E che dire, servizio impeccabile, location indimenticabile. Ho passato insieme a mia moglie un week end fantastico. Sveglia con idromassaggio e palestra e subito colazione con le meraviglie dello chef, che ringrazio di vero cuore per aver condiviso con me del tempo per spiegarmi cosa fare e come muovermi nella zona. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno impeccabile presso Le Mandorle, una masseria-ristrutturata con gusto, gestione rinnovata e ospitalità d’eccellenza. Accoglienza calorosa e professionale fin dal check-in: ci hanno guidato tra le camere e i servizi, offrendo consigli utili su percorsi e ristorazione. Le camere combinano charme tradizionale e comfort moderno: pulizia impeccabile, letti comodi, bagno luminoso e tocchi autentici di masseria. Ristorante Le Mandorle: cucina di alto livello, piatti che valorizzano prodotti locali, presentazione curata e sapori equilibrati. Colazione abbondante con scelta tra opzioni dolci e salate, oli e pane appena sfornato. Aree comuni rilassanti, piscina e giardino ben curati per momenti di pausa. Servizio puntuale, attenzione al dettaglio e stelle all’altezza delle aspettative. Posizione tranquilla, ideale per una fuga romantica o soggiorni business in cerca di relax. Torneremo senza dubbio e lo consigliamo vivamente.

We visited Puglia in August and loved our stay at Masseria Le Mandorle. The team explained it’s now under new management, which has clearly lifted the place. Peaceful location, warm and attentive staff, and exceptional food from Head Chef Davide made it unforgettable. We’d happily return in a heartbeat!

Siamo stati a Masseria le Mandorle per un weekend io e la mia ragazza ed è stata una piccola meraviglia. Posto tranquillo, immerso tra gli ulivi, tutto curato senza fronzoli. Camera pulitissima, profumo di fresco, letto comodo. Colazione super con torte fatte in casa e frutta buona.

Lo staff è gentilissimo: ci hanno consigliato spiagge e ristorantini nei dintorni e non hanno mai fatto mancare un sorriso. Piscina pulita, silenzio, tramonto spettacolare… si stacca davvero la testa. Rapporto qualità-prezzo top.

In sintesi: accoglienza vera, atmosfera rilassante e dettagli fatti con cuore. Torneremo di sicuro e lo consiglio a chi vuole pace e autenticità.

Masseria molto curata nei minimi dettagli, dalla pulizia delle aree comuni e alle camere. Per quanto riguarda il menù , abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere il nuovo chef ( Davide) un ragazzo appassionato e preparato, alla continua ricerca di materie prime locali e di qualità. Complimenti alla nuova gestione.

Wonderful experience. The hotel was beautiful, clean and the staff was attentive to our every need. Hanging out by the pool in the afternoon sipping drinks is a memory that will last forever. The seaside resorts nearby were gorgeous with perfect water and excellent facilities. We will be back!

Esperienza indimenticabile grazie alla qualità dei servizi offerti e all’autenticità del posto.
Sono rimasto con la mia fidanzata per 4 giorni di inizio settembre in questa zona stupenda del Salento, alloggiando alla Masseria Le Mandorle. Mi hanno spiegato che si tratta di struttura operativa da qualche anno, che tuttavia ha riaperto da poco con nuova gestione dopo un lungo periodo di chiusura.
Questa è la soluzione ideale per esplorare il bel territorio ed allo stesso tempo godere dei servizi di pernottamento e ristorazione (breakfast e cena), nonché relax (piscina, tennis, e jacuzzi) offerti da questa antica struttura, davvero ben ristrutturata. Grazie a Davide, Sergio e Giovanna per aver contribuito ad una bellissima esperienza.

My partner and I visited Puglia in August and had a truly wonderful time, made all the more memorable by our stay at Masseria Le Mandorle! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The location, on the edge of Ugento, is peaceful and full of charm and character. The service was outstanding - every member of staff was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The food was another highlight. The quality and variety offered by Head Chef, Davide, was exceptional. If I could, I would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for such a delightful stay!

