Great location, even greater host. Thank you Stefano for a wonderful time! We highly recommend this fattoria! The view is breathtaking. Our apartment was comfortable and had everthing we needed. Our highlight was the delicious happy hour with cheese/proschiutto platter served at a terrace where you can confortably sip local wine while watching one of the most amazing sunsets we've ever seen. The property is beautiful and very well taken care of. We really hope we go back one day!

massimo della scortesia, nessun saluto all'inizio e tanto meno alla fine del soggiorno. hanno preteso un risarcimento di 5 euro per un calice rotto del valore massimo di 70 cent.

Buongiorno Sig. Stefano,
in genere non amo rispondere alle recensioni, ma questa mi ha davvero sorpreso dopo la cordialità che avete espresso nei miei riguardi durante il vostro soggiorno e quindi devo ribattere.
Vedo che Le è rimasta dell'acredine dovuta sicuramente al fatto di non aver potuto far venire nella struttura, e soprattutto in piscina, i vostri amici ospiti di un'altra struttura. Forse dovrebbe informarsi di quello che è il regolamento (nazionale) di un agriturismo, regolamento che non faccio io e che è legato alla licenza agrituristica. Purtroppo non eravate in campagna a casa della nonna dove potevate portare amici e parenti. Le ricordo che avevate prenotato un appartamento per 8 persone quando invece eravate in 9 compresi i bambini.
Le evidenzio che Lei al momento del check-in non era presente in struttura. Lei, sua moglie e figli siete arrivati dopo che avevo già consegnato l'appartamento a sua sorella e sua madre, con le quali, fin da subito, si è stabilito un clima di assoluta cordialità. Se non sbaglio, il suo arrivo in seconda battuta è stato riconducibile ad un problema con l’auto. Le ricordo anche che il check-out della struttura era alle 10 del mattino, ma mi avete chiesto se fosse stato possibile lasciare l’appartamento, ma restare in piscina fino alle 12, cosa che vi è stata concessa.
Infine ci siamo incrociati in auto quando siete partiti ed io stavo tornando dal paese. Anche ìn questa circostanza vi ho salutato cordialmente.
Per concludere, il calice da 70 centesimi è quello di Ikea, niente da dire su Ikea, ma non sono i calici che ha trovato nell’appartamento. Noi acquistiamo i Bormioli Rocco e la scatola da 6 pezzi la paghiamo 27 Euro, infatti Lei lo ha pagato 4,50 Euro, senza contare il secondo bicchiere rotto trovato nella credenza messo con cura dietro agli altri.
Spero di essere stato esaustivo fino in fondo in quelle che sono le Sue rimostranze.
Detto ciò Le auguro tutto il meglio per il resto dell'estate.

struttura in mezzo al verde con l'abitazione, casa fienile, piena di gradini che la rende parecchio scomoda. staff scorbutico e poco gentile, in particolare nel direttore anche piuttosto isterico e gretto si è attaccato ad un calice rotto, del valore massimo di 70 cent., pretendendo un risarcimento di 5 euro. da evitare.

😊: A beautiful setting with lovely views, quiet and totally relaxing. We stayed in Rustica, which is delightfully finished in traditional style, private little terrace, also another table in the olive trees to watch the sunset with a glass or two. Comfortable bed, good pillows and cushions, crisp white sheets, big towels, excellent roomy shower, well equipped kitchen. Wi-fi good but in reception area. Nice pool with great views and plenty sunbeds. The host Stefano is extremely friendly and helpful..
😢: Access to the property is along a narrow gravel track, which tested our little hire car and was tricky if you met other traffic on the way. Be prepared! But the destination is worth the angst!.

Vriendelijk onthaal. Prachtige ligging. Mooie accomodatie met volledig ingerichte keuken. Kleine maar mooi onderhouden badkamers met goede douches. Enige minpuntje waren de tweepersoonsbedden: sommige kraakten bij elke beweging, andere wiebelen mee bij elke beweging alsof je op zee was. Goed onderhouden gedeeld zwembad met voldoende ligstoelen en parasols. Hondvriendelijk.

Bellissimo posto immerso nel verde, curato nei dettagli (dai fiori ai tavolini), è molto accogliente e pulito.
Stefano, il titolare, molto professionale ed empatico. Ottima cucina, tradizionale ma anche moderna. I miei più sinceri complimenti.

