Not even 2km from crazy center of town. Peaceful, private and quiet. Great value for the money. A little remote if walking, although there is a grocery store right next door.
Alot of stairs and hills, so only if you can walk well.

Hoy nos despedimos de este magnífico lugar con las ganas de regresar.
Nos gustó el lugar nosotros estuvimos muy felices en tranquilidad y fuera del la ciudad donde hay mucha gente.
Tuvimos un pequeño jardín con vista a la montaña ⛰️.
Mi hijo estuvo todos los días en la piscina y mirando a él papagayo Morgano.

Dal sito sembrava un ottima location. Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato formiche che cadevano sua cucina e sul letto(mai risolto il problema nonostante abbiamo sollecitato), prese elettriche e phon non funzionante (che poi sono state riparate), bidet senza spazio per le gambe,doccia senza appendini e rumorosissima , la TV non si sente l'audio , di fronte stavano facendo lavori edili e dunque di prima mattina demolitori e ruspe. Il barbecue arrugginito e inutilizzabile ,luci esterne non funzionanti.Il personale è gentile ma devono fare tutto in 2/3 persone ,per un albergo così grande direi impossibile. La piscina è agibile ma un po' trascurata. Il bar aperto ma su richiesta ,le signore devono farsi in 4 per darti la colazione. Il posto ha delle potenzialità enormi ma ne usano 1/10. Peccato...

La struttura è incantevole, un borgo di rara bellezza immerso nella macchia mediterranea. |La struttura è disposta su vari livelli con aree barbecue, relax, piscina, gioco, bar e piccoli sentierini che si inerpicano sulla collina fiancheggiati da alberi da frutto ed erbe aromatiche. |Avevamo prenotato un monolocale e ci è stato fatto un upgrade ad un bilocale con una bellissima terrazza, arredato finemente e con estremo gusto, estremamente pulito e dotato di ogni comfort e suppellettile; ci hanno anche gratuitamente concesso un late check out fino alle 7 di sera e dispensato di consigli utili e parcheggio gratuito in città. |Il nostro cagnolino ha davvero apprezzato tutta la natura lussureggiante del contesto così come noi che non esiteremo a ritornare.

I really enjoyed my stay here with a friend. The residence arranged a car to take us down for our boat tour of Cinque Terra. After we asked if the car could take us to a local grocery spot so we could grab something to cook an Italian dinner and they were more than happy to accommodate. Our space felt like our own apartment and we were so excited to cook an Italian meal here! It was a while ago that we stayed here but I can say the people running the space really made us feel at home and gave us lasting memories. Thank you Costa Morroni!

Excelente pousada para visitar Cinque Terre, , quartos com terraço e equipados para cozinhar e até fazer churrasco. Local muito tranquilo, com linda vista do por do sol. Tem passe especial para estacionar na cidade e estação de trem, muito conveniente. Não servem refeição. Poderia melhorar ainda mais com um pouco de manutenção nas equipamentos de banheiro (chuveiro com entupimento) e jardins (passagens com plantas e teias de aranha no caminho).

Fijn appartement, ziet er mooi uit. Met prive balkon. Douch is wat behelpen, ruim genoeg maar is aan een upgrade toe. Complex is mooi met allemaal trapjes en hellingen. Zwembad prima, lijkt groot op de foto maar is vrij klein en ondiep. Voor een verfrissing heerlijk, zwemmen gaat niet. Gehele resort lijkt wat achterstallig onderhoud te zijn, maar als je daar door heen kan kijken helemaal prima. Heerlijke vakantie gehad vlak aan de Cinque terre. Je krijgt een pas waarmee je in het centrum kunt parkeren.

Het verblijf bij costa morroni was erg slecht.
Bij ontvangst werd ons de sleutel gegeven en er werd ons kort uitleg gegeven over hoe Cinque Terre te bereiken met de trein. Informatie over het uitchecken o.i.d. werd niet verteld.

Bij aankomst in het appartement bleek de airco niet te werken. Dit hebben we aangegeven en het probleem werd opgelost. Wij wilden de airco graag aan laten staan, ook als we er niet waren, zodat we in een koel appartement terug zouden komen. Iets dat zeer prettig is met temperaturen boven de 35 graden. Bij terugkomst in het appartement bleek deze niet meer aan te staan.

De badkamer was erg klein en zeer gedateerd. De douche was wel schoon, maar zag er erg vies uit door de geroeste delen en de vieze douchekoppen die overingens niet allemaal werkten. De stralen die vanaf de zijkant kunnen komen en de bovenste doucheknop werkten niet. Ook het water had geen consistente temperatuur. Hierdoor deed het water door de hitte pijn of stond je onder een koude douche. Ook was de douche erg klein, zelfs voor mensen met een normaal postuur. Uiteindelijk hebben we ervoor gekozen om ons te douchen bij de buitendouche bij het zwembad, omdat deze beter water dan de douche in het appartement.

