Eravamo di passaggio in questa zona e, su consiglio di alcuni conoscenti, abbiamo contattato la struttura per visitare la loro cantina. L’esperienza è stata impeccabile: abbiamo avuto l’opportunità di degustare diversi vini, ciascuno capace di raccontare una storia fatta di passione, tradizione e cura per il territorio.

Un’esperienza assolutamente da ripetere, soprattutto nel periodo estivo, e fortemente consigliata sia agli appassionati di vino sia ai più curiosi, desiderosi di scoprire l’anima che si cela dietro ogni etichetta.

Realtà come questa valorizzano davvero il meglio della nostra Italia.

Esperienza fantastica... dopo aver letto delle notizie mi sono recato personalmente in cantina, dove ho trovato uno staff super accogliente e professionale. Il posto è incantevole pieno di verde con spazi dove poter raccogliere sia della lavanda e puoi trovare (dipende dal periodo) la raccolta dei tulipani.
I fratelli Altieri sono veramente all'altezza della situazione. Si posso degustare ottimi vini di diversa annata... e degustare ottimi cibi ricercati sempre del territorio. Insomma bisogna tornarci al più presto.

Fantastisk trevlig service, i en magisk miljö med underbara viner. Vi kom på ett spontanbesök och blev direkt uppmötta och välkomnande. Vi erbjöds att få smaka på vinsortimentet och fick ta del av denna fina familjeföretag. Mycket väl värt ett besök!

Location incantevole. Guida nelle vigne ed in cantina molto interessante con personale che dimostra passione in ciò che fa. La degustazione di vini è stata molto bella ed i vini di pregevole qualità. Esperienza che consiglio vivamente.

Abbiamo prenotato sul sito un pranzo con degustazione e devo dire che siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla qualità del cibo (oltre che - ovviamente - del vino). Anche la location è veramente stupenda e ben tenuta, ma l’aspetto che ha reso questa esperienza unica è stata la straordinaria accoglienza di Nicola, Emanuele e Valeria! Dopo un viaggio sfiancante passare del tempo a Fontefico è stato veramente rigenerante.

Ho regalato al mio ragazzo l'esperienza della Degustazione Verticale di tre vini presso la cantina Fontefico, essendo lui appassionato di vini. L'esperienza includeva anche un tour della cantina e, durante la degustazione, un delizioso tagliere con salumi e formaggi tipici abruzzesi e molisani.
La tenuta è a dir poco meravigliosa: curata nei minimi dettagli, accogliente e immersa in un’atmosfera autentica.
Essendo un regalo di anniversario, i propietari ci hanno fatto accomodare in un tavolo più riservato rispetto al resto del gruppo (che comunque non aveva prenotato la mia stessa esperienza).
Le spiegazioni appassionate di Nicola e la sua visibile emozione nel guidarci alla scoperta dei tre vini prescelti, ha reso l'esperienza ancora più speciale.
Anche il resto della famiglia ha contribuito a rendere tutto speciale, fermandosi con noi per raccontarci storie, passioni e il cuore pulsante della loro attività.
Cinque stelle più che meritate, per un'esperienza che ha reso il nostro primo anniversario ancora più magico.

Fantastic experience! So welcoming and friendly atmosphere, interesting to discover the vineyard. Superb wines, generous side dishes and really nice shop where you can buy wine, olive oil and other nice things. Strongly recommend a visit!

En genuin vingård där passion för kvalitet genomsyrar allt. Här blandas varken druvor eller årgångar – varje vin speglar sitt unika år. Gården drivs ekologiskt, vilket ibland innebär stora förluster, men det är ett medvetet val för naturens och vinets skull.

Etiketterna berättar sin egen historia – illustrerade av en av bröderna och inspirerade av just det årets händelser.

Bakom allt står tre syskon som tillsammans har byggt upp och driver denna vackra plats.

Vingården är barnvänlig och omgiven av skönhet. Vinerna är utsökta – men bara en del av den otroliga helhetsupplevelsen.

We had a great time at Fontefico! We had pranzo and a cellar tour and we loved it. Our daughter did the workshop with Mirjam and she made her own “wine”! Lovely. The food and obviously wines were amazing and also for our kids they had great food. They loved it. Good luck and a pronto!

Three of us visited for a tour and lunch at this amazing family winery, I wish we took costumes for swimming the pool and ground are heavenly. Our host and the family were fantastic full of wit imagination and love for the grape and produce. I thought I had died and gone to my heaven, beutifull wine, food, scenery and people.xx

Our tour guide Fabrizio took us to this fantastic family owned winery for a tour and lunch. Beyond belief! The owners are 3 brothers and do a fantastic job. The wine is amazing and so was the food. Beautiful grounds. We got to meet their mother who is also an artist doing beautiful work. The younger sister also helps and is lovely. Fantastic all around. Thanks to Fabrizio, Nicola and Mauela for an experience we never could have found on our own.

My family and friends went for a cooking class and wine tasting and had the most amazing time. Food we made was incredible and the food that was served was also so yummy. The wine was delicious and had such a warm family feel to it that we felt right at home. This was my first time doing a cooking class in Abruzzo (and they did in English as well) and I would recommend to everyone to do it. Beautiful property and facility and this was in the middle of winter, so I can only imagine it gets more gorgeous as the weather warms. Many many thanks!!!

TLDR Fontefico is a place built with passion, competence and commitment. It spreads these values from every stone. Nicola is the friend you would like to have when you visit a place for the first time. The type of guy that gives you the right boost to get out of your comfort zone.

I recently visited Fonte Fico in Vasto for a wine-tasting experience with my friends, and it was excellent.

I highly recommend visiting this place if you are in the area.

Our host, Nicola, was terrific! Though he may resemble a Colombian narco, his passion and incredible knowledge of wine-making were genuinely inspiring. During the tour, Nicola shared with us how the wine business adventure started for his family and himself.

Afterwards, we were treated to a delightful selection of cheese and cold cuts, which perfectly complemented the three wines we tasted. We had a great time and conversations about the wine industry in Italy and how to be good at choosing the best wine.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
