Op het uitzicht al direct verliefd. De service in het restaurant was formidabel. De bediening groots. Je voelt je een landheer. De kwaliteit van het eten is optimaal, met eigen verse producten en een even zo goede wijnkaart / arrangement. Kortom een aanrader. Ietsje duurder, maar dan heb je ook echt een heerlijke avond. De afslag / afrit naar de Masseria mag iets beter aangewezen worden. Is 's avonds wat moeilijker te vinden. Maar dat is dan ook het enige wat ik op te merken heb als verbetering. 100% goed en heerlijke avond gehad.

Die Masseria San Paolo Grande ist ein phantastischer Ort zur Entspannung inmitten Apuliens. Von hier aus sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto in maximal 2 Stunden gut erreichbar. Die schönsten Strände sind 20 Minuten entfernt. Aber wer in der Masseria einmal angekommen ist, will eigentlich gar nicht mehr weg. Das moderne Design der Anlage ist perfekt in die alte Masseria integriert und bietet spektakuläre sowie romantische Perspektiven fürs Auge. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet und bezieht den grössten Teil der Produkte von der Masseria selbst. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und aufmerksam und bietet in jeder Beziehung kompetenten Rat. Man fühlt sich zu Hause.

Every day at Masseria San Paolo Grande felt truly unforgettable. Their organic, farm-to-table food was the best we’ve had anywhere in Puglia, super fresh ingredients, beautifully crafted dishes, and flavors that are both authentic and unexpectedly delightful.

The staff couldn’t have been sweeter.. always smiling, attentive, and genuinely caring. Honestly, even the little dogs made our stay feel warmer and more special. The vibe here is pure relaxation: total peace and quiet, broken only by the birds singing, with the pool as the perfect backdrop for lazy, blissful moments. The masseria is fully tucked into untouched nature, far from city life. We had read a review saying this place wasn’t relaxing.. honestly, if someone can’t unwind here, they probably need to reassess!

A truly unforgettable spot, perfect for anyone seeking peace, elegance, and authentic beauty. We’ll definitely be back.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable dans cet endroit exceptionnel, magnifique, hors du temps, au milieu de la nature. Un cadre vraiment très beau, authentique et vaste où on peut se balader en toute liberté. La piscine naturelle est un lieu de repos unique. Le service du matin, du soir et tout au long de la journée est juste top, effectué par des personnes très sympathiques toujours aux petits soins pour nous. Les repas, concoctés avec des produits frais et de qualité, sont excellents. (Petite suggestion toutefois, nous aurions apprécié avoir au moins un repas plus traditionnel, avec des pâtes ou des pizzas.. pouvoir voir ce magnifique four à l'extérieur fonctionner). Une adresse à garder, nous reviendrons !

Siamo stati a pranzo in questa splendida masseria e ne abbiamo apprezzato subito l’atmosfera: un luogo elegante, immerso nella tranquillità, nella natura e nella pace. I ragazzi che ci hanno accolto e servito sono stati non solo gentili, ma anche cordiali e disponibili, fermandosi a chiacchierare con noi. Il cibo è stato buono, semplice e genuino, in linea con l’autenticità del posto. Ottima la materia prima che per la maggior parte è prodotta da loro. Un’esperienza che consigliamo a chi cerca qualità e serenità.

Masseria spettacolare, autentica e sicuramente unica nel suo genere. Abbiamo cenato nel giardino storico esterno immersi fra alberi secolari e con una vista incredibile su tutta la masseria , davvero suggestivo e romantico; illuminazione calda e soffusa perfetta per creare atmosfera .. il primo del giorno tagliolino fatto a mano con dentice crudo pomodorini secchi e basilico ci ha conquistato con i suoi sapori incredibili !!!! abbiamo ricevuto un servizio premuroso e attento , lo staff ha tanta passione e amore per questo lavoro e questo viene trasmesso in ogni gesto - grazie mille!

