Charming place and very welcoming staff! We spent two nights there to travel around the Chianti and it was perfect as the roads around are delightful! The restaurant is also very well thought, with daily changing menus and good breakfast. I absolutely recommend for a few days in the area!

Una struttura meravigliosa gestita da personale fantastico, a volte un po’ incerto nella gestione dei pasti ma non influisce in niente sullo svolgimento della permanenza. Cibo veramente ottimo, camera pulita e piscina stupenda. Consigliatissima.

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornata dal 15/08 al 19/08/2025 in una camera mezza pensione. Siamo arrivati in moto da Brescia ma per chi volesse farlo ricordo di avere una moto da viaggio (io ho una "Tracer7 GT") non troppo sportiva o tipo Harley (sI farebbe fatica).|Un luogo dove la pace e la tranquillità è la regina delle tue giornate. I vigneti attorno sono uno sfondo meraviglioso, se ti siedi sotto il pergolato non senti volare una mosca e si può davvero staccare la spina dalla frenesia di tutti i giorni. Quando ti metti in piscina sembra un sogno, l'acqua è meravigliosa e davvero, non vorrei ripetermi, ma la pace che regna in questo luogo è spettacolare. La mezza pensione è la scelta secondo me più giusta, la cena è compresa con 4 portate a testa, dall'antipasto al dolce e credetemi...ne vale la pena! La staff è cordiale, gentile e rispettoso in ogni momento ed è bello sentirsi bene con chi ti fa vivere una bella esperienza così. La camera era ampia e spaziosa, il bagno pulito e molto bello, se c'è un problema (chi non ha un problemi?) lo risolvono subito e questo è importante. La proprietaria, la Sig,ra Piera, è molto gentile e sorridente...ci mette passione e da generazioni gestisce questo splendido agriturismo. La visita nella piccola cantina è per me doverosa, la Sig.Piera ci mette il cuore nel raccontarti un sogno tramandato da padre in figlia e così la piccola ma ottima cantina prende ancora più valore. Per raggiungere l'agriturismo bisogna far un bel pezzo di strada a curve tra la collina, scendere ogni giorno per fare delle visite in altri luoghi diventa impegnativo e questo è da considerare se si volesse un certo tipo di vacanza. Forse un paio di servizi ludici in più possono davvero completare un offerta che ritengo davvero già splendida. Certe volte non bisogna andare molto lontano per ritrovarsi e questo agriturismo è davvero una perla della nostra amata Italia.

After spending our wedding weekend in 2024 with a group of 60 friends & family in Le Fonti a San Giorgio, we decided to go back this year to relive all the beautiful memories!||Just like last year we enjoyed the friendliness of Pierra and her great staff.||Le Fonti is a magic place in the middle of Tuscany where you can experience all the elements of this region. Great local food, amazing view and stylish rooms with good facilities.||Le Fonti gives the moment to relax and reenergize. ||The wines from the estate are excellent and you regret if you do not take some home! ||Hope to return next year!

Io e la mia compagna volevamo fare una settimana di assoluto relax e qui è stato veramente possibile rilassarsi, buono il servizio ottima la cucina ma soprattutto eccezionale la posizione. A mio parere è l'unica cosa negativa se così si può dire probabilmente una cura Maggiore per le camere.

Con un gruppo di amici motociclisti abbiamo soggiornato in questo incantevole agriturismo. Contattati via mail ho concordato con Pamela degustazione, cena e pernottamento. Che dire, tutto estremamente organizzato, tutti gentilissimi e super accoglienti.|Degustazione e visita della cantina fatta con la proprietaria, persona squisita.|Cena buonissima dove la bistecca fiorentina l'ha fatta da "padrona", naturalmente con un super Chianti riserva prodotto da loro.|Camere accoglienti e pulite.|Gli esterni sono davvero curati e vista sulle colline coltivate a vigna che riscaldano il cuore.|Ci ritorneremo sicuramente ma stavolta per soggiornare qualche giorno in più; se cercate un posto per ricaricarvi questo è il posto perfetto.

