My husband and I decided on a destination wedding in Northern Italy and we couldn't have done it without the help of Veronica! Throughout the planning process, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. She connected us with amazing vendors, organized our hotel room block, and transportation services. It was her guidance that ultimately translated into a beautiful wedding!

On the day of the wedding, Veronica and her team made sure every detail was accounted for. By the time I was finished getting ready, everything was done! Like magic! I cannot say enough wonderful things about working with Veronica! From the moment we signed our contract, she immediately scheduled a tour of the venue and got right to work. She made the entire wedding planning process not only smooth, but actually enjoyable.

Planning a destination wedding in Italy while living in the U.S. without Veronica would have been overwhelming, but she made it feel completely manageable. Veronica and her team are absolutely ROCKSTARS. I truly feel like my wedding was the most beautiful wedding I've ever seen, the guests were SO blown away, and I 1000000% dedicate the success of the event to Veronica. From the beginning of planning she was organized, creative, willing to listen to everything I wanted, and was resourceful when it came to our budget. She handled every situation with grace, was willing to hold my hand when I needed it, but was also willing to stand up for the project when things were getting off track (as the budget can do if you're not careful!). Her organization is top notch, I constantly knew where to find resources, and she overall you listened to my vision and perfectly brought it to life - even adding her own flare in places that enhanced the vision. She was thorough in thinking through every detail and how they could play out. From organizing transportation for EVERY guest, to helping plan the welcome dinner with multiple personalities involved, to scouting new venues when we became unsure, everything she did was flawless.

We got married on August 10th, 2024, in Piedmont. Veronica guided us through the entire process, from finding the perfect location to the wedding day itself. We only started looking for a suitable venue in November 2023, and within three weeks, Veronica provided us with some amazing suggestions. This allowed us to visit the venues at the beginning of the year, and it was hard to choose because they were all so beautiful. Once we made our decision, everything moved very quickly. Within a few weeks, we had all our vendors booked, and we couldn't be happier—every one of them was outstanding! Veronica’s recommendations were always spot on. Since we weren’t very familiar with design and color choices, we left most of it to Veronica, and she came up with an incredibly beautiful design concept. We always felt well taken care of; she fulfilled all our wishes, and the budget planning was excellent. All costs were presented very transparently; she was able to point out "hidden" costs from the very beginning and always communicated incredibly quickly. We feel like she got the best possible outcome for us, and we always stayed within the communicated budget. What an achievement! Thank you so much, Veronica, for your support, your team, and everything you did. We had the perfect wedding day, didn’t have to worry about a thing, and could enjoy every second. We will never forget it!

Da sempre io e mio marito abbiamo sognato di sposarci in montagna, in inverno, sulla neve.
Un sogno che non sembrava realizzabile dal momento che viviamo a Roma e tutti ci dicevano che sarebbe stato molto complicato organizzare e gestire un matrimonio del genere.
Dopo vari colloqui con alcune wedding planner abbiamo deciso di affidarci a Veronica. Ebbene lei è stata in grado non solo di organizzare e gestire il matrimonio dei nostri sogni, ma di fargli prendere vita.
Dal primo giorno è sempre stata presente e precisa, ci ha tenuti costantemente aggiornati sul budget, sulle trattative coi fornitori e ci ha dato delle idee per rendere il matrimonio ancora più particolare. Ha saputo calmare le mie crisi da sposina (poche ma buone) con grande pazienza, ironia e sempre con il sorriso.
Il giorno del matrimonio è stato tutto perfetto, sin nei minimi dettagli. Io e mio marito ci siamo goduti la giornata senza pensare ad altro perché lei ha gestito ogni aspetto senza che ce ne accorgessimo.
Oltre che sotto il profilo professionale, ci siamo trovati veramente bene anche per quello che riguarda il lato umano. È bello riuscire a farsi due risate e cogliere assieme l'aspetto divertente di un momento per molto versi così delicato.

