Wow! Siamo andati per un apericena e ci siamo ritrovati una cena stellata. Tutto buonissimo dall’antipasto al dolce. Vista spettacolare, non perdetevi il tramonto. Servizio eccellente con trasporto in navetta al parcheggio. Il cameriere top!

Beh che dire, posto allucinante. Siamo andati soltanto per un aperitivo e ci ha colpito subito la gentilezza del personale che ci chiedeva se avessimo bisogno del passaggio con l'ape car per arrivare alla struttura, ma dal parcheggio del paesino sono giusto 5 minuti a piedi per arrivare. Una volta arrivati si rimane a bocca aperta, posto magnifico, tutto nuovo e curato nei minimi dettagli. La vista è pazzesca, le piscine e sauna vista mare sono da 10 e lode.
Una volta finito l'aperitivo ci hanno gentilmente richiesto se avessimo avuto bisogno del passaggio. Gentilissimi e molto umili. Consigliatissimo!

My boyfriend booked a lovely dinner at the hotel, based on a tip from his co-worker who recently attended a wedding at the property. We were concerned about driving back to La Spezzia given the roads are very narrow and winding, so we were fortunate to book a garden room last minute. The room size was generous for two people with many luxury touches including linens, robes and plush towels. The attendant even made a nice breakfast to go plus cappucinos since we had to check out very early the next morning. I would definitely stay here again when I have more time to enjoy the stunning views.

Location davvero unica, vista bellissima sul Golfo dei Poeti.||La camera era molto bella, l’unica pecca è che si sentivano forse troppo i rumori della stanza al piano di sopra e del corridoio.||Lo spazio della piscina molto carino e spazioso per stare in tranquillità.||Ristorante molto buono, colazione ottima.

The best part about this hotel is the location otherwise it is certaintly not value for money and overpriced. The service was very underwhelming and almost non existent. The rooms were very dated for what should be a 5 star hotel with mould in the showers and we certainly were caught off guard when we arrived back from dinner at 8.30pm to our room door fully open for what was an evening housekeeping (no one mentioned this at all). It let a lot of bugs into the room unfortunately. Breakfast was awesome and the view. The rest left a lot to be desired for.

Bellissima struttura nel golfo dei poeti. Tramonti che valgono il soggiorno. Ottime colazioni e cene. Spa molto piccola. Unico neo: abbiamo chiesto assistenza e consiglio per raggiungere una spiaggia. Risposta: vi portiamo alla vostra macchina. Non proprio un servizio a 5 stelle ! Struttura comunque fortemente consigliata per la splendida location.

Beautiful location, stunning views,and excellent dinner in the evening by the pool. However despite all of this I would say it was not good value for money. |The service overall could be much better for what is suppose to be a boutique type hotel. |We encountered the following problems :|1. Mix up over the order for breakfast. My husband ordered scrambled eggs and salmon one morning and was brought eggs benedict instead. He was offered a replacement with the correct order but by the time the mix up had been brought to the attention of the member of staff it was all a bit too late. |2. My hasband ordered a couple of drinks and nibbles at the poolside bar. He was told they'd be brought over to our sunbeds. There was a small circular table at the sun longer immediatley next to us which was full of used glasses and empty bottles that hadn't been cleared away. The obvious thing to have done would be to clear the small table, bring it over and use it to put our drinks and nibbles on but instead we were literally handed them whilst laying on our sun lounges. Other than the floor there was no where else to put them. No offer of a side table was made and when I asked if we could have a table we were brought a dining table that was far too high? We ended up moving from our sun loungers and sitting at one of the dining room tables which wasn't our intention nor the most relaxing way to enjoy our aperitiv!|3. The Junior Suite we were in could have been cleaner. We noticed one of the wooden floor boards had a gap which I caught my heal in and the frame around the bathroom door was lose. The glass windows at the front were in need of a good clean and despite asking upon our arrival if the glass could be cleaned it wasn't at anytime during our 3 night stay. When the beds were turned down for the evening it looked like no attempt had been made to puff the pillows as they were flat and dishelved. The room was full of insects which didn't help with the bites acquired in the night! Not surprising though, as when my husband returned to the room whilst it was being serviced one evening, he found the front door wide open attracting all the insects in!|We love Italy and all it offers but sadly on this occasion for the price paid we were left disappointed. The hotel is in a lovely location, the staff were |pleasant (although lacking in a little attention to detail as described above) and the food served in the evening was delicious. We may have just been unfortunate but sadly we won't be returning.

Solitamente Hotel 5 stelle a questo prezzo hanno dei servizi e attenzioni nettamente superiori, qui rapporto qualità/prezzo inesistente. Ristorante interno fa piatti che ci vuole la lente d’ ingrandimento per vedere cosa c’ è , prezzi esosi. Se avete un disagio o un esigenza tenetela per voi che si girano da l’ altra parte

La Location fantastica ,|Ma il servizio soprattutto nell’area ristorazione è disorganizzato e non c’è un buon rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente scarso.|Il menù limitato nella scelta,|Ho aspettato 50 minuti per un toast che oltretutto non era adeguatamente farcito né presentato adeguatamente considerato il costo.|Abbiamo partecipato all’apericena a buffet ma mancavano ancora diversi tavoli ed il buffet era quasi vuoto e non hanno reintegrato i piatti poco personale. Considerato i costi .|Possono ampiamente te migliorare perché il posto merita.

Posto incantevole! Abbiamo utilizzato questa struttura sia per pernottamenti che per trascorrere una giornata speciale, sia con amici stretti che con i nostri partner aziendali. Lo staff è stato sempre professionale, preciso e disponibile. L’organizzazione è stata impeccabile. La location è meravigliosa, con una posizione davvero incantevole. La cena è stata eccellente: piatti curati nei dettagli, ingredienti di alta qualità e una proposta gastronomica che unisce tradizione e raffinatezza. Un’esperienza completa, da ripetere!

Llegamos por error porque realmente no queda cerca de nada. Pero fue una super agradable sorpresa. El lugar es soñado. Ideal para descansar después de tanto trajin. Las instalaciones muy buenas. La vista inmejorable. El desayuno es de una calidad increible y sobretodo la variedad. A pie se puede recorrer el pueblo Montemarcello que es una belleza. La unica critica al hotel es la falta de reposición en la habitación: shampoo, bebida, café y que quizás debería haber un menú en el restaurant con precios más accesibles, sobretodo al mediodía. Lo recomiendo!

Trato muy correcto y cordial en todo momento. |Habitación muy agradable y tranquila. Muy limpia.|Magnífica ubicación, aunque de difícil acceso.|La cocina del restaurante un poco "floja". Bien, pero no exquisita como esperábamos.|