Yes, windy road at the top of rolling hillside with amazing views. We were allowed in our room at 11am when we arrived with no extra fee for early check in. Same at check out, we could check out later if we wanted since our room wasn’t re-rent and no fee to do so. Staff is very friendly and attentive. We didn’t add half board as our vacation plans meant we needed to leave early each morning. Full size kitchen with stove, fridge, and table in the room. Allowed to use the wood burning fireplace with no fee for firewood. Hot water was great for showers. Dinner meals were amazing, included home made pastas and steak that was very good. Wine and olive oil were amazing. We purchased 1 bottle of wine and about 6 bottles of olive oil. It wasn’t Dop or Igo but just as good. You are allowed to walk the olive trees, grape vine area, and beautiful grounds. Dinner was done by reservation and we had no issues. Can text if you need anything. Very clean when we arrived. They do have 2 outdoor pools open in the summer, and also do wedddings. Lots of outdoor seating and even a covered outdoor area for hotel meals. The food was better than expected for a hotel. I personally can’t wait to return to this gem in the Tuscany area.

location molto rilassante per trascorrere un fine settimana. |in 5 abbiamo preso un appartamento molto spazioso con matrimoniale e tre letti singoli. strada sterrata di almeno 3km per arrivarci. eravamo con moto adatte quindi nessun problema, è stato anche divertente. |Piscina disponibile ma anche se il tempo lo permetteva non abbiamo fatto il bagno, l’acqua non era pulitissima per invogliarci a tuffarci. Sicuramente a fine settembre e con pochi ospiti la manutenzione è stata tralasciata, di conseguenza non mi sento di attaccare più di tanto la struttura, se fosse stato un periodo più estivo la critica sarebbe stata ben diversa. ottimo il ristorante, ottimi i piatti abbondanti, Ottima la mezza pensione a 30€ che ti fa alzare dal tavolo super soddisfatto. Senza questa formula ‘ospiti della struttura’ avremmo speso almeno il doppio.

I stayed at Le Fonti a San Giorgio for five nights in late August with my husband, our 5 year old, and my parents. We had the "Tuscany Premium Apartment" with three bedrooms, which was lovely and spacious for our family. The best things about staying here were the amazing, gorgeous views and scenery from our windows, the terrace, the pools, and the restaurant, and the delicious nightly dinners at the on-site restaurant! The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star stay for us was an issue with AC in our apartment, but the management is hopefully addressing that, and overall we absolutely loved our stay and would gladly return!||The location and setting of the agriturismo are wonderful - it's quiet and peaceful and secluded on a hilltop at the end of small dirt road with amazing views of unspoiled vineyards and olive groves and hills in all directions. And at the same time, it's less than a hour from Florence, 30 min from San Gimignano and many wineries, and within 1-2 hours of sights like Siena, Pisa, Lucca (just add 10-15 min to all the travel times that your map program gives you to account for the twisty hill roads!). The 2km dirt road is a bit of an adventure (my husband described one section as "moguls") but it was perfectly passable in an average sedan rental car and so worth it for the location at the end! ||With respect to the apartment itself, we particularly liked the spacious rooms, the comfortable patio (have mosquito repellent for the evenings!), and the good-sized bathrooms attached to each bedroom (a small issue with a shower not draining well was fixed immediately after we let the front desk know). The beds were on the harder side, but not too uncomfortable for any of us. The kitchen was also very small and rather dark - this was for us as the dining table is out in the nice living room and we were really just using the kitchen for the fridge and some of the dishes and utensils on occasion for snacks or drinks, but it might not be ideal for a family that's hoping to cook regular meals. It's also worth noting that the windows do *not* have screens, so you need to rely on the AC units for cooling if you want to avoid getting bitten by mosquitos inside at night (management suggested using mosquito coils, but my daughter and husband get bitten badly and my experience is that coils are not very effective, so we did not do that).||The pools on this property are lovely and clean with loungers and umbrellas and great views over the countryside, and we enjoyed cooling off in them on several evenings. The pool up by the main restaurant and "inn" is particularly lovely and picturesque! It's supposed to be for guests staying in the inn rooms while the lower pool (which is a bit more plain) is supposed to be for guests staying in apartments, but neither pool was crowded during our stay and no one seemed to mind when we went up to the inn pool one evening.||The restaurant was one of the real highlights of our stay here! They serve an a la carte dinner with a changing daily menu of traditional dishes with a few options each for starters, primi piati (mostly pastas), secondi piati (mostly meat, fish, and some vegetable dishes) and desserts (the same three options daily), along with their own delicious and reasonably-priced wine by the glass or bottle. Weather-permitting, the tables are outside overlooking the vineyards or on a covered, open-air patio, which was particularly nice for us because my daughter could go run around and play away from the eating area when she got bored sitting at the table. The one challenge for us was that the earliest seating is 7:30 pm, a dinner with an appetizer and main course and dessert could easily take 1.5-2 hours, which was absolutely lovely for the adults but made for late evenings for the little one. Buffet breakfasts (8am-9:30am) are available daily at the restaurant, and were a nice mix of fresh fruits, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, granola/cereal, mini croissants, bread, meat, and homemade coffee cake. Not exceptional like the dinners, but a easy way to get a good and tasty meal before the day. I believe lunches are also offered at the restaurant, but we went out every day so never tried them.||Finally, the staff at the reception were lovely and welcoming and helpful (although it's worth noting that the desk does close at 6:30 pm). And the place had a nice mix of families with young and older children, and younger and older adult couples and friend groups. We felt very welcome with our daughter (they gladly made her plain pasta for dinner every night) and I think all types of travelers (other than maybe college students looking for somewhere lively) would feel right at home.||The one major negative to our stay was the air conditioning in the apartment. In the apartment we had, the units in two of the three bedrooms did not provide any cooling at all, while the ones in the third bedroom and living did not cool as strongly as mini-splits usually do and all four were very loud when operated at anything more than the lowest fan setting (like the volume of a very loud old window unit not a mini-split). The management was very responsive when we let them know about the units not cooling and quickly came to check it out and confirm that there wasn't a setting that needed to be adjusted differently, and, after seeing that there wasn't, indicated that they would be getting an HVAC technician out to take a look at the units (which understandably couldn't happen immediately). Fortunately we were able to keep the whole apartment tolerably cool by closing all the shutters during the day and keeping on the two semi-functioning units on at full blast during the day (and then turning down the fan speed at night to sleep). For guests who are considering booking the "Premium Apartment" in the near future it may be worth asking about the status of the AC, but I'm pretty confident they will address it promptly since the management seemed to be genuinely unaware of the issue before we raised it and seemed to be taking it seriously (the owner herself even came by to see what was going on). I'm less confident that they'll be able to get the units running quietly since I'm not sure that they really recognized that as atypical or if it's a fixable issue - but it would be much less of a problem if the units were able to provide enough cooling that they could run on a lower setting.

