We had a very short timeline, and Zaira and Beatrice truly moved mountains to make our wedding happen within just six months. Despite the tight schedule, the entire team at I Do executed our vision beautifully, and our family could not stop complimenting every detail.

Because of the short planning window, we weren’t able to see anything in person until the day of the wedding, and our guests literally gasped when they saw how stunning everything turned out. It was a completely seamless and stress-free experience thanks to Zaira and Beatrice.

She knew exactly what venue we should book based on our vision, made vendor shopping super easy, and was helpful at every step of the process. When we had to push our date twice because of Covid, Zaira was invaluable. She communicated with all of our Italian vendors and the venue to make it happen, while at the same time providing comfort and insight into a difficult and unprecedented situation. Made my dream wedding come to life! We had a great experience with Zaira and her team. Planning a wedding in Italy from the US really wasn't stressful at all because they helped us secure and manage all of our local vendors (who were all beyond amazing!). She also suggested our Welcome Dinner venue (Grand Hotel Tremezzo) which was magical. She took my vision for all of the events and executed it perfectly. When we arrived and saw our vision come to life we were blown away. It was honestly better than we had imagined! My husband and I have been working with Zaira for the past 3 years on our wedding. Despite having to postpone it from last summer, we finally had our dream wedding all thanks to Zaira. Zaira made the postponing easy and we had no issues with moving our vendors to the new date. Zaira has been amazingly supportive along the way of planning with all of my ideas and indecisiveness and I've enjoyed our video calls and messaging. During the day of, I felt so much less stressed knowing that Zaira and her team was there to coordinate everything and that I just got to be the bride. From the moment we met and interviewed Zaira we knew immediately that we had found a friend in the process. Working with Zaira was so easy and painless! Having been located in another country, and also never seeing Lake Como, we relied heavily on the embedded trust of the relationship and her guidance throughout. It even got to the point where we looked forward to our many catch up calls (sorry, Zaira, we love you!) leading up to the event because they were always efficient, easy, and would move the ball forward. I interviewed around five wedding planners across different price ranges, and Zaira stood out immediately. She was professional, reliable, and deeply knowledgeable about Lake Como — and I’m so glad I chose her.

Zaira and Beatrice took away all the stress of planning a wedding overseas, especially when you are unable to visit prior to the wedding. From Day 1, they instantly understood our vision and had ideas and proposals that elevated our wedding to a new level. We absolutely can’t thank Zaira enough for making our wedding planning process so fun and enjoyable from abroad and then so smoothly the day of. She thought of all the details and made sure that all vendors were coordinated. Even when the forecast called for rain last minute, she had the perfect umbrellas ready for us. Our reception need to be moved indoors, again last minute, and she had already prepared extra decorations to make that dining space in a private villa just as special (maybe even more so!) then if it were outside.

Zaira listened to what we were looking for in a wedding ceremony and knew what type of experience we wanted our guests to have. Everyone had such an amazing time. Initially we thought we would plan the wedding on our own, but are so glad that we didn’t. Having Zaira was the best decision we made in order to have a fun, carefree, smooth wedding!
