I planned a half day boat trip months in advance and always appreciated how communicative and responsive the team was.

Unfortunately, due to bad weather, we had to adjust our plans a few times on the morning of the boat day. While disappointing that we couldn't leave the harbor, the team did everything they could to make sure we still had a fantastic time, which we absolutely did!

Very negative experience. We prepaid months in advance over 3000 EUR for a luxury experience for 8 hours (full day Taormina tour) and in the end they refused to take the boat out due to a confusion on date and bad weather. In this situation they are supposed to call 36hrs beforehand and offer a 90% refund but instead they only called 24hrs and only offered to give us a “harbor party” where the boat did not leave the port. This was clearly a subpar experience as you cannot swim in the port and we only stayed for 3 hours (instead of 8). The weather ended up being beautiful but then they could not find a skipper even though we offered to pay extra money to find another skipper. They offered to pay back 200 EUR for the fuel and skipper we did not use but I said don’t even bother - seems the other 3000 EUR already went to lining their pockets!

I would choose another company or even a different activity as boating is very weather dependent and companies like this one take advantage of that to rip you off!
