Where to begin.. I worked with Camilla at JoinUs for a year to plan my wedding. Over the countless emails, flying to Lake Como, zoom meetings, I have nothing but amazing things to say about Camilla. I thought planning a wedding in Lake Como, while I live in Texas, would have been crazy to do, but I was completely wrong. She is extremely organized, detail oriented, and prompt at responding to all requests/questions/concerns/etc. Always providing me several options if I didn't care for one, negotiating pricing, keeping me on track (I tend to get ahead of myself), never missing a request in emails, and I could go on and on. I always heard from brides that planning their wedding was a nightmare, but for me, I truly had such a great and memorable experience when planning my wedding because of Camilla. Something I'll always remember and look back on with a smile! Couldn't recommend her more!

This summer I hired this agency to organise our wedding. In casual life Cecile and Amelia are very pleasant woman, very nice and polite . Unfortunately when it came to professional life - tired and not well organised.
If you think you save money by hiring professionals - stop thinking so. It was cheaper for me to find my own photographer, musicians, florist, stylist and accomodation for the guests then to use the ones the agency offered. We had a lot of issues regarding late responses, sadden price rise and "Interesting behaviour ". For example : at the wedding night they started to pack their own vases and leave the bouquet of flowers lying on the table, (sweets tables that were still used by the guests) when I started to ask restaurant staff whats going on they said your wedding planner is packing their things up. WHAT??? Why? Why do I have to control them? Normally they have to come back in the morning and pick everything up. But instead they created an atmosphere of haos and reluctance in our wedding. They forgot to give the confetti for our first dance to our guests - wasted money. They forgot to give table positions to the florist ( they said they don't have it but they did ) so I had to look for it in my emails to them in the middle of the event. Stressful. 600Evro wedding cake looked like a crep. I can go on and on. Next day they simply ignored our calls as we figurate later - because we didn't say goodbye and thank you at the end of the evening.... My advise : find a different wedding planer and not from the lake Como as they simply tired and do not enjoy the work their doing.
