We live in the United States and Irene planned our daughter’s fabulous wedding in Florence in October, 2025. She also planned the welcome party the night before the wedding. The events were very different - the wedding was formal and elegant, while the welcome party was a festive garden party complete with pizza and gelato carts (delicious)! Both events were equally fun, well-planned and overall phenomenal . From our first conversation, Irene’s warmth and knowledge put our nerves at ease about planning a wedding so far from home. Over the course of a year, she transformed our daughter’s vision into an unforgettable reality. Her and her team, which includes Chiara and Maddie, was fabulous to work with in every way. They were friendly, organized, responsive, and paid close attention to details. We benefitted greatly from all the connections they have in the region. The recommendations they made, and direction they gave us, led to the day being everything my daughter dreamed of. They have a way of putting everyone at ease and handling things calmly and with utmost professionalism. We had so many complements, and many of our guests commented that it was the most elegant and beautiful wedding they had ever attended. Everyone had a fabulous time and no one wanted the night to end. It exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Irene and Lux Wedding and Event Studio to anyone who would like to plan a wedding in Italy. We had many people ask if it was difficult to plan a wedding so far away, and the answer was no because they go above and beyond to make it a seamless, enjoyable process. If you are thinking of an Italian wedding don’t hesitate to reach out to them.
We are thankful to have had the opportunity to get to know them and have them plan such a significant event for us. They went above and beyond to make our entire time in Florence remarkable. We will never forget the joy of it all!

We had the most beautiful wedding in Tuscany 2 weeks ago, and we are so grateful to Irene for planning and executing our vision perfectly! She was such a pleasure to work with and thanks to her, planning our destination wedding from the US was stress free, which is something we were hoping for but not anticipating.
