Although our daughter's destination wedding in Siena, Italy was more than a month ago, we think of her wedding everyday and how spectacular it was. It is not easy to plan a wedding in a country you have never been to and where you can't speak the language. Needless to say we were very nervous in the beginning wondering how we were going to pull everything together. Fortunately we chose Joelle to be our wedding planner and she delivered well beyond our expectations. Every detail was executed without an issue. Her recommendations on vendors, suggestions on how to do things and her overseeing everything the day of the wedding paid off. Joelle went above and beyond to make our daughter's wedding surpass what any of us dreamed of. It was magical and a true fairytale wedding thanks to Joelle.

Fantastic wedding planner, couldn't recommend more highly.
Joelle helped us arrange a wedding at Villa Vignamaggio in Chianti.
Despite us being based in California with a 9 hour time zone difference, Joelle managed to make the wedding planning process very smooth and enjoyable. She strikes a great balance between professionalism and being personable making you comfortable in what could for some be a very stressful journey.

She recommended fantastic suppliers from the region and did all the coordinated everything to come together very nicely. She gave us fantastic options for entertainment, finding talented musicians, florists etc. as well as supported with more unusual requests in sourcing a gelato cart, helium canisters last minutes etc.
The events itself was flawlessly executed with not a single hiccup based on her and her teams fantastic on the ground support.

Needless to say we couldn't have pulled this off without her help, and we feel extremely lucky that we picked her and her team to coordinate our wedding weekend. We would highly recommend Joelle to any couple thinking about arranging a wedding in Tuscany.

Thanks for everything Joelle, Celeste and I are so grateful for all the support over the last year.

We are so happy we found Joelle to help us plan our wedding in Tuscany. Planning a wedding overseas can be extremely difficult and emotional for a bride and groom, but Joelle made the planning process as smooth as possible. Where do I start about this very special lady!
We got married in Tuscany at Villa di Vignamaggio and Joelle was highly recommended to us in order to assist with all the planning and running of the day itself. As we are based in the UK and with the language barrier, the more help we could get, the better!
Some people say having a wedding planner is extravagant and why not do it yourself but having Joelle was honestly priceless!
Let alone guiding us with all the paperwork to legally get married abroad and taking us to the town hall to finalise everything, copiuous Skype calls and emails arranging logistics, she took a weekend out whilst we came over to Italy for our menu tasting, meeting and seeing the band, reviewing flowers and showing us some local hotspots along the way, even sourcing Italian Cigars as last minute request from my husband... the list could go on!!
On the Wedding day itself, it ran to pure perfection with no stress at all. Joelle and her girls were completely in control and we all felt very much in safe hands.
Joelle was always there when we needed her, so very professional and thorough, very calming when adrenaline was running high and most of all without Joelle the wedding would not have been the most perfect day that it was without her expertise!
We truly cannot thank Joelle enough for everything!

Joelle helped us to plan our destination wedding in Tuscany in the summer of 2017. We could not have asked for more in a wedding planner. We are based in the US, and Joelle was always available to skype with us during the planning process, and she even made time to do a site visit with us in Italy before the wedding, where she showed us multiple churches and helped us to plan out the wedding. She clearly knows every inch of Tuscany well, and helped us to find the most breathtaking church for our ceremony. Joelle was also instrumental in assisting us to navigate the paperwork of a catholic wedding in Italy, including somehow locating the most darling priest who spoke English. She also planned a welcome dinner, organized a rehearsal dinner at a spectacular local restaurant, and made sure that every second of our wedding day went off without a hitch. She arranged transportation, rooming, décor, music, lighting, food and drink, and really every detail to perfection. And she did so while ensuring that we remained calm and could enjoy ourselves without having to worry about a thing. We had ambitious plans for our multi-day extravaganza of a wedding, and Joelle took it and ran with it. In the end, it was even better than we could have imagined. And we have Joelle to thank for making our dream wedding a reality!

Chosing Joelle Marie Events to plan our wedding was quite simply the best descision we've ever made!

Ho partecipato in qualità di ospite ad un evento (un matrimonio di amici stranieri) organizzato da Joelle Marie e sono rimasto stupito dal tipo di evento...niente a che vedere con i matrimoni italiani: i discorsi dei parenti e amici degli sposi, la torta preparata in diretta davanti agli ospiti, i fuochi d'artificio, la band francese durante l'aperitivo, l'open bar (idea fantastica!) e il dj londinese per il party notturno. Un'esperienza notevole!

Collaboro da diversi anni - in qualità di fotografo - con Joelle Marie Events e devo dire che i suoi wedding si distinguono sempre sia per l'estetica degli allestimenti che per l'atmosfera di gioia e serenità che si respira durante l'evento (e questo naturalmente aiuta anche nella riuscita di un buon servizio fotografico..!).
