Ysis and Thea are the reason we were able to have a destination wedding that went off without a hitch. My wife and I are from Australia and New Zealand but live in Canada so our 85 guests were coming from all over the world and while we had visited Italy and Sardinia before we had actually never been to Sicily before choosing it as our destination. We looked at a lot of wedding planners from a lot of different countries and felt we immediately clicked with Ysis and Thea. We found their communication and knowledge of the area and vendors second to none. They have active, positive working relationships with many vendors in the area and were welcoming and lovely to the ones that we introduced them to through our own research. They are funny, have great banter and made us feel taken care of and heard throughout the entire process. I can not express how important it was for us to have someone on the ground in the months/weeks/days leading up and to have someone there on the day to troubleshoot any little issues that naturally arise. The end result of working with them was us having a perfect wedding with everything organized and someone on site to deal with any complications as they arose. Every single one of our guests told us it was the perfect day and they felt taken care of the entire time.

Ysis and Thea were amazing! We hired them very last minute, and they absolutely pulled it out the bag for our small ceremony. It was pouring down on the day, and we had to adapt but everyone was so calm, fun and it was an absolute joy.

We didn’t have to plan a single thing at all (based in the UK) and Thea and Ysis kept us right with great organisation. They chose an
absolutely beautiful hotel and we really loved every second of it!

We highly recommend Ysis and Thea for couples planning their wedding in Sicily! Their local expertise, contacts and relationships with vendors were absolutely critical to organising a great event.

Even though we know Sicily quite well and had a clear idea of what we wanted, as an international couple there’s no way we could have found (and communicated with!) the local vendors. It was a real luxury to have two wedding planners who spoke Italian, English, Dutch and some German to communicate with our guests.

Both Ysis and Thea have a lovely, warm nature and went above and beyond to help our guests with all sorts of issues - medical, travel, lost property etc - to ensure they had a great time. Many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to!

Ysis and Thea planned our whole wedding which turned out amazingly. They allowed us to decide on exactly what we wanted without trying to convince us of anything. With that said they still offered helpful suggestions and guidance when we were unsure. They managed all aspects of the wedding and offered us multiple options for each supplier, allowing us to choose accordingly.

Organising the wedding with them was a fun and rewarding experience and I highly recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding.

Sicily Love has made our dream wedding come true. My wife and me wanted to have our wedding at Sicily, but we thought it wouldn’t be possible due to the long distance and language barrier, because we live in Shanghai. Luckily we were able to find Thea and Ysis online, who helped us through the whole process. They made sure to take away almost all of the stress of planning a wedding.

They took us on a road trip traveling through different cities to look for wedding venues. Every one of them was amazing. The venue, the food, the logistics, the decorations, the gifts, the party… everything exceeded out expectations by a million miles. To this day (3 months later) we are still flabbergasted by how perfect and beautiful that day was. Thea and Ysis care about every detail and it was honestly heartwarming how invested they were in our wedding.

Sicily is a beautiful place, but the perfect wedding needs more than that. Sicily Love made sure to accomplish that.

Afgelopen juni zijn we op het prachtige Sicilië getrouwd. Thea en Ysis hebben dit van A tot Z fantastisch georganiseerd. Het contact met de locatie, leveranciers en onze eigen gasten hebben ze voor ons uit handen genomen zodat we alleen maar konden genieten van deze geweldige tijd. Dit hebben wij als heel prettig ervaren en hadden hier echt niks aan willen veranderen. Op de dag zelf waren ze heel fijn gezelschap, kennen al onze gasten bij naam, heel uniek en persoonlijk. We hebben van de dag genoten en zullen nog heel lang blijven nagenieten, dankzij de goede zorgen van deze twee toppers! Nogmaals heel erg bedankt en hopelijk tot snel.

Een zeer professionele organisatie met twee zeer warme en betrokken dames aan het roer. De dag van de bruiloft was van begin tot het einde echt geweldig. Het heeft op vele vele punten onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Jullie zorgden ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes verliep. Maar ook al in het voortraject werden we stap voor stap meegenomen.
