Proprietari gentilissimi ed efficienti; camere pulite con attenzione ai dettagli Soggiorno eccellente con comodo ceck-in on line, siamo stati accolti dai proprietari gentilissimi, professionali ed efficienti. La camera spaziosa, arredata con gusto con particolare attenzione ai dettagli tradizionali caratteristici della valle d'itria ed impeccabilmente pulita. E' facilmente raggiungibile e sita in una zona tranquilla. Consiglio vivamente questa Masseria anche per l'ipogeo presente, molto caratterizzante e per chi cerca comfort, qualità e un servizio impeccabile!

We had a lovely time staying at the Masseria during December. Caroline is a fantastic host and we can’t wait to be back in June for our wedding 🥰 such a beautiful venue with so much thought put into it. The rooms are stunning and have everything you need. It truly is a beautiful Masseria, can’t wait to see it in full bloom in summer.

We stayed at Masseria Alchimia for 3 wonderful days. It was really nice, just too short:) Caroline and her husband are perfect and lovely hosts, ready to help any time. The Masseria itself is beautiful, peaceful and charming, no wonder it’s a popular wedding destination. It’s also a great location as a base to visit other cities in Puglia like Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Ostuni and many others. We hope to come back soon for a longer stay.

I was welcomed incredibly warmly by Caroline, and my room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail.
The hospitality is exceptional, the service very attentive, and the location is simply perfect for exploring Apulia.

As a wedding planner, I visit many properties, but Masseria Alchimia truly stands out:
a stunning atmosphere, a strong sense of quality, and a style that fits perfectly with exclusive events.

For me, this is definitely a place where I would love to plan future weddings and events. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay here the venue and grounds itself are beautiful. The room is very art deco and super clean and warm. Caroline was a great help with recommendations for food and information about the area as it was our first time in Puglia.

Die Masseria Alchymia ist ein perfekter Rückzugsort, um Apulien in seiner schönsten Form zu erleben. Unser Zimmer mit zwei Terrasse und einem Whirlpool war sehr geschmackvoll – stilvoll, klar und hell-einfach wunderschön. Design spielt hier eine große Rolle!
Die Gastgeberin hat nicht nur ein großartiges Gespür für Design, sondern auch für Gastfreundschaft. Der Service war hervorragend – aufmerksam, herzlich und wir haben bei Fragen innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Antwort bekommen.
Jeder Tipp aus Carolines App ist übrigens lohnenswert und eine tolle Orientierung und Bereicherung für ein paar unvergessliche Tage.
Wir haben uns erneut rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Ein echtes Juwel in Apulien! 🌿💎

We stayed at the Alchimia Palazzo - Suite Terrazza in Fasano (having picked up the keys from the Masseria just outside Fasano).|Caroline, our hostess, was exceptionally helpful and efficient throughout our stay - thank you ! Caroline’s Puglia App is extremely well done and we highly recommend you to use it (we particularly enjoyed your restaurant recommendations).|Our 4-day stay in Fasano was highly enjoyable and our accommodation was definitely top of the range, beautifully designed and decorated. All the better if you have good weather, as the terrace is fabulous.

Die Masseria Alchimia liegt wunderschön eingebettet in einem tollen Garten- sehr ruhig und trotzdem erreicht man mit dem Auto gut die umliegenden Orte und kann sogar von einem oberem Gartenstück aus das Meer in der Ferne sehen.
Die Zimmer sind liebevoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, ganz dem Charme des ehemaligen Landguts entsprechend. Trotzdem modern und stilvoll.
Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

We got married at Masseria Alchimia this week and had the most special day! The venue is absolutely stunning and Caroline is amazing! From our initial visit and all the recommendations for vendors and planning, Caroline was on hand for any questions and help. Every single place you look is breathtaking, the guests absolutely loved it all, especially the party in the cave later on!

All of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to, it was just incredible from start to finish. The flowers, food, music, everything was just so perfect. We would recommend this venue to anyone! The accommodation is also great, very modern and smart, perfect for our family who stayed before and after the wedding. We can’t wait to come back and visit again and again. Thank you for making us have the wedding of our dreams, we are so lucky and grateful!

I was at Masseria Alchimia for a wedding project and everything went wonderfully.
The location is very large, there are many different beautiful spots, and it is ideal for a wedding abroad.
There are many accommodations in various price ranges in the immediate vicinity, so your guests will be well taken care of!
Caroline is very attentive and always makes sure that every space in the location is tidy.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Masseria Alchimia. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and given excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and activities. Although our visit was brief, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the surrounding gardens were stunning. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here to experience the charming southern vibe of Italy 10/10!

Die Masseria Alchimia liegt in einer grünen Oase, einem märchenhaften Olivenhain- dem perfekten Ort um sich im geschmackvollen Ambiente zu erholen. Beim Schlendern durch den verwunschenen Garten steigt einem der Duft von Jasmin und Zitronen in die Nase und zwischen den charismatischen uralten Olivenbäumen entdeckt man plötzlich zwei wunderschöne Designersessel, so selbstverständlich als ob diese schon immer dort standen. Einfach toll ! Die Suiten und Ferienapartments sind stilsicher, hochwertig und sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, lichtdurchflutet und mit ausgefallenen Designerstücken in perfekter Harmonie zur typischen Architektur eingerichtet. Die Apartments bieten jeglichen Komfort, wir hatten sogar ein Indoor Jacuzzi und eine große geschützte Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick in den Garten, sehr bequeme komfortable Betten mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche. Einfach alles was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstück bietet die, nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernte, Masseria Monte an, wo man auch gleich im Hofladen Köstlichkeiten aus Apulien und frisches Gemüse einkaufen kann. Alchimia bietet eine sehr gute Lage Nähe Fasano und Adria und die zwei sehr herzlichen, creativen Gastgeber werden nicht müde Ihr selbstgeschaffenes Paradies und die besten Geheimtips mit Ihren Gästen zu teilen...sie haben uns auch verraten, daß in Zukunft dort auch Hochzeiten und Traum Events stattfinden werden- alle Verliebten dürfen sich jetzt freuen. |Also wir kommen garantiert wieder :)

Fuimos por una recomendacion y quedamos más que satisfechos, la idea era pasar solo 3 días pero volvimos una semana después porque quedamos maravillados por el lugar.|La primer semana fuimos a la suite deluxe con balcón y cuando volvimos estaba ocupada pero pudimos tomar la suite Romantica K. La verdad que es un lugar encantador con una prolijidad unica, Carolina tiene en cuenta todos los detalles y está atenta a la mejor atención. Es un lugar donde puedes encontrar belleza, naturaleza, paz y tranquilidad. Altamente recomendable, sinceramente no tengo nada negativo para decir. Todo positivo. Excelente.