Don’t bother with this place, it’s literally a scam.
It looks nothing like the pictures, it’s in the suburbs of some small town, not even cute. They call it a Masseria to deceit tourists.
So first we were disappointed by the look of it, no flowers or trees like the pics suggest, everything looks run down. Breakfast? It’s bad. Then the room? The safe wasn’t even built, and the AC wasn’t working. 3am, woke up, asked for someone to do something about it, as it was boiling in there. No one was speaking English, nothing got done about it.
Next day we asked the manager if it was possible to cancel the trip as we didn’t want to stay in this place. They agreed on a refund. One year later, multiple calls, emails, we never got the money back. I still really can’t believe they lied to our faces. 1k£ lost. The worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. Don’t go there.

Booked this at the beginning of July 2023 for 4 nights. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. What supposedly to be a 5 star hotel there’s no parking and arriving at the property and couldn’t find anyone when I did … no one really helped with anything.

Building: run down and needed a deep clean all around.

Location: in a crap neighbourhood - not even a “farmhouse” or “farm stay”.

Breakfast: limited food and flies all over the place again - not sure I know any properties with 5* that has so many flies in breakfast buffet 🤣

Dinner: not available at the time of stay.

Room: A/C didn’t work - was fixed briefly but was left opened and was full of dust (see photos) a/c stopped working in the night again, safe wasn’t built, window above the door didnt have curtains so we were woken up at the crack of dawn. Bathroom was like an Airbnb bathroom - not really 5* quality again.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that deviated from the facilities and services advertised at the time of booking - this feels like a low 3* hotel for me. As a result, we left the property, and the hotel staff kindly offered a change of rooms which we declined and then a refund for the remaining nights of my reservation, provided that I did not write a negative review. While I appreciate this gesture, no refund was ever received.🤣

We verbleven er 2 nachten in de tennis court room. De kamer en badkamer waren licht en ruim.|Op de kamer hebben alle ramen binnenluiken, dus kan je de kamer volledig verduisteren.|Er is airco, en die moest hard werken om de kamer te koelen. |Het was 38°, waardoor we de airco op de hoogste stand moest staan, en dat was niet de stilste.|De tv werkte niet, er was een technisch probleem dat tijdens ons verblijf niet opgelost is.|Het personeel is vriendelijk, maar sommigen hun Engels laat te wensen over.|Het ontbijt was in buffetvorm en wat er niet stond kon je vragen (spiegelei, spek, lekkere cappuccino).|We kregen een dag voor onze aankomst een mail dat het restaurant op avond 1 niet geopend zou zijn.|Maar we konden terecht in het restaurant van het zusterhotel in het centrum. Daar kreeg je dan een korting.|Dat restaurant is echt heel goed, niet goedkoop, maar de gerechten zijn echt pareltjes en superlekker.|De 2e avond was er een buffet in het hotel zelf. Het was hun eerste keer in deze vorm en het is voor verbetering vatbaar.|Het zwembad was groot genoeg en er zijn voldoende ligbedden. |Zowel het avondbuffet als de drank bij het zwembad zijn best prijzig. 50€ voor een fles rosé aan het zwembad is best veel. Zeker als je weet dat het lokale wijn is en je in een wijnregio zit.

This is one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. Authentic Italian design with a modern touch and brand new feel. The rooms were cool with air conditioning and high ceilings. Sunsets on the rooftop were incredible. The amenities kept us busy - large pool, hot tub, gym, tennis court, basketball court, etc. The staff was attentive but let us keep to ourselves. Housekeeping was clean and left chilled bottles of water and snacks every night. Good bar and bartender. Food was DELICIOUS! Especially the night we had pizza in front of the pizza oven. My girlfriend and I consistently looked at each other in awe that we were there. Trying to go back next year. The perfect place to spend a week.
