Pessimo servizio, pessima esperienza e arroganza. Hanno ordinato il tessuto diverso da ciò che avevi scelto.
Arroganti. Volevano la ragione.
Non hanno reso la caparra.
Abito per le nozze di mio figlio, dopo averlo indossato, si sono staccati due bottoni.
Li sconsiglio vivamente.

Unprofessional service and awful customer experience.
My brother managed to get his wedding suit finished only a few days before the big day: the whole process was unnecessarily tiring and understandably adding anxiety as the due date got closer and closer.
They kept on changing previously confirmed items/fabric, degrading quality each time, thinking we wouldn't notice.
They were asked precise sartorial modifications and never delivered.
When the suit got finally delivered, the shirt was not even ironed; we took it to a trusted dry cleaner's who immediately spotted evidences the shirt was not brand new but had been used before!
Adding insult to injury, the vest didn't last half a day and two buttons went off during the ceremony: yet another evidence of the low quality delivered.

What I find incredible to believe is they bragged about their skills and quality since day one, denigrating other businesses, and they were totally incapable of delivering a decent quality custom tailored suit as they claimed.

You truly need a good reason not to stay away from these criminals!