Io, la mia compagna e la nostra bimba di 2 anni abbiamo alloggiato qua una notte per spezzare la strada di rientro dalle vacanze. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla bellezza di questo agriturismo. Panorami favolosi e cucina deliziosa. La camera, gli spazi comuni sono curati e puliti. La piscina è stupenda.
Lo staff è gentile e attento.
Consigliamo fortemente questo agriturismo.

Wij waren in 2023 ook op hotel (half pension) in Le Fonti a San Giorgio. Alles was toen prima, weliswaar basic kamers. We gingen dit jaar vooral terug voor het lekker eten en de pizza-avond waarop alle bewoners welkom waren. Dit jaar was de eerste teleurstelling dat we niet een week van zaterdag tot zaterdag mochten komen maar wel van vrijdag tot vrijdag wegens een totale bezetting voor een huwelijksfeest op zaterdag. Dit maakt dat we op drukkere dagen moesten rijden. |De pizza-avond was ook dit jaar. zeer geslaagd.|Buiten een feest in de week waren er zo goed als geen toeristen. Dit had tot gevolg dat de menu iedere avond bijna dezelfde was als de vorige avond. De maaltijden waren goed maar veel minder verfijnd als in 2023. Dessert was bijvoorbeeld elke dag keuze uit cantucci met vin santo, ijs of tiramisu. Mezza Maniche stond bijna alle dagen bij de 3 keuzes voor diner. De koffie (uit een thermos) bij het ontbijt was niet lekker. Oplossing was bijbetalen voor een cappuccino: 2€ (half pension!). Voor de rest was de keuze bij het ontbijt ook zeer beperkt. De toegangsweg, 2km strada bianca, daar doe je wel 10 minuten over wegens vele putten maar dat wisten we. Vorig jaar was dat nog veel erger. Internet, ook mobiele data werkt enkel buiten, in de buurt van het bureau. Het bed was ok maar de verouderde douche met sommige dagen lauw water mag ook een upgrade krijgen. Kortom ons verblijf was goed maar vorig jaar was het veel beter. Om positief te eindigen: het personeel was nog steeds super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Prima zwembad

Abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni in questa struttura insieme ai nostri due figli adolescenti. Il panorama sulla campagna circostante è molto bello e l'appartamento era spazioso e dotato di uno spazio esterno con tavolo e sedie. Abbiamo riscontrato due criticità principali: non c'era campo per il cellulare nell'appartamento e anche in buona parte dell'area circostante, e anche il wi-fi funzionava molto male, a volte non funzionava per niente. Inoltre la strada per raggiungere la struttura non è molto agevole, da Montespertoli bisogna prima percorrere una strada asfaltata che però è piuttosto scomoda con discese e salite anche ripide, poi bisogna fare un altro tratto di strada bianca abbastanza lungo che non ci è sembrato particolarmente ben tenuto.

