È obbligatoria la prenotazione ai corsi , non si accettano più di 25 iscrizioni percorso. capita quindi di non poterlo fare. Se devo trovare qualche pecca e nella pulizia non molto accurata

I don’t know where to start but I know that none of this would have been possible without Ilenia. My family and I have been coming to this region of Tuscany for over 10 years and so when it was time to choose where to get married, this was an easy choice. In attempting to start the process of planning, my fiancé and I quickly realized that we would need a wedding planner. During our first video call with Ilenia, she made us feel at ease and that this dream was going to become reality. Living in California, we were not going to be able to visit the venue, try the food, see the accommodations in person, or anything else that one might want to do before getting married. Ilenia was so confident, reassuring, and knowledgeable that we put all of our trust in her – coming from someone who has a Type A personality, this is saying a lot. She sent us many pictures and videos of our venue, along with being our voice when we encountered a couple bumps along the road – what’s planning a wedding without those? Boring! Whenever we had questions, Ilenia was there to provide easy to understand explanations in a prompt manner. Traveling from the United States and having our wedding in Italy, we wanted to have more of an authentic Italian wedding experience for our guests and ourselves, and Ilenia was able to provide us with the perfect recommendations that made for an experience that our guests cannot stop talking about!

Our experience of working with Ilenia for 10 months across many time zones and an ocean was one that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. She was a voice of reason, calm, and absolute professionalism. When we were finally able to meet in person the day before our wedding, it felt like we were meeting an old friend. Communication was easy and natural, and Ilenia was so warm and welcoming and excited, making us feel like we were the most important bride and groom. We are confident that she provides this same hospitality to all of her brides and grooms, wanting to create the most magical wedding day for her clients and all of their guests. Our special day was absolutely seamless thanks to Ilenia and her team. If you are in need of a wedding planner in Tuscany, Ilenia is the best!!!

Ilenia supported our destination weddings in Empoli in May 2025. She was so kind, patient yet professional and on it with the vendors! She was the biggest help during the wedding day itself, ensuring all was set according to our plans!
Ilenia set us up with the most beautiful florist and amazing photographer! She also had site visits with the vendors prior to the wedding, whoch gave us piece of mind.
During the most stressful time of the day, Ilenia made sure I was calm and content! Very much needed!

Ilenia planned us the perfect wedding in Villetta di Monterufoli, Tuscany in May 2023. We are from the UK and Ilenia’s English was perfect. We had regular video calls and updates throughout the planning process with Ilenia sourcing a superb choice of venue and vendors for us. Ilenia was very attentive and everything we wished for, she facilitated. Her support, advice and care for our big day was exactly what a busy couple need in the lead up to, and following, a wedding. She was there through the whole wedding day, setting up, coordinating, and decorating the venue - it made for a very stress-free Bride and Groom. We didn’t have to worry about anything as Ilenia organised the day to perfection. We had such a wonderful time and that is thanks to Ilenia.
We would recommend Ilenia’s services to anyone who wishes to have a wedding in Italy. She is wonderful at her job and such a lovely person. We are very grateful for all Ilenia did for us to make our wedding day everything we had ever dreamed.

Ilenia was the architect of our special day! This amazing lady helped us find an ideal venue, found us all the fantastic vendors who brought the flowers, the lights, the music, the design of all these little cards and menus and the beauty into the day. She also connected us with an amazingly talented photographer who saved all the memories in these beautiful pictures. She coordinated the team’s work on the day, years prior and months ahead, came up with the theme, the concept and orchestrated everything perfectly, exceeding our every expectation. The attention to detail was second to none, and there were plans B to almost any unexpected events (of which there were a few, and each of them Ilenia handled professionally). Guys, if anytime you need to plan an event in Tuscany, be it an anniversary, a birthday, a wedding - anything - Ilenia is the lady to trust. Thank you so much for your professionalism and kindness, dear Ilenia, it was lovely speaking to you all these years from our first Zoom, through hundreds of messages on Whatsapp to seeing you on the event! You created a fairy tale of a memory that we will cherish all our life.