Oltre ogni aspettativa
Veronica è stata davvero insuperabile: sin dall'inizio ci ha saputo proporre delle location e fornitori fantastici, in linea con le nostre esigenze, seguendoci con gentilezza ma anche con sano pragmatismo e grandissima attenzione al dettaglio. Tutto è stato sempre chiaro e semplice. L'organizzazione del matrimonio (che abbiamo rimandato per mesi per pigrizia ed insicurezza) è stata divertente, senza alcuno stress e rapida (abbiamo contattato Veronica ai primi di settembre '22 per sposarci a giugno '23). Il risultato è stato davvero eccezionale, superando di gran lunga le nostre aspettative (che nel frattempo erano diventate altissime, avendo capito di aver lavorato con grandi professionisti). Il giorno del matrimonio Veronica ha confermato la sua ammirevole precisione facendo fronte ad alcuni piccoli imprevisti (legati al vento) di cui gli ospiti non si sono minimamente accorti. Che dire, senza di lei non avremmo saputo come fare!! Fortemente consigliata!!

We got engage in Bergamo’s Cittá Alta late in 2019 and felt that it was the perfect place for our destination wedding. The best decision we made when starting to plan our wedding was to employ the services of Veronica of White Cat Weddings. At first, it was the name that caught my eye online but as I looked at her website and saw her magical wedding creations I knew this was the wedding planner for us! Veronica’s creative style was a perfect match for our tastes and ideas. Also being from Ireland it would have been near to impossible to have planned a destination wedding without the help of someone we could trust…
In one of the blogs on the White Cat website Veronica explains why including the cost of a wedding planner into your wedding budget is the best option – she was so right. Right from the start Veronica began building a great working relationship with us and helped us to work out a realistic budget that we were happy with. From that point our wedding began to develop … sending inspiring images to Veronica to give her an idea of what was in our heads and then she worked her creative magic turning and began turning our thoughts into a real project. It was a very exciting experience, we would wait with excited anticipation for Veronica’s emails of beautifully curated mood boards of ceremony proposals and venue locations.
However in March 2020 the world came to a pause. Veronica was with us every step of the way through one of the most unpredictable and unsettling times in our lives. Veronica’s calm and practical approach helped us be comfortable with our decision to finally postpone our wedding date.. We had originally began our wedding plans in Jan 2020 with a date in mind of 2021 (plenty of time one may think??) Our wedding took place on a beautiful June day in 2022! During the pandemic we communicated with Veronica via email and zoom and it was so great to finally have had a ‘real’ meeting with her when we could travel again to inspect our chosen venue in person. Veronica was with us during all these meetings giving her practical and important guidance.
Veronica took care of all the difficult elements – from budget spreadsheets, time line for booking vendors, accommodation, guest lists, managing all aspects of liaising with the venues and vendors, music, flowers, photos…and not to mention keeping our stress levels in check – basically taking care of everything that one could think of leading up to and on the day of our wedding.
Our only regret is that we couldn’t make our day go any slower – it really was one of the most special day of our lives ( that sounds really cheesy and I’m not that kind of girl but its true!!).
Thank you so much Veronica of White Cat Weddings we really could not have imagined a more wonderful day.

Favolosa!!

Fin dal primo giorno abbiamo capito che sarebbe
stata lei la nostra wedding planner: empatica, precisa, organizzata e creativa.

Veronica ci ha seguito per oltre un anno in ogni aspetto relativo all’organizzazione del nostro giorno speciale.
Ha saputo indirizzarci e consigliarci sui fornitori adatti alle nostre esigenze.
Ha ideato per noi un progetto in base ai nostri gusti e al nostro budget.
È riuscita ad eliminare lo stress relativo all’organizzazione perché ha sempre avuto la situazione sotto controllo.
Prima e durante il matrimonio è riuscita a sistemare i piccoli imprevisti che si sono creati.
Veronica è riuscita ad organizzare un matrimonio personalizzato, creativo e non banale ma allo stesso tempo elegante e curato.
Ogni dettaglio presente parlava di noi.