Het tuintje dat bij het appartement zat was zeer onderkomen. Er groeide geen gras, maar wel onkruid. De struikjes en de heg waren verwilderd. De ondergrond was niet recht, waardoor je goed moest opletten waar je de tafel en stoelen neerzetten, zodat niets zou omvallen en je zelf prettig zat. Ook was er een bbq bij het appartement, maar deze was duidelijk snel snel in elkaar geflanst. Deze was ook niet waterpas en stond nog recht, omdat hij tegen een muurtje aan sting. Ook ging de bbq haast niet aan, omdat er geen lucht bij kon.
Het stikte in de tuin van de muggen en vliegende mieren die ons staken. Uit ellende zijn we uiteindelijk binnen gaan zitten, zodat je geen last hebt van het ongedierte.

Het zwembad was prettig om in af te koelen, had schoon water en was lekker van temperatuur. Ook waren er ligbedjes en tafeltjes. Wel was er telkens een stofzuiger met lange slang in het zwembad, of deze nu aan was of niet.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner au Ressort Costa Morroni et je dois dire que c'était un séjour absolument merveilleux ! L'emplacement est tout simplement idyllique, offrant une tranquillité incroyable, et le parking gratuit ainsi que la carte pour se garer à la gare sont un vrai plus pour les voyageurs qui souhaitent explorer les Cinq terres sans se ruiner.

Le personnel est exceptionnellement accueillant et professionnel, offrant de précieux conseils sur les endroits à visiter et les activités à faire dans la région. Leur attention aux détails et leur chaleur humaine ont ajouté une touche personnelle à notre séjour et nous ont fait sentir comme à la maison.

Les chambres sont spacieuses, impeccables et très confortables, offrant une véritable oasis de paix et de détente. Le petit déjeuner est également délicieux, servi sur une terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la verdure environnante, et notre chien a été accueilli à bras ouverts et a lui aussi adoré son séjour.

Enfin, lorsque notre fille a oublié sa peluche le jour de notre départ, nous étions désespérés. Cependant, dès que nous avons contacté le personnel, ils ont immédiatement mis en place une opération de sauvetage pour récupérer la peluche et nous la renvoyer à la maison. Cela montre à quel point le personnel est dévoué et professionnel, même après notre départ.

Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour au Ressort Costa Morroni a été absolument incroyable, avec des personnes authentiques et chaleureuses qui ont rendu notre expérience encore plus spéciale. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les voyageurs qui recherchent un séjour inoubliable en Italie. Merci encore pour tout !

Ho soggiornato per 3 notti posto tranquillo nessun rumore esterno un oasi di tranquillità la posizione buona ,parcheggio gratuito e servizio pass per parcheggiare in centro, zona terrazzo stupenda veramente grande e ben attrezzata con tavolini sedie e sdrai, l'appartamento risulta carino ma il divano non permette di aprire i cassetti della cucina, il punto debole per me è stato il bagno trascurato, ho avuto un problema con acqua del wc che scorreva tutto il giorno e di notte era fastidioso, detto in reception ma problema non risolto è 3 notti rovinate. la doccia con getti idromassaggio non funzionante , volevo utilizzare il doccione sul soffitto del box ma era rotto e ha spruzzato acqua ovunque in bagno, inoltre appartamento alla consegna non era pulitissimo, abbiamo trovato capelli sul piano cottura, e un forte odore di umidità.
inoltre piccolo appunto, il vialetto per andare agli appartamenti era per metà coperto dalla vegetazione dovendo strusciare tra i rami per transitare, ultimo punto avevo prenotato perchè sul sito c'era specificato servizio shuttle, copio incollo la parole dal sito: Su prenotazione sarà disponibile il servizio di shuttle per la spiaggia/stazione ferroviaria di Levanto. ma all'arrivo mi hanno detto che mi sbagliavo e che lo avrò letto su booking e che è un servizio che e 3 anni che non fanno più, ho prenotato direttamente e non da booking e tornato ho riaperto il sito e ho trovato quello che avevo letto , perciò consiglio di toglierlo anche se hanno sostituito il servizio shuttle con pass che però non ha la stessa comodità.

Le studio réservé était très bien, propre et tout confort. La douche est un peu petite mais ce n'est qu'un détail qui n'entache pas le reste. La piscine est très agréable après une journée de visite, le lieu a une vue superbe. Parfait pour les 5 terres, accessible pour le centre de levanto sans avoir les nuisances de la ville. Lieu calme et reposant, une petite terrasse permet de terminer la soirée dehors. Nous avons apprécié l'endroit. Les hôtes ne parlent qu'itlaiens (vis à vis d'autres commentaires) ce qui n'empêche en rien la compréhension, les conseils pour le bateau et le train et leur gentillesse. (En même temps, nous sommes en Italie! A nous de nous adapter)

Sinceramente da un 4 stelle mi sarei aspettato di piu’.Il monolocale a livello di pulizia era perfetto peccato per alcune piccole cose da rivedere come ad esempio il box doccia che necessita di una risistemata. |Le tendine oscuranti alcune erano un po’ danneggiate altre con segni di muffa anche se la puzza di muffa non si sentiva. |Le pareti presentavano delle crepe.|Di sera per arrivare al nostro monolocale dovevamo accendere la torcia del cellulare in quanto gli ultimi due “appartamenti” erano totalmente al buoi. Da rivedere sicuramente la potatura delle piante che attraversano il percorso per arrivari agli appartamenti. |I proprietari gentili. |