We visited this place with our group of family and friends and honestly… what an unforgettable experience!

The staff was beyond amazing – so warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming from the very first moment. It felt like being hosted by old friends in the heart of the countryside.

But let’s talk about the food… oh my. We had probably the best dry-aged meat of our lives – perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delicious. You could really taste the care and passion behind every ingredient.

What made it even more special was knowing that everything – from the vegetables to the meat – is 100% organic and raised right here, on this very land. It’s not just a meal, it’s a full immersion in local authenticity and quality.

Huge compliments to the entire team – we left with full hearts. Can’t wait to return!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare presso la masseria ed è stata un'esperienza incantevole. Piatti squisiti, ingredienti freschi e a km zero. Il signor Martino ci ha accompagnati durante l'intera cena descrivendoci con cura e passione ogni portata. A fine serata ci ha raccontato la storia della masseria illustrandoci ogni angolo di questo luogo meraviglioso. Non possiamo che consigliare!

Un luogo davvero speciale, sicuramente unico. Ci siamo stati solo per pranzo, al termine di una breve vacanza, ma il posto meriterebbe un soggiorno per godersi al 100% l'esperienza. I piatti sono davvero speciali, di quelli che ti sanno regalare davvero un'emozione; ogni elemento presente è curato nei minimi dettagli. La location non è da meno, un antica masseria rimessa a nuovo, ricca di fascino, molto accogliente. Anche il servizio è stato speciale, complimenti a tutti lo staff che lavora con grande passione per non tralasciare nulla.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno indimenticabile alla Masseria San Paolo Grande, immersa nella splendida campagna di Ostuni. La struttura è antica e affascinante, restaurata con gusto e attenzione alla tradizione, mantenendo intatto tutto il suo fascino storico.
La piscina è un vero angolo di relax, perfetta per godersi il sole della Puglia in totale tranquillità. Il ristorante offre piatti eccellenti, preparati con ingredienti freschissimi, molti dei quali provengono direttamente dal loro orto, curato con amore e passione.
Uno degli aspetti che ho apprezzato di più è stata l’accoglienza del personale: gentili, disponibili e sempre con il sorriso, ti fanno sentire come a casa. Inoltre, la masseria è pet-friendly e si respira un grande amore per gli animali: ci sono tre adorabili cani che girano liberi nella proprietà e contribuiscono a creare un’atmosfera autentica e familiare.
Consiglio vivamente questa masseria a chi cerca pace, buon cibo, natura e calore umano. Un piccolo angolo di paradiso pugliese.

Esperienza indimenticabile!|Masseria San Paolo Grande è una meravigliosa masseria immersa nella campagna pugliese. la struttura è autentica e curata nei minimi dettagli, circondata da uliveti e silenzio. La cucina è eccezionale, con ingredienti freschi e biologici prodotti direttamente in masseria. Lo staff è accogliente, gentile e sempre disponibile. This is just one of the most perfect places we have ever been. We celebrated our wedding here over three days, and it was perfect. The staff are kind and always helpful. Martino, Giorgio, and Germana in particular were absolutely wonderful. The grounds are breathtaking, so many of our guests repeatedly told us the setting blew them away. The food was amazing, from what I could tell, all the ingredients were in season and sourced from the masseria itself, and you could tell in the freshness of the food. Both the rehearsal and reception dinners were absolute triumphs in quality. We are so thankful to the entire team and fully recommend them to other couples looking for a wedding venue or just looking for a place to stay.

Recomiendo este lugar para visitar la Puglia y descansar del ruido y el bullicio. La maseria es una construcción cuidada y de calidad. Su personal atento y servicial. La piscina, si vas en verano, no te la pierdas. El restaurante bueno, pero caro en relación con los otros restaurantes que hemos probado en la zona. Algunas cosas a mejorar serian el cierre de ventanas y puertas para evitar que entre la luz al amanecer y la falta de armarios en la habitación. Muchas gracias!!
