I interviewed every wedding planner I could find in Sicily, and from the very first conversation, I knew Isabella was the right choice. She was warm, honest, straightforward, and immediately understood what I was looking for in a way no one else did. I cannot express strongly enough how extraordinary Isabella is. If you are a bride searching for someone you can trust completely, someone who will go above and beyond in every possible way, then look no further because she is the planner you want, and the planner you need.

I’m American and planning a wedding abroad came with a lot of stress, but Isabella made the entire experience feel easy and personal. Especially with her being Australian AND speaking fluent Italian, she was a no brainer decision. She has incredible taste, truly refined, elegant, and thoughtful but what stood out even more was how carefully she listened. She never pushed her own ideas; she shaped mine, elevated them, and always kept things real and candid in the best possible way. Every detail felt intentional and aligned with who I am. It meant so much to feel so understood.

What sets her apart and why I would choose her again a thousand times over anyone else is her commitment. She always showed up. Every time. She somehow makes you feel like you are her only client, even when you know she is juggling a full season. Her ability to be fully present, fully supportive, and fully invested is truly unmatched. Throughout the entire planning journey, Isabella showed up for me. Every call, every message, every moment when I needed guidance, she was there. Her focus, her time, and her energy always felt fully dedicated.

By the time the wedding arrived, Isabella had become more than just a planner. She became a friend, someone I genuinely consider family. She is kind, generous, sincere, and exceptionally talented at what she does. She listens deeply, cares wholeheartedly, and pours every ounce of her energy into making your experience unforgettable.

And truly — for everything she delivered, she should have cost more. the value, the care, the time, the heart she put into this experience was far beyond what I ever expected.

I couldn’t recommend Isabella enough. If you’re planning a wedding in Sicily and weighing your options, save yourself the stress: choose her. I wish I had someone to tell me this when I interviewed every planner in Italy it felt like. She was the best decision I made, and I’m grateful every day that I trusted her with such an important part of our lives.

We knew we wanted to get married in Sicily, but we didn’t know where exactly. But the most important factor was to find someone who we would feel comfortable working with while navigating the complexities of a same-sex civil union in Italy.

We knew we wanted to work with Isabella in the first 5 minutes of meeting with her. Throughout the whole process, she kept us informed, updated, and most importantly welcomed.

Isabella went above and beyond for us in so many ways to make sure that we had an incredible and memorable wedding! She helped us find a fantastic venue that could accommodate at least 75 guests and all of the vendors we needed. Moreover, she helped us navigate the process of getting legally married in Italy (and this process has many parts to it). And when rain and wind threatened to ruin our plans of an outdoor reception, she worked with the staff at the venue to quickly move things inside. She is the epitome of Sicilian hospitality and an absolute delight to work with!

We truly could not have had the wedding of our dreams without her!

Isabella made the impossible possible, she made our dream wedding come true, to be honest it was even more perfect that we could have imagined.
Despite the distance and the different timezones, given that we live in Australia, everything was so easy with Isabella. From the very beginning she provided clear and concise communication for all decisions big and small. Isabella listened to all of our wishes and managed to cater for all of them. Despite us at times asking a million questions Isabella endeavoured to answer them all and make us feel at ease. Isabella was very considerate of our budget and offered us many different options that were in line with our vision.
The vendors and services that Isabella organised were all very professional and helpful not to mention how accommodating and kind they were. Isabella was truly a godsend allowing us to enjoy our special day without a care in the world, she managed the day and the lead up so we could focus on our special moment. She provided important guidance especially with paperwork that we needed and made it all a seamless process.
Many people asked us if we were stressed or how we managed to create such a special day all the way from Australia, the truth is that without Isabella none of it would've been possible.
Isabella's kindness, professionalism and experience was one of a kind and we can't thank her enough for what was the best day and night of our lives.

Isabella helped us to have the wedding of our dreams in Taormina.
Our final choice of a ceremony at Hotel Villa Schuler and a reception at Atlantis Bay were just perfect for us. I still can’t believe that we were able to have that exquisite table down under the palm trees…it was so much better than either of us could have hoped for!
Her assistance with choosing vendors for the day was spot on, and especially important given that we were organising our wedding from Western Australia without the opportunity to fly over and see things firsthand for ourselves.

