Benevent helped plan our wedding on Lake Como in 2024 and I highly recommend them. They are very well-organized and professional. They have guided us through the wedding planning process step by step and kept track of all the decisions and payments. Working with Benevent for our wedding was the best decision we made! We decided to plan our wedding, welcome party, and good bye party without ever visiting any of the locations. Martina and Elena made us feel like we were taken care of and that everything would as fairytale as we wanted it to be.

The day of our wedding it started to down pour and the Benevent team was so fast to audible to move everything inside and ensured everything was even more beautiful than before! We feel like we met more than our wedding planners and met true friends with them. They helped with the stress of wedding planning (since we lived in California) the timezones were tough and just seeing everything on the screens was tough! But both of them made us feel like our choices were the best one with every step. I know planning an international wedding is a huge uptake but not going to see your venue or taste your food added a whole other layer and Martina and Elena ensured our journey was smooth with us feeling relaxed as much as possible. Their for details really showed up at every event. Knowing we decided not to go to Lake Como to look at everything in person they sent us as much detail as possible and even helped us do our food tasting virtually!

They knew that my wife has her own fashion line and helped us include some of her original prints with the tablecloth and napkins (which we flew home with us and will use for future home things). My wife even made them dresses with her prints and they wore them for the wedding as you can see in the pictures! Once we got there we went to lunch with them and they gave us live updates on everything that was happening day by day. Our guests loved meeting them and we are so happy they will forever be a part of such a magical weekend! Fairytale wedding isn't strong enough of a term to explain how we felt and how they made sure my wife was the most important person that day with how angelic she looked.

I highly recommend working with them for any events in Italy and we can't wait to see them again!

È bastata una prima videocall per dare in mano a loro l’organizzazione del giorno più importate della nostra vita. Che dire… hanno capito subito ciò che volevamo e come lo volevamo. Fidarci di loro è stata la cosa più giusta che potevamo fare. Professionalità, simpatia, passione, disponibilità e tanta tanta tanta creatività ed eccellenza sono solo alcune delle cose che le caratterizzano. We interviewed about 20+ wedding planners based in and out of Italy for our destination wedding in Lake Como, and Benevent was one of the very few planners we truly loved. Elena, Martina, and their team deserve nothing but five stars!! They consistently put out incredible & striking designs for their clients, and their professionalism truly stood out to us. They communicate well, always respond to emails in a timely manner (you might be surprised, not every planner is organized like this), and they are great problem solvers. Ultimately we couldn’t hire Benevent due to reasons completely out of their control (my side of the family is Chinese and they don’t speak English or Italian). With that being said, we highly highly recommend Benevent to other couples who are having their wedding in Italy!

Ok, the right time to leave a fair review about "that day", about the work the Benevent team (Elena, Martina, Carlotta) did exactly 365 days ago has finally come…
We believe everyone should take a step back to think a little, to refocus, to let emotions go away a little before writing something that is going to “impact” on someone’s work, so we did, we waited and thought deeply for a year and here it’s the final result: AMAZING!!!!

Elena and the team were the best choice we did about the wedding: they immediately understood us, our personalities, what we were looking for, the idea to have a party instead of a more traditional reception and they transformed our thoughts in something real and unbelievable!
Elena and Martina managed everything from the creative idea of the day to every single vendor, they created a tailor made vegetarian-jungle party just for us and made everything more than perfect!

Elena è stata la wedding planner che ha seguito me e mio marito durante un percorso di due anni, concluso lo scorso 6 luglio in una meravigliosa location sul lago di Como.

La cosa che quel giorno tanto atteso ci ha colpito di più è stato il modo in cui tutto l'assemblaggio di ogni dettaglio e lo scenario generale rappresentassero me e mio marito in ogni sua sfumatura!
Guardando le foto sento ancora il profumo di quei fiori fantastici e l'emozione appena sono entrata in sala. Per non parlare dei riflessi di luce sul lago, i colori delle candele e le sfumature dei fiori quando è sceso il buio... Elena and Benevent team, the best mix of precise organization and perfect scheduling, the balanced trade off between tradition and innovation, a wider network of professionals and vendors that are really dedicated to their work.

As an Italian couple going to get married in Italy (on Como Lake being myself from Como itself) I was first extremely skeptical of engaging with a wedding planner in general. Once we met with Elena and we had the first brainstorming about floral arrangement (fantastic!!) and non conventional guest gifts (everybody loves it!), I was so impressed...

To conclude, wedding took place two days ago and we reached that day with no stress and no "last minute surprises" thanks to Benevent. The day went perfect and all the arrangements and choices made overachieved our expectations. We got compliments from all the guests but most important we were (and still are) super happy with Benevent results!!
