Their grounds are beautiful. The rooms are luxurious and clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. We did a wine tasting there and the wine was really good. There are amazing restaurants in the area (theirs is closed in the winter time). I can’t even find the right words to express the uniqueness of this winery hotel, just idillic. The perfect little taste of Tuscany.

Really enjoyed our stay! The bed was so comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the animals were very cute. The walls/hallways are pretty thin, and I could hear other guests clearly, so recommend ear plugs if you're a light sleeper.

We arrived on Oct 3,2025 at 10:30pm|The room we got (23) was a total flop.|Run down |No kettle nor napkins|The bathroom shower is old and tight !!!|Toilet kept leaking and was hard to stop.||The towels, looks like 10-20 year old.||Breakfast had stale items like old fruits, old salami and old cheese.||The bread slices where dry.||The oat milk past expiration.||It seems like the hotel suffers losses, and management takes all their frustrations on employees.||At checkout we find out that the tea kettle in the lobby will cost you 3 euros ! For a tea bag and hot water. (No post to let you know ahead of time)||And more comments like “we sat too long in the breakfast room”||For extra 2 towels they charge 3 euros a day (never told us) ||A total joke|Will never come back|And you shouldn’t either.||My guess is that the owners suffer from losses !!!!|Employees and guests are blamed for that !!!!

The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The grounds were beautiful as well. The staff was helpful and supportive. And the food was great. What more can I say? It was fantastic.

Local fantástico no meio das vinhas e com espaço envolvente muito acolhedor. Pessoal simpático e sempre disponível para ajudar. Quarto confortável. Pequeno almoço completo e com alguns produtos produzidos na propriedade. Boa localização perto da cascata del molinho.

Ho avuto il piacere di fare una degustazione presso Villa Acquaviva, fin dal primo contatto con la struttura ho avuto un’ottima impressione, il personale è molto gentile e preparato. Il posto è bellissimo e curato nei minimi dettagli. Linda ci ha seguito durante la degustazione ed è stata impeccabile, i vini, come l’olio sono ottimi.
Inoltre ci è stato proposto da Fabrizio un tour delle cantine veramente interessante, si vede tutto l’impegno e la passione che mettono nel portare avanti l’attività. Un’esperienza più che positiva. Spero di tornare presto anche per soggiornare a Villa Acquaviva.

È stata una prenotazione last second che si è rivelata decisamente romantica grazie alla cura con cui viene gestita la tenuta. Ok, il telefono non prende bene così come Internet però queste cose vanno in secondo piano perché è tutto talmente bucolico che se ci si disconnette per qualche ora male non fa! Colazione deliziosa e curata nei particolari!

Ambiente molto bello, degustazione di vini misera. Ci hanno proposto un solo vino, tra l’altro il più semplice della loro linea. Altre cantine in zona fanno provare almeno 3 diversi vini, spesso anche di più. La qualità del vino provato é mediocre.

I was there as a wedding guest and was truly surprised by how lovely the place is. The villa has a wonderful atmosphere, and the staff are top-tier - very friendly, helpful, and considerate.

The town is also beautiful, and I really hope I’ll have the opportunity to visit again someday.

Just a heads-up: the internet connection is a bit unstable at times, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to work remotely from there.

We have chosen to have our wedding in Acquaviva and we couldn’t have chosen better. Initially, we were considering other locations in Tuscany, that (as Acquaviva) offered stunning views, amazing food & wine and beautiful settings for the ceremony. Finally, we have chosen this one based on a hunch that it felt more sincere and authentic than the others. What was a hunch year ago, now I can confirm with certainty, as Acquaviva is run by an amazing family who have dedicated their life to this place and really care about their guests.

We had here a romantic ceremony, delicious dinner and fantastic party afterwards. Acquaviva has great facilities, so that we could organise different parts of wedding day (and rehearsal dinner) in different settings. They were very accommodating to find solutions, so that we could fulfil our wedding dreams and ideas.

We, and all our guests, loved our time in Acquaviva and we will keep unforgettable memories from here. Thank you for having us!

This is an awesome place to stay. The grounds are meticulous, and the food is really good. The family that own and run the location are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are well maintained and very clean. The pool is large and the views from the property are fantastic.

Staying at Villa Acquaviva felt like being welcomed into someone's (amazing) home (who just happened to also have a gorgeous vineyard, winery and restaurant).

We were warmly welcomed by the family who seemed genuinely happy to have us there and to share this beautiful place with us. It was peaceful (and delcious - the food was amazing!)
It was the perfect base for our adventures in Maremma!

Meravigliosa struttura, immersa nella bellezza della natura. Accoglienza e ospitalità eccezionali: benvenuto, consigli per visitare al meglio le bellezze dei dintorni e cortese simpatia. Camere deliziose e provviste di tutto. L’intera struttura è molto ospitale con i suoi spazi verdi e non.Ottima la colazione servita al buffet in un ambiente molto accogliente, compreso il personale, con prodotti genuini sia dolci che salati. Consiglio vivamente la degustazione dei vini accompagnata da gustosi prodotti del territorio e dal racconto della storia della struttura e della vigna. Torneremo prestissimo!

Abbiamo soggiorno una notte presso questo bellissimo e autentico resort. La camera, nonostante fosse una standard Classic, era molto graziosa, funzionale ed accogliente. I tessili della camera da letto di qualità, a partire dalle lenzuola. Abbiamo apprezzato il servizio e la cordialità così come la piscina usufruibile liberamente. L’ingresso in tenuta è veramente suggestivo ed è il luogo giusto per fermarsi un po’ di giorni e riposarsi! Super consigliato! 🤩

El hotel es precioso! Vale la pena quedarse por lo menos dos noches para disfrutarlo, lástima que no pudimos conocer el viñedo porque estaban haciendo algunos trabajos. El desayuno espectacular y la atención inmejorable! Muy recomendado. Cerca están los termales que vale la pena conocer.

Hemos vivido una grata y bonita experiencia en Villa Acquaviva , ya desde el inicio nos sorprendió gratamente la entrada a la villa , preciosa estructura con piscina ( fundamental en verano ) y sobre todo el entorno nos cautivó , donde pudimos disfrutar de un aterdecer paseando por la villa .|Además realizan un aceite que nos gustó “ olió acquaviva “ y vino “ el nero” ( morellino di scansano ) |Ubicación ideal para ir a las termas naturales de Saturnia , Manciano y Montemerano considerado unos de los pueblos más bonitos de Italia 🇮🇹 .|El staff con Fabrizio y Sabrina pendiente de todos los detalles y los desayunos muy completos .|Volveremos seguro !!!.
