Choose to have our wedding here (October 2025) without visiting beforehand… the photos don’t do this place justice. It was a pure fairytale to have all of our guests in one surreal place. The opportunities are endless to host numerous events and make use of the many gorgeous settings. The staff is out of this world. Leo is the absolute best house manager and Elisa and Fredrica are beyond thoughtful and helpful. I couldn’t have made it down the aisle without them and the last minute pep talk. Everything was a dream!!! They curated the perfect welcome party, wedding day, and send off brunch. It was several guests first time traveling to Italy, and Lucca was almost everyone’s #1 because of FMB and our unforgettable week. There was a surprise every where you go on property. We will be back.

What an AMAZING experience. We spent two weeks on the property for our wedding and it was an absolute dream. Not only is the property completely stunning, but the staff was attentive, kind and very good at problem solving (we had a particularly rainy wedding day). We hosted our wedding weekend here, with the wedding itself happening on site and wow what an incredible spot. We fell in love with the magic of the Fattoria - there are a huge range of different areas across the whole property that make it really special. The rooms themselves are enormous, all of our guests were very pleased. The additional services were really well executed by the team on site - shout out to Leonardo and Elisa so accommodating all of our requests and being dynamic to putting together a truly bespoke experience. We're already planning when we can come back as 3 days there didn't feel enough...!

We had the most amazing wedding at Fattoria Mansi Bernardini—a truly unique venue that made the entire experience magical.

Leo, the manager and owner, is absolutely incredible. He genuinely wants you to have the best wedding possible. He was always available, quick to respond on WhatsApp, and made sure we got the very best within our budget. He is kind, never pushy, and really listens to what you want.

We had guests traveling from all over the world, and with Leo’s help, we were able to create an unforgettable event. Our guests haven’t stopped telling us how impressed they were with the whole experience.

Over the weekend, the weather was unpredictable, and Leo gave us the flexibility to make decisions at the very last possible moment—even though it meant his team had to set up for two different scenarios. The entire team worked tirelessly to make everything perfect, and it all came together beautifully.

We honestly couldn’t be happier and would recommend this venue—and Leo—without hesitation.

A dreamlike place straight out of a Tuscan postcard. I was here for a wedding and it was simply magical: gorgeous pools, venues seamlessly integrated across the property, and an enchanting atmosphere. The view over Lucca, especially in the evening, is breathtaking. Inside, it is quintessentially Tuscan, very stylishly furnished, with beautiful paintings and great attention to detail. As an artist, it was an honor and a dream to be a guest here. Organization and service were attentive and seamless. Absolutely recommended. Five stars without question.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad op een magisch mooie plek! De casa Maria waar wij in zaten was werkelijk fantastisch en van alle gemakken voorzien.

Zo mooi ook al die oude elementen in het huis… je waande je alsof je in een kasteel verbleef.

Ook het zwembad was fantastisch, vooral handig met kleine kinderen dat hij wat verder van het huis lag en met een beeldschone tuin omringt.

De hosts zijn ook echt geweldig. Ze doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken en in het bijzonder Elisa waar ik veel contact mee had, was echt de liefste ooit❤️

Our stay in Fattori mansi Bernardini was great.
Beautiful landscape, beautiful views and gorgeous ground, and villas.

The only downside is that there was little to no internet... they provided wifi, but unless you put your phone next to the modem, you're buggered, and even then its slow.
Almost no reception either.
And the showers were a little gross.

Staff was great with helping us organise taxis from the villa.

They also have a pet pig!! Which we promptly named Hamlet and gave him some watermelon 😁

We stayed at Fattoria Mansi Bernardini for three nights for a wedding, and everything exceeded our expectations. The estate is surrounded by peaceful nature and beautifully maintained gardens. Unlike the city center, the weather here is pleasantly cooler at night — a refreshing change during summer. The grass tennis court and swimming pools are extremely clean and well-kept. Manager Leo and his team were incredibly attentive and always ready to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Waking up to the sound of birds and watching the sunset from the garden were unforgettable. A perfect escape if you're looking for serenity, history, and natural beauty. We’d love to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful place! Every moment spent here was filled with joy and comfort. We spent such a great time with friends and family, and the house made everything even more special.

The home’s historic soul truly shone through in every corner. Its beautifully curated decor and authentic architectural details made us feel like we were living inside a story from the past. At the same time, every modern convenience was thoughtfully integrated, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay. All rooms were equipped with air conditioning, so we never experienced any discomfort, everything was perfectly ventilated throughout our stay.

The garden, just like the house itself, was full of charm-lush, serene, and ideal for enjoying peaceful moments with loved ones. The pool was another highlight: incredibly refreshing and enjoyable, especially on warm days, it added an extra layer of relaxation to our time there.

It was the perfect setting for our stay we’ll always look back on with a warm heart. Highly recommended!

Casa Maria's location is simply stunning. A wonderful place, ideal for rest and relaxation, as well as for playing with children in the pool. Old villas and olive groves fully reflect the Tuscan atmosphere. Amazing views take your breath away, and the ears are filled with birdsong in the morning. In the evening after sunset, the place becomes mega romantic thanks to the multitude of fireflies and the view of the illuminated Lucca in the valley.

Questo posto e´ magico, mi sono sentita come una principessa per un paio di giorni. Posizione e´ ottima anche chi arriva dal estero. Anche se nella villa non ce´ ristorante ( solo per i gruppi su ordinazione) nelle vicinanze ci sono molti, uno piu´ buono del altro. Ne abbiamo provato 3:)
Mi sono svegliata ascoltando il canto dei uccellini. Che dire, un vero paradiso. Il padrone di casa Leonardo e´ sempre stato disponibile e molto gentile. Ho dovuto cambiare al ultimo minuto il check in e per lui non e´ stato un problema. Raccomandato specialmente per gruppi. Puoi vivere un sogno insieme alle persone piu´ cari. Grazie:)
