Pia and Michele were incredible in helping us organise our 3-day wedding event. Their expert local knowledge was invaluable, and spending time with them gave us so much insight into the area, the best vendors, and what to expect.

They went above and beyond, taking care of details we hadn’t even thought of. You can truly see the heart and soul they put into their work, and the value they add is exceptional. From food tastings to planning, we felt like we were experiencing the most authentic Italian journey with them.

They shared time and attention in both in the lead-up and on the wedding days themselves, and it was such a pleasure to get to know them personally. We’re so glad they were part of our wedding week.

We would highly recommend Pia and Michele to anyone looking for an authentic, personal Italian experience with a wonderful couple that are extremely well priced.

Words cannot describe how thankful we are to Pia and Michele for making our wedding in Tuscany the most magical, romantic, perfect and true to us wedding we could have ever dreamt of. Pia was a dream to work with, she took the time to get to know us, understand what we wanted from wedding, what our vision was and what our budget was too and she made sure she did her absolute best to find what we wanted in our price range. Pia and Michele have been curating weddings for many years and it shows in the knowledge they have of Italy, vendors and locations. They were able to provide invaluable advice and support throughout. They were also instrumental in getting us visas for some of my family members to come over from Iran to enjoy the celebrations and wedding with us which was a dream come true. Not only did they create the most dreamy, magical wedding that our friends and family still talk about to this day! They also found us the perfect accommodation for the week so we could spend time with close friends and family leading up to the wedding and after, they also suggested activities, restaurants and more for the week as well. They took so much stress and planning off of our shoulders. They dealt with it all so we could just enjoy the day with our loved ones and If there were any hiccups we had no clue, everything was perfect and ran like clockwork. Pia and Michele were there from the offset, helping us chose a venue, florists, caterer, settings, lighting etc. when they gave advice we knew we could trust them, they knew the best people, kept it within our price range and they have exquisite taste so we knew what they were suggesting would be wonderful, they exceeded all expectations. From the catering to the adorable gelato van, canapés, our Italian opera singer, to dinner, fireworks, the most incredible photographers and videographer and so much more! Importantly, they managed expectations too, we are not from Italy so all their insight was invaluable. They were so incredibly sweet they even let us send some of wedding stationary over to them in Italy so we didn't have to take it with us on the plane. They treated us like family and we are forever grateful. We're thinking of having a 10 year anniversary gathering with close friends and family again in the same location and we hope that Pia and Michele will help us organise again ❤️ we can't thank you both enough. The pictures below don't do the day justice, we just want to go back and relive the day over and over again. Grazie 🩷

Olive in Love Tuscany is the absolute BEST wedding planner in the Florence/Tuscany area! I was put in touch with Pia and Michele through a recommendation of a friend of mine who planned her wedding in Florence. She had the most amazing things to say about them, I reached out immediately. That was the best decision I made (besides the groom LOL) in the entire wedding planning process.

Pia and her husband went above and beyond throughout every step of the wedding process. She was very responsive to emails and WhatsApp messages as well as accommodating to set up Zoom calls throughout the process. She helped us pick the perfect venue, providing over 20+ options that all checked almost every one of our boxes. And then she helped us narrow down our choices based on her personal experience and recommendations. She provided great recommendations for all the vendors, communicated with them directly, and reminded us of when we needed to make final selections for them. She handled all of the accommodations and transportation for our 86 guests, organized a welcome dinner event and organized a day after wine tasting event to 2 wineries with transportation for 50 people. And on the day of our wedding, her and her husband saved our outdoor table arrangements from the brief spring shower that rolled in by covering everything with plastic to ensure everything was still perfect.

Our perfect day was perfect because of all the beautiful hard work Pia and her husband poured into it. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Pia and Michele are at Olive in Love are absolutely wonderful. We were married at beautiful Villa Petrolo September 2025. They went above and beyond in every aspect to make our wedding weekend everything we dreamed of and more.

I’m American and there were a few daunting aspects to getting married in Italy for me. Pia removed essentially all of those stressors. From arranging individual transportation from the train station and to and from the remote countryside venue for all of my guests to giving them access to her private phone for any small needs, issues or questions they had throughout the weekend, to arranging for my dress to be steamed and delivered and finding a local barber for my husband and his groomsmen to have their beards done the day of. Pia was there to make sure I was focused on one thing only - enjoying my wedding.

Ten months later our guests are still talking about the weekend as “the best wedding ever”. It was the most fun, beautiful four days of our lives. Pia and Michele were there all four days and were whole-heartedly invested in our wedding. They created a weekend that was bespoke, and in every way unique to who we are as a couple. The way they put on even our casual pizza party on the first night - which we expected to be very relaxed - was absolutely stunning, with beautiful tables decked with fresh herbs, beautiful table cloths, fairy lights, candles, and big delicious bottles of local wines. We were blown away by how gorgeous they made this first night and they continued to exceed our expectations throughout the weekend.

Every vendor that Pia set us up with was also incredible. Again, our guests are still talking about the truffle risotto at our reception dinner as “the best thing they ate in Italy”. I also continue to think about it, lol. The photographer had an incredible eye and understood exactly what we wanted. We’re both artists and very picky, but Pia found the perfect person for us and the photos are to die for. The night before the wedding we had a big wild party and Pia found a local Tuscan folk band that absolutely made the whole night, they were hilarious and got everyone on the dance floor, laughing, even dressed some of the men up as farm animals - honestly they are a must.

I could go on and on! I truly cannot dream of a better experience with a wedding planner. Pia and Michele are grounded, loving, a calm in the storm, detail-oriented, highly organized, attentive, specific, take direction with aplomb and have amazing taste in all things! And they are beyond reasonably priced. Book them.

Olive in Tuscany was the best decision we made after saying "I do." I contacted Pia with a vision and strict budget. Pia not only made our wedding every ounce of perfect, but her and her husband went above and beyond on numerous occasions. When I look back on our wedding, I honestly feel like it must've been a dream. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