We stayed at Villa panzalla for 1 week with our teenage kids and it was lovely, really nice and helpful owner called Stefano. The view from the porch was absolutely breathtaking.

The house its located in the hills or mountain so getting down to the town etc is a bit of a drive but well worth it. A jeep is your best bet to drive on the road.

WiFi was not available tho which our kids notice lol but its nothing a few board games etc cant fix.

There is a fire place which uses logs and the rooms were vintage looking and clean which we loved.

We bought most of our food,drinks and snacks at the Coop supermarket and stocked up well.

We had lunch out during the day and made dinner at the house on evenings.

We have stayed here 4 times in the past.Once with friends and family for a month.An oasis to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The road up is challenging but after a few times it is fun.We hope to return one of these years for another visit.We usually go in September but would like to try Spring next time.

Un posto incantevole gestito da persone squisite, Stefano e Marco, che lavorano con professionalità e umanità. Ci si sente davvero accolti.
La struttura è molto bella, ben curata, il nostro appartamento era grande, pulito, dotato di ogni comodità e ben arredato, in perfetto stile toscano.
Stefano è anche un ottimo cuoco!

Struttura ideale per chi vuole staccare dai ritmi caotici della città e cerca un po’ di relax e riposo nelle splendide colline del Chianti!! Situata in un paesino in alto Villa Fabbroni vanta di una splendida vista di tutta la vallata di colline e vegetazione ricca di ulivi e vigneti (i proprietari producono olio e vino buonissimi). I punti forti della Villa sono principalmente 2: è una Villa che risale al 1200 dove i proprietari hanno fatto degli ottimi lavori di ristrutturazione mantenendo e conservando la bellezza originaria. Ogni appartamento vanta di un proprio terrazzo con spazi riservati e anche comuni come la piscina e il ristorante (ottimo). Ma il punto forte è assolutamente dato dai proprietari Stefano e Marco che abitano e gestiscono tutto quanto con immensa passione e dedizione, facendo sentire i loro ospiti a casa fin dal primo instante e rendendo unico il loro soggiorno!! Complimenti per la vostra gentilezza e per amare ciò che fate perché si percepisce e vi auguro di continuare a raggiungere sempre più successi! Torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi perché Villa Fabbroni è casa! Vanessa

Wunderschöne Lage mit weiter Aussicht über den Chianti. Die Anlage hat einen gewissen Charme und der Besitzer Stefano ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren mit 3 Kindern und 4 Erwachsenen angereist und allen hat es offensichtlich gut gefallen. Die Zufahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich über Serpentinen und eine Schotterpiste aber man gewöhnt sich. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist rustikal aber es fehlt an nichts (Spülmaschine, Kaffemaschine, Herd, großer Kühlschrank usw. (keine Mikrowelle).Sehr schöne große Terasse am Haus. Der Pool ist sauber, wird gut gewartet und ist mit ausreichen Liegen versehen und über Treppen zu erreichen (ca. 50m). Einziges Manko: die ruhestörende kläffende Hundemeute eines in der Nähe gelegenen Hundezüchters, nervt wirklich sehr.
Florenz und andere Ziele sind gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Tipp am Rande: besser nicht in San Polo tanken und Einkaufen, da recht überteuert. Lieber die 11 km zum nächsten COOP zum Großeinkauf fahren (Stefano fragen, der gibt gerne Auskunft) Insektenschutz nicht vergessen. dann steht einem schönen Toskanaurlaub nichts mehr im Wege.

Fuimos mal recibidos por su dueño..poca importancia le dimos y lo pasamos bien...el lugar es de muy difícil acceso..con lluvia peligroso...con nieve imposible..
Sin vistas..
La chimenea no tenía buen tiraje y todavía tenemos oler a leña..jajaja
Los pueblos lindos son greve en chianti para parar y recorer desde allí

Stefano and his place were absolutely fantastic! It was our favorite place to stay on our whole trip! We were a large family of 6 and it was more than large enough to accommodate us all. Stefano arranged us the best wine tasting with lunch experience we've ever had at a beautiful winery about 25-30 minutes away. Staying in this ancient building was truly a treat. The Medici's used this place as their hunting holiday home! Our family was missing our dogs so Stefano was nice enough to bring Lucio, his adorable english bulldog (or as he calls it half bulldog half boar..haha :)) over to visit. It was nice to have a washer and a kitchen which we used often. We are looking forward to our next visit there!
