What an absolute joy it was for us to have the Hakuna Matata team with us on our wedding. They all went above and beyond throughout the day, and made the experience feel so calm, personable and special. We felt 100% like we could be our relaxed selves without any hesitations and that is exactly what we wished for.

And now - the pictures. We are honestly absolutely lost for words. We love every single one of them. They have captured us, friends and family, and the feelings perfectly. The Hakuna Matata team’s communication was prompt and clear, and the photos were delivered quickly after - a sneak peek less than a week after the wedding. Amazing.

We were absolutely blown away by Anna’s incredible work and talent! From the moment we connected, her professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail were unmatched. She truly captured the magic, romance and surprises during our elopement!

Not only were the photos breathtaking, but Anna also made us feel completely at ease throughout the entire process. She had an amazing ability to catch candid, emotional moments in her documentary style photos. The way she worked with the natural light and the scenery was nothing short of artistry.

Francesco, the videographer, was also incredible to work with, and perfectly complemented Anna’s photography. Although we haven’t received our personal video yet, Francesco’s creative vision and ability to tell a story through all of his previous wedding videos (and yes I’ve watched all of them, multiple times lol) is truly remarkable. It’s breathtaking. It will give you goosebumps! His calm, professional presence also made the entire process effortless. It was clear that he and Anna have exceptional synergy, ensuring no moment was missed while keeping everything relaxed, and most importantly, FUN! We are so excited to see our video come to life.

On September 14th, I married the love of my life in beautiful Tuscany. From the first moment we had contact with Hakuna Matata we felt a connection, and we were confident that they could shoot our wedding. We met Emma and Anna on the day of our wedding, and they were just so kind and lovely. At times, I didn't even notice that they were there. It was their first time at this venue, and they found their way around immediately. Our guests were also amazed by their kindness, positive energy and warmth. After a few days, we received the first pictures of the wedding, and we were blown away. A few months later, we received the full badge of pictures, and we were speechless. We were reliving our wedding day again by looking at these photos. You could feel the emotions, and that was what we were hoping for, but in the end we got more than expected! It was the best decision to have them shoot our wedding.

If you are considering booking Hakuna Matata for your wedding, this is your sign to do it! Anna and Francesco were amazing to work with. From first meeting them in the morning, they were great to get along with and very easy going. They definitely made our day special and it was great having them spend the day with us. Once we got our photos back, I was truly taken back to Italy and the best day of my life. Anna is a true artist and was able to capture all of the emotion we felt that day. She was able to capture all the beauty that in the moment seemed to ordinary to me. I am so grateful we will always have these photos. Then we received our wedding film... if you are on the fence about hiring the videographer, DO IT! Francesco is amazing at what he does! The film is more than we ever could have dreamed and was so so so beautiful! It really brought back all of the feels and I sob everytime I watch it. Choosing Anna and her team as our wedding photographers was the best decision, hands down, my wife and I could have ever made. They beautifully captured our wedding, and we will be forever grateful that they were the ones to document our day. They took the most stunning photographs we have ever seen. My husband and I recently traveled to Italy to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary. We decided to look for a professional photographer in the area to take photos of us that would become art pieces in our home after our travels. I searched through hundreds of photographers, but when I saw the photos on the Hakuna Matata Weddings' website, I knew we had found our photographers. The emotion and artistic vision displayed in their images were unparalleled.

I reached out via email, and Anna immediately responded. She was so easy to communicate with and had so many excellent suggestions for our session. She was always very quick in answering our emails and questions. Also, we felt the investment in the photos was very reasonable.

Based on her suggestions, we decided to take a private water limousine to Villa Balbianello in Lake Como. She met us early one morning, and we were off in our boat. The entire experience was so amazingly surreal. Anna and Andrea photographed us as we were whisked around Lake Como. It is a moment my husband and I will never forget; one of our favorite memories of all time.

Anna encourages natural engagement between her subjects and has a keen eye for capturing special moments and interactions between people. She gives gentle guidance and suggests fun interactions to relax and encourage her subjects. We felt so relaxed and special throughout the session. I cannot say enough about how easy it was to be in front of her camera. My husband and I enjoyed engaging with each other throughout the session and almost forgot there were photographers there.

After our session, Anna provided us with a lovely gallery of our images very quickly. She had quoted us a very reasonable turn around time for receiving the images, but she sent us a link to our image gallery even more quickly than promised. Thank you!

And the images are just breathtaking!!! My husband and I are enamored with the images. The image collection contained such a nice variety of images that truly showcased our love for each other. There were beautiful close-ups, stunning panoramic views, and fun interactions throughout our gallery. Anna did a phenomenal job of providing color and black and white options throughout the locations of our session.

I would highly recommend working with Anna and her team to anyone, anywhere. And, we will definitely reach out to her again in the future for our photographic needs. Thank you, Anna, for creating an amazing experience and the most stunning, treasured art pieces we will ever have!