Ho soggiornato in questo resort insieme alla mia ragazza, e posso dire ci è piaciuto molto. Gli appartamentini sono provvisti di tutto, il parcheggio è gratuito e c'è anche la piscina. L'ottima posizione consente di raggiungere Levanto molto velocemente, inoltre essendo leggermente fuori paese, consente di passare le serate in tranquillità e senza rumori fastidiosi. Ogni appartamento ha degli spazi esterni, alcuni con un piccolo giardino, altre con il terrazzo, provviste di sedie e tavolini, in cui è possibile anche mangiare all'aperto. Stanze pulite, aria condizionata, staff molto cordiale che consiglia anche le zone da visitare. Consigliatissimo!

Nous avons réservés pour 4 personnes, 2h avant d'arriver. Sur la route, nous avons appelés pour dire qu'on arriveraient sûrement après la fermeture de l'accueil. Et Marina qui parle très bien français, nous à dit, pas de problème. Elle nous a laissé un mot sur la porte d'accueil en nous indiquant les instructions pour accéder à notre appartement. Cool. || - Appartement propre, un peu à l'étroit , matelas confortable, équipement complet, barbecue et belle terrasse avec vue sur les collines.| - Petit-déjeuner sucré, inclus.| - Endroit calme et apaisant, parking gratuit.| - Accueil chaleureux de Marina et de Enzo, le gérant. Nous avons aimé nos échanges le dernier jour ...| - Faute de temps, nous n'avons pas pu profiter des installations. ||En résumé, sejour de 3 jours agréable, relaxant et chaleureux. Grazie|| |

After couple weeks back packing around Italy we booked 6 nights at morroni, wow we were greeted with 2 cold beers a friendly smile and very friendly staff. Our apartment was fabulous with our own private garden, clean and a spa bath ...|We were spoilt rotten with fresh coffee and croissants bought to our apartment, private shuttle bus in to the town and back every day. Plus any requirement were no trouble. ||Francesca Enzo and Anna were amazing hosts, what a fabulous holiday in a beautiful location, apartment and wonderful people. Thank you so much for looking after us, we will return to create mire amazing memories xxx

I just spent three days in this resort with a group of students. My room was very clean and spacious with a private balcony. Plenty of space outdoors for relaxing. The evening meals, served outside, were delicious and varied. All in all a very successful trip made enjoyable by a very dedicated resort staff. Worth the stay.

El complejo tiene una excelente ubicación para hacer base en visita a Cinque Terre. Por supuesto lo ideal es contar con automóvil caso contrario las distancias a recorrer complican un poco la situación. Buenas instalaciones. El único problema es que el aire acondicionado (individual) hacía ruido y no enfriaba en la unidad en la cual nos tocó hospedarnos. Precio moderado/alto para los servicios ofrecidos.

Just back from a fantastic week with our Family and Friends staying at the lovely Costa Morroni apartments .The Owners Enzo & Francessa and Anna on reception who spoke excellent English were great hosts. They were very kind, friendly and helpful. We had 4 of the apartments which were very spacious and clean with lovely large comfortable beds,and sofa beds in the lounge/ dining area, large enough for 2 adults and children or two couples. The kitchens were very modern and fully equipped. Each apartment had either a nice shower or a bath, all had air conditioning and a TV. The apartments all had garden or terrace area so that you could dine outside. The beautiful pool was situated on a raised terrace surrounded with lovely flowers and trees reached by steps and a slope with gorgeous views with large terrace area where you can eat or just relax on the sun beds, there are showers around the pool area. There is also a barbecue area. Costa Morroni is situated about 25 mins easy walk down to the train station in Levanto and around 35 mins walk to the beach. The owner Enzo was very kind on several occasions by driving us back and forth into town if we didn't want to walk. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for families and couples.

Este alojamiento es buenísmo. El departamento que nos tocó se veía nuevo. Todo impecable. Tenía una hermosa vista de las sierras, y distintos pueblitos en la lejanía, con su iglesia, por supuesto, muy pintoresco. Además contaba con un balcón desde el cual se escuchaba correr el agua de un arroyo, que pasaba frente al complejo. El baño, un lujo, espacioso, con distintos chorros de agua regulables y radio FM en la ducha! La atención muy amable, aunque no saben español, pero cada vez que nos acercabamos a preguntar algo, nos atendieron con la mejor disposición y nos ofrecían un café. Muy recomendable

De slaapbank is vreselijk. De studio is vies. Overal (kruip)beestjes Hebben 1,5 uur moeten wachten voordat er iemand bij de receptie was. Er hing een briefje 'I am back in a few minutes' maar uiteindelijk heeft een Italiaans sprekende dame - die we toevallig zagen - gebeld om te vragen of er iemand naar de receptie kon komen om gasten te ontvangen. Zwembad is klein en ongezellig. Bij de receptie wordt er amper Engels gesproken Nog nooit zo'n slechte accomodatie gehad||Ligging is mooi. Station (trein naar Cinque Terre) op 5 automin.
