One of the best hotels I ever went to. The food was amazing quality, the staff was incredible(super friendly, nice, great English…). The location great if you really want to just relax, it is an hour away from Sienna and 20-30 from Grosseto.

Beautiful converted old Tuscan villa. Wonderfully relaxing with charming staff. The gardens were lovely and the pool area was very nice too. We had a superb time and ate on 2 out of the 3 evenings we were there. The outdoor restaurant area was set under a canopy of vines and was charming.

Truly an incredible, special place. We had our wedding at La Pescaia and it could not have been a more perfect weekend. The rooms are stunning, the landscape is spectacular, food/drinks delicious (plus reasonably priced), and most importantly the best staff that make you feel truly at home. Our guests can't stop talking about La Pescaia and we are already counting down the days we can go back for a visit :)

We recently had our wedding at La Pescaia and everything was truly amazing. Margherita, Beatrice, and Valentina were incredibly helpful as we planned our wedding from the US. The venue is so picturesque views of Tuscany and beautiful architecture on the property. La Pescaia also has multiple Plan B options when it comes to events. The La Pescaia rooms are well done and very comfortable. Finally, the food at La Pescaia is amazing. This is our second time at the resort and every single meal we had here was delicious. Cannot recommend enough!

We just had my daughter’s wedding at La Pescaia in early September and I can’t say enough good things about our whole experience. From the beautiful property to the rooms to the incredible staff our experience exceeded our expectations. The recommended vendors were excellent to deal with. Between the professional staff and vendors to the incredibly beautiful venue we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Holding a wedding several thousand miles away from home can be difficult to pull off but I highly recommend La Pescaia you won’t regret it.

Io e famiglia. Cena x 4 mercoledì 7 agosto. Prenotato da mia figlia che anticipa x educazione che abbiamo 3 barboncini con noi, perfettamente educati e silenziosi. Arrivati al resort, visitiamo passando, l'area Aperitivi chiedendo al barman dove si trovasse il ristorante il quale senza nemmeno un " buonasera", solleva la mano indicando e dicendo di oltrepassare il giardino.||Pessimo impatto. Ma così facciamo e seguendo il giardino ci avviciniamo all' area ristorante che si trovava su un terrazzino alla quale si accede con una rampa di scale. Nemmeno il tempo di fare 3 gradini che un cameriere, senza nemmeno un buonasera o meglio, un benvenuti, dall' alto ci chiede dove stessimo andando. Faccio presente la prenotazione e il cameriere confermando, mi indica il nostro tavolo posto nel giardino, isolato e sull'erba, da e che quindi non era necessario x noi di salire sul terrazzo. Chiedo: mi scusi perché non nel terrazzo del ristorante? Sa, c'è già un altro cane al centro e non vorremmo ci fossero problemi? ||Ci accomodiamo al tavolo ma dopo soli 5 mnt , isolati e assaliti da zanzare, lascio 10 euro di mancia che spero siano andate all unica persona, donna, gentile della serata che ci ha portato l acqua, e comunico che noi preferiamo andarcene. La coppia di camerieri che ci aveva accolto chiede come mai e io rispondo che è stata la peggiore accoglienza e servizio che si fosse ricevuto da molti anni di viaggi e di esperienze locali. Ovvio, la scarsa professionalità ed educazione del personale, come ovvio la non gradita presenza dei cani, benché volessero asserire il contrario. Se non fosse stato così ci avrebbero fatto salire e fatto a noi scegliere se stare in terrazza o in giardino isolati. Ma era già tutto predisposto da loro. Motivi per cui, per quanto riguarda me, le mie aziende e gli eventi, le mie amicizie e la mia famiglia, bello che sia, è una location da cancellare e da dimenticare. Pessima.

Outrageously picturesque. Great food and accommodations, family friendly pool, cute Tuscan towns nearby for pizza etc. A perfect few days to experience Tuscanny. It’s luxurious in its simplicity, beauty, delicious local food and wine, service and surroundings.

Dit is werkelijk een pareltje om te verblijven.

De charme en sfeer van de locatie is fantastisch. De gebouwen, de tuin, de aankleding en de voorzieningen kloppen gewoonweg.

Het personeel maakt dat compleet. Door hen heb je het gevoel dat je een thuis in Toscane erbij hebt gekregen in plaats van slechts een hotel om te verblijven.

Het restaurant en de bar maken het plaatje compleet met super lekker eten en drinken!

We willen nu al weer terug!

