(Couple from Australia) Planning a wedding in another country can feel overwhelming, but working with Sara made everything simple and stress free. We actually started the planning process without her and only realised after meeting her that there was no way we could have finished it alone. Investing in Sara is worth it ten times over.

She explained every step clearly, coordinated the vendors we already had, recommended the ones we still needed and took complete ownership of the entire process. Her organisation is unbelievable. She centralised every contract, mapped our full budget and created a detailed wedding day run sheet that covered every moment.

Her creativity blew us away. She took our initial design idea and worked with the florist and lighting team to elevate it into something extraordinary. Seeing our reception for the first time was unforgettable.

On the day she worked from morning to midnight. She didn’t put a foot wrong. Our guests were amazed by her and kept commenting on how smoothly everything ran. You can also see how respected she is by the vendors. They adore working with her.

For anyone planning a destination wedding in Italy, Sara is essential. She gave us the perfect day.

Wow wow wow! Sara was so amazing! We cannot express enough how lucky we were to have her by our side for our wedding journey. She is an absolutely wonderful person, so kind and genuine and supportive, while also very honest in the tough decisions that need to be made to make sure the wedding day is perfect. One particular concern we had was regarding the weather, as we planned on having most of our Lucca wedding outside. However, Sara was so helpful in planning a backup plan in case of rain (and a backup-backup plan as well). When the wedding day arrived, we were indeed met with rain clouds— but Sara’s plan was perfect, and the transition to the inside spaces was seamless. More than that, the indoor spaces she planned out were so lovely, and the day was perhaps even better than we thought possible! If we had to do the whole thing again, we would not change a single thing, because Sara planned everything so wonderfully. From the flowers, to the music, to the design of the wedding details... it was all wonderful, and all thanks to Sara.

Insostituibile! Fin dal primo incontro abbiamo capito di avere davanti la persona giusta: precisa, organizzata, determinata ma con una dolcezza e una simpatia che ci hanno fanno sentire subito a nostro agio.
Ha saputo ascoltarci, capirci, e trasformare ogni nostra idea ed esigenza in qualcosa di reale, bellissimo e perfettamente coordinato. Sempre presente, con mille soluzioni brillanti, ma mai invadente.
Il giorno del matrimonio? Non abbiamo dovuto pensare a nulla. Lei era ovunque, discreta ma attenta, con la sua solita efficienza e quel modo rassicurante che ti fa dire: “Ok, tutto è sotto controllo”.
È stata molto più di una wedding planner. È stata una presenza fondamentale, una complice, e sì… anche un’amica!
