boating all of our guests from Capri to Nerano the morning after a late night of partying!

The compliments we have received from all of our guests make this all the most special - every single person they spoke to said they would remember the weekend for their entire lives, that they had the most fun and felt the most taken care of at a wedding than ever before. Maria & Fabrizia truly made our dream wedding come true, and in the process, they became like family to us. We met with a couple different planners about 16 months before our wedding, but as soon as we met Capri Moments, we knew they were the perfect duo to bring our dream to life. They grew up on the island, and they truly know everyone and have great relationships with every vendor. We came to visit Capri a year before our wedding to have a planning trip, and I remember walking through the streets of Anacapri where they knew everyone. They even took us to their recommended florist who made up free bouquets for us! They got back to our questions extremely fast and they organized everything on a wedding planning website that kept all of our information in a clear and concise manner. They put together many vision boards for us, which was incredibly helpful in visualizing our entire wedding weekend – from welcome party, to ceremony and reception, to the after party. When our wedding weekend came, they were by our side from the moment we got there. They looked into every last detail for us and made sure our event truly was perfect down to the last touch. Maria and Fabrizia of Capri Moments are the most thoughtful, considerate, and attentive team you can imagine. We are so grateful they were our partners over the ups and downs of wedding planning over three years.

We were one of many couples who suffered from several wedding delays as a result of Covid. Initially slated for June/July 2020, our wedding postponed only a few months out. I can honestly say we would not have gotten through everything without Capri Moments – from the beginning of our work together in 2019 through our wedding day this summer and beyond. Here’s why... First off, my partner and I are based in the United States and were unable to tour any of the locations, not to mention meet Capri Moments in person until the week-of. Although we had been to Capri a couple of times, we had only actually seen one venue in person. For most couples, I imagine the unknown would be incredibly nerve-wracking, but Maria & Fabrizia were so responsive and helpful, we honestly didn’t think much of it because they were so knowledgeable about every option’s benefits/downfalls. We felt like we knew our options without even visiting. The big priority and concern we had about planning the wedding from across the globe was day-of logistics and execution. Because our guests were primarily traveling from the States, which is undoubtedly an effort and an expense, we wanted to ensure the trip felt worth it. Capri Moments far exceeded our expectations. They ensured that not only the events were seamless but also our guests were accommodated; we believe the latter was above and beyond anything we could’ve imagined from our planners. We cannot thank them enough for this.

Hands down one of the most notable benefits of working with Capri Moments is that they are actually FROM the island. Although this wasn’t a strong consideration in selecting a planner, we can’t overstate how much of a difference this made for so many reasons. Our favorite, consistent feedback we received from our guests was that they felt that their experience really connected them with the island’s culture – that our wedding was “a love note to Capri.” This could not have happened without Maria & Fabrizia's love for and knowledge of the island. We are so grateful to have worked with locals who really understand how to create a memorable experience for guests.

Finally, Maria & Fabrizia are the perfect team. They are childhood best friends and complement each other in the best ways for a wedding planning team. Their dynamic put us at ease, especially in the final days ahead of the wedding. We loved watching them work together.

We are so thankful for Maria & Fabrizia's persistence in keeping us accountable and showing a lot of patience with us over three years. So much can happen and change over this time (especially during a pandemic), and Maria & Fabrizia worked with us with an open-mind at every turn and bump in the road. Their dedication to the work never wavered, and we think this is a testament to the personalized quality and care they put into every wedding and couple. Over the last few months since our wedding, I've attempted to put into words how incredible Capri Moments is but no review I can write will fully convey how deeply grateful my husband and I are for these amazing women. They turned our 4-day wedding celebration into an unforgettable experience for us and our guests that was more magical that we could have ever imagined. From the first moment we met Maria Consilia and Fabrizia, we knew we were in good hands. They have a true passion for their craft and shared in our excitement every step of the way. My husband and I began planning our destination wedding in Capri in 2019, before the pandemic began, with high hopes making planning visits to see our venues, meet our vendors, schedule tastings, etc. in person. However, all that changed when Covid hit and we were forced to postpone our 2020 wedding until 2021. With all the travel restrictions, we were unable to visit Capri, leaving us to plan our entire wedding site unseen. For someone as type-A as me, not being able to be as hands-on during the planning process as I had hoped was a major challenge, but the Capri Moments team put all our worries to rest and earned our complete trust. They facetimed with us to discuss our vision and were extremely responsive to all emails and texts. Any idea we had they took to another level with their creativity -- there was nothing cookie-cutter about our wedding, it was completely unique to us! From our personalized welcome bags, to custom sandals handmade on-site, to hand-painted fans on every seat at our ceremony, no detail was overlooked. They even transformed a terracotta-tiled rooftop into a garden oasis that looked straight out of a fairytale. By the end of our wedding, we were sad to part ways as they played such a huge rolling in making all our wedding dreams come true and became lifelong friends to us. What they created for us was nothing short of magic and we couldn't imagine pulling off our dream wedding without them! From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU!!!

Maria and Fabrizia helped to make our elopement a dreamy fantastic event! We felt in SUCH good hands as we working through all the arrangements via email leading up to our special day. These ladies were able to communicate and support our every request from many miles away.

We were so impressed with all the wonderful people who were assembled as part of the event. Our officiant, hair, make-up and flowers were exceptional. Our photographer, Umberto, was a true artist and pro! The images are all stunning and were the perfect way to share our special day with all those back home.

It was the special touches and attention to detail that really pulled everything together. I feel Marisa and Fabrizia managed the event with care based upon our specific needs, making the day truly one of a kind and perfect, just for us.

I felt like a goddess in the perfect low stress ceremony. Maria and Fabrizia were truly my Italian fairy godmothers, making me feel like Cinderella headed out to her own rocker cool version of the ball ;)

Where do I begin? Maria and Fabrizia are so pleasant to work with, and they made planning my wedding overseas easy. They remembered all the details that made my special day a day to remember.
