We did the Essence of Lake Como tasting dinner the first night of our vacation and had an amazing experience! The staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the immersive feel of the dinner. The outdoor space was lovely with a beautiful view overlooking Lake Como and the mountains. A storm rolled in at the end of our dinner and they didn’t hesitate to let us stay past close and even offered us another drink! The food and wine were incredible and the friendly staff made it such a special night!

Torniamo ogni anno da Alice per il nostro anniversario. Il luogo è strepitoso e il cibo un'esperienza. Alice ti guida attraverso tradizione e sperimentazione. I suoi accostamenti di sapori sono sempre inattesi e azzeccati. Le materie prime sono autoprodotte o km zero e lavorate molto sapientemente. Non effettua cambio tavolo quindi è possibile rimanere seduti e godersi il cibo e il paesaggio con calma. Meraviglioso!

Het is super mooi en erg lekker! Maar we vonden het te duur voor wat je krijgt. Het menu is 75 euro (voor 3 gangen) en 90 voor 4 gangen. Zonder drank! Maar eigenlijk is alleen de pasta en het hoofd gerecht echt outstanding.
Ik zou het aaanraden maar weet dus wel dat je best wat geld kwijt bent.

C è qualcosa di magico in questa esperienza , soprattutto se ci finisci per caso come Alice cade nella tana del bianconiglio. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli , location , luci e musica perfetta. Così come anche il servizio attento , cordiale e professionale. Un menu dai sapori decisi caratteristicidel territorio, ben bilanciato dall antipasto al dolce . Possibilità di ottima carta di vini locali. Un posto magico con vista mozziafiato sul lago. Da tornare per sperimentare le diverse esperienze proposte

We couldn’t have chosen a better place for an intimate family dinner. After a boat tour on the lake and a visit to Villa del Balbianello, we found this spot and decided to privatize the entire garden and villa just for us. We added activities for the kids in the garden and in the kitchen, a delicious menu, a romantic table setting, and the incredible charisma of Alice and her team. We will definitely never forget this place and will absolutely come back — with friends!

Vaut le détour. Maison familiale sur les hauteurs avec vue sur le lac. Produits locaux (dont beaucoup du jardin), cuisine raffinée et savoureuse. Ne manquez pas de goûter l’huile d’olive maison. Un excellent dîner, tout était parfait !

We booked Ali Di Alice for our wedding dinner and it was absolutely magical. Alice had transformed her already beautiful place into exactly what I wanted with the flowers and candles. The meal was so delicious, everything was perfect. She was able to cook something for all our guests with allergies too, the food was beyond fresh and portions were generous. She was so gracious, helpful and accommodating during the planning process. We cannot wait to come back to Lake Como and eat here again and relive the memories.

The food was great and the view even better!

We were here as a large group and they offered us the tasting menu, since this is a rather small place and it can take a while with a regular menu so it was not possible.

The prices were pretty high but the food, wine and view made it worth it :) they ranged between 40-65 depending on whether you had a starter, a first course or a dessert as well.

There were multiple options (including vegetarian for each course), such as tagliatelle with oxtail ragout, salmon trout, beef cheeks, or even cheese platter with accompanyments for each type of cheese.

Amazing location, amazing food and perfect service. We came here for a la carte dinner and were very happy. The location offers stunning views of the lake, the host and server were incredibly welcoming and offered us suggestions for exploring around the lake. The food was delicious - from a starter with pickled fish combined with honey, a vegetarian lasagna und lake fish with vegetables and potatoes. The dessert was another highlight with homemade icecream, combined with homemade olive oil and focaccia. Can highly recommend! Thank you 🙏

Una esperienza unica. locanda bellissima con stupenda vista lago emersa nel bel giardino.servizzio molto professionale cordiale. preparato spiegare piatti,pronto aiutare con scelta di menù e vino .
Mi sono trovata benissimo menù con pocchi piatti tutti gustosissimi preparati al maggior parte con ingredienti coltivati da propietaria . Lei una persona deliziosa sorridente .
Ho mangiato carne più che buona era melodia per palato . Morbidissima con aromi e spezie ben combinati . E un piatto che così buono che vorresti ripeterlo.

La cucina è ottima con ingredienti di alta qualità e a km 0, basti pensare alla verdura coltivata direttamente nel loro orto. Il dolce è stata una vera e propria scoperta! Most wonderful dinner we had in Lake Como! Food was outstanding and the views were immaculate. Highly recommend this place to everyone but beware, you must reserve! We watched multiple parties without reservations get turned away, which is a testament to how great this place is.

This restaurant is amazing - delicious homemade food, you’ll find more interesting options than the usual typical Italian menu and it was all excellent. Very good wine selection also, plus the views are absolutely beautiful. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food - we spent about €80 for two starters, two mains, a dessert and about 5 glasses of Prosecco/ wine.

Super leckeres Essen. Die Portionen sind klein, es müssen also wie in Italien üblich mehrere Gänge gegessen werden.
Preislich ist das Restaurant etwas gehoben aber nicht super teuer. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, man fühlt sich wie im Garten einer Familie während man regionales, super leckeres Essen bekommt. Die Karte wechselt regelmäßig.

Ich kann einen Besuch nur jedem empfehlen. Eine Reservierung wird benötigt