Firstly Mary Fiori…the flowers were stunning, exactly what I hoped for, in fact better I think! I loved our bouquets and the fact that we had peonies, so hard to get in Australia, made me so happy! The little girls’ flower crowns were also gorgeous. And the table setting , including candles etc, was just magnificent. A true Style Me Pretty tablescape.
Our fabulous musicians I Suonatori and Gino e Vivi…just perfect! Despite the heat our folk musicians brought just the right fun energy to our passegiata and we all loved the tunes down at Atlantis Bay.
My makeup artist Dalila and hairdresser Greta were both amazing. Without a trial for either they made me look and feel fabulous which is no mean feat when your bride is 47 not 27! And my hair and makeup lasted the distance despite the stifling heat of the late afternoon. You were correct to recommend them and they are both lovely people as well.
Hotel Villa Schuler were also fabulous. Mariangela and Andrea were super helpful in ensuring our day went smoothly . The hotel was also a great place to stay and nothing was too much trouble for us and the rest of our family during our stay. The small personal touches make such a difference.
Atlantis Bay was faultless. The food was some of the best I’ve ever eaten in Italy and the service was outstanding also. Salvatore, Cristina, Sara and the team deserve a special mention. We couldn’t have been happier! The cake was also spectacular and tasted so good too!

And lastly the biggest thanks go to Isabella. We couldn’t have done this without her amazing commitment to helping us have the Best Day Ever and we are so grateful. Thankyou for always responding to a million emails and WhatsApp messages and for all your help on the day…it really went off without a hitch! And thankyou for being our celebrant also…you were so professional and we are very grateful to have you officiate our special day.

We always knew we wanted to get married in Italy, we just didn't know how to make it happen. From speaking to Isabella and our very first call, a dream started to become a reality. From that first chat she was honest, helpful and so informative about the entire process.

Our wedding day exceeded our expectations in every way. Our friends and family are still talking about how unique and memorable the experience was - many said it was unlike any wedding they'd ever attended. We can't imagine having worked with anyone else. Isabella truly brought our vision to life, and we're so grateful for everything she did to make our Italian wedding dream come true.

Planning our wedding in Taormina was an absolute dream come true, and it would not have been possible without Isabella. From the very beginning, she was on top of every single detail. She was calm, organized, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. We had a small wedding with just 12 people, and she made every part of the week feel so personal, seamless, and special.

She didn’t just plan our wedding day; she helped organize our private boat tour, a gorgeous winery visit, and all of the transportation for our entire group, including airport transfers and rides to every event. Everything ran flawlessly from start to finish.

We first visited Taormina in 2017 to attend a concert in the ancient amphitheater, and fantasised if we were ever to get married it would be here!
All our favourite people, in our favourite place! Never did we imagine it would be everything we dreamed of and more!
Isabella was warm and friendly from our first email, and so lovely to get on with in person.
We visited the year before we were due to get married and Isabella showed us the most stunning places, but above all got us exactly what we wanted, things we could only dream of having for our special day! Isabella helped inform us of the legal and religious documents we needed, inspired us with flowers and table decorations and was always on hand but never overbearing.
Our wedding day was simply perfect due to Isabella's professionalism, our family and friends were stunned and joyous on our special day, a time no one will forget.
Everyone thanked Isabella for her hard work, in the lead up, and throughout the whole day.
We are very grateful and fortunate to have met Isabella and wish her and her family all the happiness for the future.

The venues you recommended were ideal- The charm of pure history at the Palazzo in Taormina and the gorgeous countryside at Paradiso. Our guests were enchanted by both, and felt very looked-after. Ci siamo sentiti compresi, ascoltati, rassicurati. Solo pochi giorni dopo avevamo già fissato la data e scelto il luogo magico dove si sarebbe svolto il nostro matrimonio: Villa Mon Repos.

Da quel momento, Isabella è stata presente in ogni fase, sempre con una gentilezza e una professionalità rare. La maggior parte dei nostri scambi è avvenuta tramite WhatsApp e siamo rimasti colpiti dalla sua reattività. Indipendentemente dall'ora o dalla domanda, rispondeva sempre immediatamente, sia di prima mattina che a tarda sera. Il suo impegno è totale e si percepisce che fa questo lavoro con passione.

Ciò che rende Isabella davvero unica è la sua rigorosità nella scelta dei fornitori. Lavora solo con fornitori di fiducia, estremamente seri, talentuosi e professionali. Ogni dettaglio è minuziosamente pensato e coordinato, e questo si riflette nel risultato finale.