Belle découverte !
Le lieu est magique, les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. Les restaurants (bar et terrasses) proposent d’excellents produits. La piscine est parfaite pour un moment de détente. Lorsqu’on arrive à La Pescaia nous avons envie d’y rester.
L’endroit est tellement pittoresque que nous aurions apprécié en savoir un peu plus sur ce lieu, sur son histoire, échanger avec une équipe un petit peu plus chaleureuse. Il manque ce petit quelque chose pour que l’endroit soit tout simplement extraordinaire et que le séjour se transforme en une expérience.
Nous reviendrons :)

Hermoso entorno, las habitaciones impecables y bien climatizadas. La decoración exquisita. La atención inmejorable. Repetiremos seguro. Rodeada de naturaleza e historia. Un entorno natural donde descansar disfrutando de un paisaje hermoso y una piscina con aguas transparentes.

I can hardly begin to describe the beauty and elegance of Le Pescaia Resort. It is magnificent. The young owners however could use just a little improvements, not least of which would be introducing air conditioning or providing oscillator fans. They also could explain that the water inside the refrigerator is not complimentary. That was disappointing as the hotel is not inexpensive. ||||The food was delightful and nicely served. ||||We actually had a room in the villa Tolomi. It was so hot it was almost torture. We took 4 showers each between 11pm & 7 am. It was unbearable. There was a ceiling fan, but it was not remotely adequate. ||||It was a very disappointing stay at a potentially wonderful hotel.

What an incredible treat to be able to stay at this amazing property for a few days. Margarita and Beatrice have hit a sweet spot with this historic locale, holding true to it’s rustic history while still providing an elevated level of luxury and comfort. Breakfasts were top notch, and the official bocce court was a big hit (and quite challenging). Could not have been a better venue for a beautiful wedding. A once in a lifetime experience we hope to repeat more than once.

I'll start with the pro's of which there are many. First and foremost this is a breathtaking family estate and I mean breathtaking. Its incredibly relaxing and the food is absolutely incredible. I would not hesitate to recommend La Pescaia but there were definitely a few niggles!||||Firstly there are no signs for reception so we walked around the whole property before knowing where to check in. We had to ask! Not a big deal. What is a big deal is that I got locked in my room for an hour and a half because the lock was broken and this was the second time they had fixed it in a week. OK, it was August and hard to find someone to fix it but this shouldn't happen. It's also a 10:30am check out and a 3pm check in which is very cheeky in my opinion. When vocalising this to the owners I was effectively told to leave and they weren't very apologetic about the door situation (well not to me anyway). ||||So why 5 stars? Well, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. It was August, they had Covid to deal with and the place is well worth a visit. I just wish the owners were a bit nicer like the staff.

We stayed for a long weekend this month and had an amazing time. Everything was perfect. The room was spacious, amazingly decorated and had lots of nice toiletries. The restaurant and bar were picturesque, served great quality food and had relaxed, attentive service. The grounds and pool were lovely and well kept. Margherita was so helpful - recommending wine tours and local places to visit (all the staff were brilliant in general). We would love to revisit and have been recommending to friends and family.

Siamo stati qui per due giorni in primavera. La villa è splendida, arredata e ristrutturata con gran gusto e con camere ampie e luminose. Il giardino è enorme e si possono fare ottimi aperitivi all’aperto. La piscina è nuova e bellissima: peccato non faccia abbastanza caldo per usarla! In ultimo quello che fa davvero la differenza è l’accoglienza: ci siamo sentiti in famiglia dal primo momento. In Toscana è pieno di bei resort, ma scommetto che nessuno puó riproporre l’atmosfera che si respira a La Pescaia. Brave Beatrice e Margherita!

Ein wunderschönes Anwesen in der Maremma! Damit könnte die Bewertung aufhören. Allerdings sollte man auch erwähnen, dass das Anwesen toll ist, die Möblierung jedoch eher zusammengewürfelt. Sehr störend ist das auch für italienische Verhältnisse sehr spatanische Frühstück, zu dem man gemäß an den ersten Tagen ausgelegter Karte eigentlich gewöhnliche Dinge wie Eier und Capuccino für ein beachtliches Aufgeld bestellen musste. Eine bei knapp 40 Grad wohl nötige Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden, dafür gab es einen Standventilator. Es war aber angesichts der hohen Räume nachts noch erträglich. Auch das Reiten war eher zu teuer, zumal die Reitlehrerin weniger von den Pferden verstand als unsere Tochter. Schön aber, dass viele Familien mit Kindern dort waren. Sehr nett auch der Service. Ein toller, neuer und großer Pool. Wegen der noch kleineren Mängel jedoch leider keine Höchstpunktzahl. Ein höherer Preis würde uE weniger stören als Zuzahlungen für Selbstverständlichkeiten. Dann wären 5 Punkte gerechtfertigt.