The moment our group of 26 arrived on this magnificent hilltop Vineyard. My breath was taken away. The grounds are beautiful, maintained with care, the main building where we stayed is so perfect for Tuscany! My room had a fireplace, windows overlooking a magnificent view, an extremely comfortable bed and a well appointed bathroom with a lovely shower. The staff is more than staff, warm, welcoming, anxious to please. The food, oh my goodness the food! ask for the potatoes, you won’t be disappointed! The breakfast foods are wonderful with some thing for everyone, and dinner is outstanding! Hang out at the pool in the afternoon with a bottle of wine and some snacks, one of my favorite memories. Highly highly recommend.

Le Fonti a San Giorgio se divide en 2 zonas. Una que está en lo alto de la colina donde está el hotel y la zona del restaurante y otra que está un poco más abajo donde están los apartamentos. Hay dos piscinas, una para el hotel y la otra para los apartamentos.

Hemos estado alojados 6 noches en agosto en uno de los apartamentos. Somos una familia con 2 hijos.

Cosas que nos han gustado:
- Las puestas de sol, las vistas, el paisaje, cada día es diferente y cada día es precioso.
- Muy tranquilo.
- El restaurante en el hotel, la comida es buena y puedes disfrutar de la puesta de sol. El servicio es muy atento.
- La piscina justo al lado de los apartamentos.
- Zona para aparcar sin problemas
- Noche de pizzas, servían un montón de pizzas diferentes, también ofrecían de sus vinos, aguas y refrescos. Se prepara en un horno de leña que hay en la zona de los apartamentos y los huespedes se sientan en las mesas que hay.
- El apartamento tenía aire acondicionado y era de agradecer ya que tuvimos algunos días con mucho calor.

Cosas que creo que pueden mejorar:
- No había conexión de wifi dentro del apartamento número 4. En el anuncio ponía que sí había pero al llegar vimos que no era así.
- La ducha del apartamento 4 es muy muy pequeña (posiblemente la más pequeña que hemos visto) y la alcachofa no se aguanta lo que hacía que no fuese cómodo ducharse.

Referente a la ubicación, está a unos 15 minutos del pueblo más cercano. El tramo final no estaba asfaltado. A nosotros ese aspecto no nos importó, es parte del encanto - de hecho una de las veces nos encontramos en medio del camino con 3 ciervos pequeños, lo cual fue precioso. Pero hace falta el coche para todo, si este punto no te importa es un buen sitio.

Hay un montón de senderos y me pareció ver que alquilan e-bikes.

Llegamos muy tarde y fueron tan amables de esperar hasta nuestra llegada. El lugar es de ensueño, el personal muy amable, sobre todo agredecer a Cristina todo su cariño y amabilidad. Unas vacaciones inolvidables!!

Nos alojamos en un apartamento de dos habitaciones. Amplio y acogedor, sin lujos. Piscina compartida con otros varios apartamentos, con césped y tumbonas. Bien cuidado. Entorno agradable. Mesa de ping-pong. El personal es amable. Restaurante de cocina típica en la misma finca. Relativamente cerca de varias ciudades importantes: Florencia, Pisa, Lucca y Siena.||Tiene el inconveniente de la ubicación, ya que hay que recorrer varios kilómetros por carreteras pequeñas y caminos de tierra para llegar al pueblo. Por tanto, es muy aconsejable para pasar unos días sin demasiados desplazamientos. Otro aspecto negativo es que anuncian dos piscinas, pero una de ellas está reservada a los huéspedes del hotel, no de los apartamentos.

La ubicacion para conocer la Toscana es muy buena. Tiene dos piscinas estupendas donde poder relajarte despues de un día de visitas. Una pertenece a los apartamentos y la otra a las habitaciones.||||La habitacion es demasiado ruidosa por la noche. Muchas de las habitaciones, entre ellas la nuestra, se encuentran encima de la cocina, y se oyen los motores de los electrodomésticos toda la noche, así como el extractor de la cocina y el poner y recoger los platos, tanto por la noche como por la mañana, así mismo se cuela el olor de la cocina dentro de la habitación. Si volviera me aseguraría de la ubicación de la habitación. Los horarios de cena son muy tempranos (de 19:30 a 20:30). La limpieza de la habitación era bastante regular, mucho polvo. La cama de matrimonio era cómoda no así la cama adicional, el colchón blandísimo y la colcha manchada. No se cambiaron las sábanas en 7 noches que dormimos. El desayuno es muy normalito, nada de desayuno toscano, no hay zumo natural y el café expreso o capuccino te lo cobran. Llevar repelente de mosquitos porque hay muchísimos.
