Sandra and Sara helped us create our dream wedding in Italy, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!

They provided us with a curated list of incredible vendors and let us choose our favorites. From Chef Davide (homemadedavide) to our photographers at Studio167, every recommendation was spot-on. Each vendor went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. Our guests are still talking about the amazing meal and our unique “wedding cake” moment—assembling a heart-shaped tiramisu together in front of everyone was such a special highlight.

Communication was always fast, clear, and reassuring, even with the time difference. They were responsive to every question and brought so many things to our attention that we never would have considered on our own.

We’ve been to many weddings over the years and have seen a lot of different styles of wedding planners on the day of. One of the things we loved most about Sandra, Sara, and Chiara is that they were on-site, attentive, and ready to handle any last-minute issues—but they were never the center of attention. They ensured everything ran flawlessly while still allowing the focus to remain on us and our guests, which is something we truly appreciated.

Beyond the wedding day, they also helped recommend accommodations and shared their favorite restaurants and hidden gems around Lucca. Their suggestions made the rest of our trip just as memorable. We loved Gigi Trattoria in Lucca so much we went twice (and would've went a third time could we have got reservations)!

We truly can’t recommend Sandra and Sara (and now Chiara) enough. If you’re planning a destination wedding in Tuscany, you will be in the best possible hands.

We got married at Villa Valgiano in May 2025. Sandra and Sara helped us plan the most amazing wedding weekend (from 6000 miles away), completely effortlessly. We had the most beautiful wedding day and reception where they took my vision and made it way beyond what I could have dreamt of. I am still dreaming of the ceremony views and reception table! They both never wavered when we asked questions or wanted a second quote or had very weird requests.
The wedding day was phenomenal - lights were setup, chairs taken to the top of the hill, bows tied to chairs and glasses exactly as requested, music.. our guests were blown away by their work!
Sandra and Sara also helped us coordinate the MOST fun cooking class at the villa, truly the highlight of our trip! They also helped us coordinate a winery tour at Tenuta de Valgiano, which was walking distance for all of our guests from Villa Valgiano. Our wedding was something we will be dreaming of for the rest of our lives. And if we were to do it all over again, Sandra and Sara will be getting a call from us!

This review is long overdue, as our wedding took place in November 2023—but there’s no better time than now to share our incredible experience with Sandra and Sara of Bianco Rosa Weddings.

We planned an intimate destination wedding in Italy, and we truly couldn’t have done it without these two amazing women. From the very beginning, Sandra and Sara were essential in helping us choose the right vendors and navigate communication across countries. They offered thoughtful recommendations while giving us the space to consider all our options, always addressing our questions and concerns with care and clarity.

Planning a wedding from abroad can be daunting—especially when you don’t get to see the venue or do tastings in advance. But Sandra and Sara’s familiarity with our chosen villa instantly put our minds at ease. Their attention to detail and deep understanding of the local landscape made all the difference.

Although our celebration was small, with only about 20 family members, it was a full-day event—and I was initially worried about how involved I’d need to be to keep things on track. Looking back, that concern was completely unnecessary. Sandra and Sara had everything under control. I barely lifted a finger on the big day! They seamlessly managed every detail and supported both our vendors and our guests with incredible grace and professionalism.

From start to finish, working with them was a joy. Not only are they talented planners, but they’re also genuinely kind, thoughtful people. The moment we met them in person, it felt like we were reconnecting with old friends or family.

We cannot recommend Sandra and Sara enough for anyone looking to plan a destination wedding or wedding in Italy! We worked with them for our wedding at Villa Lena, and they were absolutely fantastic. As we live in the US and the wedding was across the world, we needed expert guidance—and they delivered in every way. They helped coordinate everything with vendors we were eager to work with, leveraging their strong relationships in the industry to make it happen seamlessly.

Although we had already found the venue, Sandra and Sara gave us the final confidence to sign the contract, thanks to their deep knowledge of the area and their expertise in knowing the best spots. They kept us connected through regular Zoom calls and email, making the long-distance planning process easy and stress-free. When we arrived in Italy, they were there for a venue walk-through a year before the event and did another walk-through just a few days before our wedding day.

On the big day, everything went off without a hitch, and the wedding was more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. Sandra and Sara helped us bring our vision to life and ensured every detail was perfect, making the entire experience calm, organized, and unforgettable. As a London-based couple, we knew when we made the decision to get married in Tuscany, that we were going to need to enlist the support of a wedding planner who knew the area and was connected to all of the best local vendors.

Meeting Sandra and Sara put us at ease from the start. They understood our vision for our wedding weekend and were quick to help us find all of the partners we needed to bring it to life (the team we had on the day was truly spectacular). Over the year and a half we worked together, we were repeatedly touched by how warm and thoughtful they were.

Together they made the planning process incredibly smooth for us and our wedding day could not have been more beautiful or well executed. So many of our 120+ guests remarked on how flawless and exceptional the day was. We are so grateful to have worked together and would highly recommend Bianco Rosa to anyone planning a wedding in Tuscany.

Honest and genuine review.

Let’s start with the positives, the wedding planners; Sandra & Sara, have lots of contacts, which are generally good. They only like to work with certain vendors and are not open to other vendors due to bad past experiences, which I can understand, however the people they work with are very expensive and I wouldn’t necessarily the best. For example we are still waiting for our wedding video 5 months later!

Onto the downsides of the actual planning, they don’t make many suggestions, I had to come up with all the designs and create the whole vision myself. The communication isn’t great, I’d send multiple emails and not hear from them for 2+ weeks, when planning a wedding this delayed response isn’t ideal and creates a feeling of stress. They are reluctant to organise calls and discuss plans. On the day they weren’t helpful organising anyone, they sent people to sit down mid photos so we don’t have a photo of all guests, they didn’t let my bridesmaids through the gates so they had to walk a long way with prams and bags.

In all honesty, overall the price is on the higher end and not justified with the lower level of service provided. Unfortunately, I would have to say I would not recommend Bianco Rosa as a wedding planner, but I do hope this feedback helps improve there services.