We had our wedding in August 2021 in Italy. We're a German couple and were looking for help in the area of Lake Garda and Veronica and her team were recommended to us by the location we chose.
And we can’t say anything else than THANK YOU dear Veronica for our truly amazing wedding day and also for the overall planning process!!!

Veronica and her team really made everything so perfectly and professionally fine. From the overall planning process, her pitching ideas, the way of communication, the modern and digital organization, etc.

The highlight though was of course our wedding day. We felt so extremely relaxed, not stressed or worried at all, as we knew Veronica was there to handle everything perfectly fine. It gave as the chance to really experience and enjoy our special day to the fullest - as if we were guests of our own wedding.

Everything we planned for the event, turned out even better than expected. Veronica really works with only the best contractors and suppliers and we can't thank her enough for everything she did!

Our wedding day was magical and went off without a hitch thanks to Veronica, a wonderful person that we are really glad to have met through this experience.

Imagine trying to plan a wedding in Lombardy, from abroad, just as that region becomes the first in Europe to go on lockdown because of the pandemic...
Let's just say it was not easy, and there were days (after postponing the wedding, and with the changing guidance on travel restrictions) when we felt like it would never happen.
Throughout all of this uncertainty, Veronica was kind, patient and thoughtful, going above and beyond to make sure that all our suppliers would always be updated about our plans, and vice versa. She guided us, taking into consideration our requirements and tastes, and made sure we had a plan A, B, C for every possible scenario, giving us the flexibility and reassurance we needed.

In the weeks before the wedding, Veronica remained enthusiastic and upbeat regardless of the last minute changes we had to make and she was always available for us. She joined us the day before and the day of the wedding along with her team to make sure the event took place smoothly and we were grateful to not have to think about anything on the wedding day except enjoying ourselves.

Thank you Veronica for making this day so special for us.

Siamo sposi 2020 che, a causa della pandemia, hanno dovuto rinviare il loro matrimonio di un anno.
Veronica in quei mesi non solo è stata una risorsa preziosa a livello organizzativo ma ci ha davvero aiutato a livello umano. Ci ha tranquillizzato, esposto la situazione in maniera chiara e precisa, cercando di trovare sempre alternative e piani B che potessero farci ancora credere nel progetto, credendoci lei per prima.

Il giorno del matrimonio e` sempre un giorno speciale. Sono sempre stato dell'idea che l'importante sia festeggiare con le persone giuste e non avevo mai pensato ad un aiuto esterno per l'organizzazione. A posteriori posso dire con certezza che il nostro matrimonio non sarebbe stata la stessa cosa senza l'aiuto di Veronica.

Ci siamo dati più` di un anno di tempo per organizzare il tutto e nonostante ciò` le idee erano poche e ben confuse! Veronica ci ha guidato per tutto il processo gestendo budget, offerte e tempistiche in modo molto efficiente e professionale. Grazie a lei, il nostro "ruolo organizzativo" si e` ridotto a descrivere vagamente le idee fumose che avevamo in testa, e qualche giorno dopo, scegliere da una lista di opzioni chiare e molto azzeccate. Ammetto che abbiamo cambiato idea diverse volte e in certi casi abbiamo aspettato l'ultimo momento per decidere ma Veronica non ce l'ha mai fatto pesare, non ci ha mai spinto verso una scelta per cui non eravamo convinti ed e` riuscita nel delicato compito di ridurre lo stress che inevitabilmente si crea prima di un tale evento.
Abbiamo seguito le sue raccomandazioni per tutti i fornitori: dal catering alla musica, dai fiori al fotografo - tutti professionisti di altissimo livello.

Il giorno dell’evento l’organizzazione e` stata impeccabile. Ci siamo veramente sentiti ospiti al nostro matrimonio. Ho passato una buona parte della giornata a ricevere complimenti su cibo, musica, location, etc. Il bello e` che anche se qualcosa e` andato storto, non ne ho proprio idea - Veronica ha gestito l'intera giornata in modo impeccabile.

Ripensando all'intero processo se non avessimo avuto l'aiuto di Veronica non saremo mai riusciti a organizzare un evento del genere e probabilmente saremo impazziti nel provarci!
